Claims (3)
- Profilé extrudé à base de polypropylène qui comporte des cavités, caractérisé en ce que les cavités sont remplies partiellement ou totalement avec une mousse particulaire ayant une densité dans la plage de 20 à 150 g/l, à base d'homopolypropylène ou d'un copolymère avec 0,5 à 15 % en poids d'éthène et/ou de butène-1.
- Châssis de fenêtre thermo-isolant ou châssis de porte thermo-isolant, à base d'un profilé extrudé selon la revendication 1.
- Procédé pour la fabrication de profilés extrudés thermo-isolants, dans lequel on introduit dans un ou plusieurs compartiments d'un profilé extrudé à base de polypropylène une mousse particulaire ayant un diamètre moyen dans la plage de 1 à 10 mm et une densité dans la plage de 20 à 150 g/l, à base d'homopolypropylène ou d'un copolymère avec 0,5 à 15 % en poids d'éthène et/ou de butène-1, dans lequel pour le remplissage du profilé extrudé on obture une extrémité avec un tamis à maille fine et on introduit la mousse particulaire avec de l'air dans le profilé extrudé, on la comprime et on obture les extrémités du profilé extrudé et dans lequel après le remplissage on soumet la mousse particulaire à un frittage à l'aide d'air chaud ou de vapeur d'eau.
