Definitions
- the invention relates to a bed with a slatted frame and a slatted base storage, wherein the slatted frame comprises a plurality of spaced crossbars and wherein the slatted grate storage at least two support elements extending along the slatted frame includes.
- a slatted frame which a Includes a plurality of spaced transverse slats, wherein the slatted base as a support surface for a bed pad, such.
- the crossbars usually take a certain Suspension function true and thus allow the continuous adjustment of the bed surface to the body shape of the user.
- the crossbars are stored on a storage, this mostly the two lateral ends of the crossbars - sprung or unsprung - supported.
- the intermediate sections of the crossbars, which are not of the Storage are supported, a certain vertical travel is available.
- EP 0 494 618 (Siegfried Heerklotz) shows a bed with a textile web part in which the transverse slats are held in longitudinal spaces with openings. Below the level the support slats is provided a suspension travel limit, which z. B. by two Longitudinal bars is formed.
- the DE 41 37 677 C1 (futon Affair) refers to a bed with a base with two longitudinal beams on which a slatted frame with the interposition of spring bodies rests.
- the longitudinal bars have on their upper side a groove, which of the spring bodies is covered.
- the effective hardness of the spring body and thus the bed can be adjust, z. B. by the width of the groove is adjusted.
- a longitudinal spar z. B. formed by two carriers whose distance can be changed.
- the CH 670 945 A5 also shows a bed in which the suspension is perceived by the longitudinally arranged spring body. So that the bed to different Body weights can be adjusted, the spring body can be replaced become. For this to be possible, the spring bodies are in corresponding tunnel paths insertable below the lying surface.
- the different spring bodies have different Cross sections on or consist of different materials.
- both versions although the suspension is partially from the crossbars of the slatted frame, but mostly perceived by the spring bodies.
- By changing the groove width or by replacing the spring body can be the spring characteristic of the spring body to adjust.
- the crossbars for serious users sufficient Stability they must be very stiff, which makes high demands on the used material and the production sets.
- An adapted suspension in the transverse direction The bed is also hardly available.
- the need for both longitudinal beams as also of spring bodies leads to a complex construction of the bed. Keeping ready a plurality of different spring bodies is also expensive.
- Both versions are z. B. hardly suitable as a camp bed or emergency bed because they - even in disassembled Condition - need a lot of storage space and due to the longitudinal beams or the additional Spring body also have a high total weight.
- the object of the invention is a belonging to the aforementioned technical field Bed creating a high level of comfort for users different Body weight provides and can be easily adapted to different users.
- the support elements By changing the transverse distance of the support elements results in a different positioned storage of crossbars.
- Näuteschreiben the support elements is the free resilient middle part of the crossbars between the support elements shortens what leads to a greater effective spring rate of the crossbars. So the bed is one heavier person well adjusted. Conversely, a disengagement of the support elements leads to a "softer" bed, which is adapted to a lighter person.
- the adaptation to body weight results in the same way the possibility to adapt the "hardness" of the bed to the personal wishes of the user.
- the inventive bed can be easily and compact and is therefore particularly suitable as a camping, sports, guests or Emergency bed.
- the inventive bed is also used as bed content for standard beds suitable.
- each of the support elements comprises a plurality of support parts, which independently can be positioned from one another in the transverse direction. This results in an individual adjustment the bed hardness for different body zones. If each of the support elements z. B. is formed of three or more support parts, results in an independent Adjustment for the head / shoulder area, the back and the leg area. Thereby The bed can be adjusted not only to the total weight of the user, but also on its body shape, weight distribution and personal comfort needs.
- the support elements may each be integrally formed.
- a different one Adaptation of the bed for different body regions is in this case possible because the support elements at a certain angle to the longitudinal direction of the bed.
- the support elements are preferably spring bodies. In this way, in addition to the Crossbars and the support elements take over a certain suspension function. The total possible maximum suspension is thereby increased, so that z. Legs Bed pad with low suspension (eg a thinner mattress or a camping mat) can be chosen.
- the suspension function of the support elements determined on the one hand that component of the suspension which is approximately constant across the surface of the bed, On the other hand, in the structure according to the invention, it determines the proportion of suspension, Which should be independent of body weight for each user.
- the support elements may be made of a non-resilient material.
- the suspension function is completely off the crossbars and the bed pad (eg a mattress).
- a first one of the support parts has a different spring action than a second one of the support parts, in particular, the first support part and the second support part of different Materials are formed.
- the resulting spring action of the individual support parts can, for. B. for different body regions each chosen so that a person of average physique (Regardless of what body weight) arrange the multiple support parts in a line can and gives you such an optimal sleeping comfort.
- the adaptation to another Physique then takes place starting from this middle position.
- the different spring effect can be different materials or by a different Cross section revealed. A larger cross section (in the transverse direction) corresponds with the same material a higher spring constant.
- Support parts with different spring action also allow a larger number different arrangements of the support parts of the inventive bed and thereby an additional improved adjustability of sleep comfort.
- a one-piece support element along its length extension Regions with different spring action exhibit.
- the different spring effect can also by the arrangement of different crossbars with different Spring properties are effected along the bed, leaving all support parts may have the same spring action.
- the spring bodies comprise a foam body.
- Foam has a uniform elasticity and low weight. He is inexpensive, and by the Selection of different foam material can be the spring action of the spring body influence.
- the spring constant of foam generally grows with it Density.

- the words “soft”, “medium” and “hard” (markings 10.1 ', 10.2', 10.3 ') in this case both the mark and also the label.
- Figures 7A-D show various configurations of the support parts of the inventive Betts.
- Figure 7A shows the basic configuration of the bed 1 for a light weight User.
- the two lateral supports are formed by the fact that each three support parts 11 are arranged outside on the lying surface 2 in a line.
- the support parts 11.1 with the least hardness are at the top of the bed, in the head area arranged.
- pads 11.2 with a medium hardness.
- Figure 7B shows the basic configuration for a heavier person.
- the support parts 11 are also each arranged in a line, but further offset inwards. This diminishes the freely resilient region of the crossbars 3 and thus the spring travel.
- the bed is harder and better adapted to the heavier person. Regardless of body weight are the hardness of the support members 11 and / or the elasticity of the various areas used crossbars chosen so that a linear arrangement of the support members 11th provides an ideal sleeping comfort for a person of average physique.
- FIG. 7C shows an individually adapted configuration of the bed 1 according to the invention.
- the user has made some adjustments to the bed to adapt to his physique and his comfort wishes.
- the hardness in the trunk area has been strengthened by moving the middle pad parts 11.3 inside are.
- the head area was by pushing apart of the support parts 11.1 set softer.
- FIG. 7D shows a further possibility of variation.
- Weight markings and comfort information can be arranged simultaneously on the lying surface particular, may be separate markers for female and male Users are provided, which account for their different physique wear.
- the correct positioning of the differently executed support parts can be supported by a color coding.
- the markers for the pads are not in line. Should z. For example, louder same support parts are used so that the manufacturing costs can be reduced, can ensure even sleeping comfort in all areas of the body (head, trunk, legs) be achieved by making the markers for a specific body weight respectively are arranged differently far inside. In this case, it may be beneficial to the Subdivide the fleece tracks into several sections and different inside, to arrange.
- Another influencing possibility is the removal of individual slats. Thereby In a certain length range, a softer lying surface can be created.
- Both the lying surface and the support parts may include additional Velcro fasteners.
- the Velcro fasteners on the lying surface can alternatively also be arranged transversely, in the innermost region of the Lying surface, which is not supported by pads, interrupted or can be omitted.
