Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung zum Verschließen oder Öffnen einer Öffnung, insbesondere Bodenöffnung (11) eines oberhalb der Gicht eines Hochofens angeordneten Materialbunkers (12), mit einem mit einem Antrieb koppelbaren Klappenteller (10),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Klappenteller (10) an zwei um sich parallel zueinander erstreckenden Schwenkachsen (13, 14) schwenkbar gelagerten Schwenkarmen (15, 16) angelenkt ist, derart, dass die auf einer Senkrechten zu den Schwenkachsen (13, 14) der beiden Schwenkarme (15, 16) liegenden Randbereiche des Klappentellers (10) bei Bewegung derselben aus der Schließ- in die Offenstellung und umgekehrt sich längs entgegengesetzt gerichtetes Bogenbahnen (23, 24) bewegen. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der eine Schwenkarm (15) im Randbereich des Klappentellers (10) angelenkt (Anlenkung 17) ist, während der andere Schwenkarm (16) nach Art einer Kurbelwelle mit einem Kröpfungsabschnitt (19) ausgebildet ist, an dem die zweite Anlenkung (18) des Klappentellers (10) erfolgt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Schwenkachse (14) des zweiten Schwenkarmes (16) sich etwa in der Ebene der zu verschließenden Öffnung (11) erstreckt, während der Kröpfungsabschnitt (19) desselben an der der Öffnung (11) abgekehrten Seite des Klappentellers (10) angelenkt ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der erste Schwenkarm (15) ober- und außerhalb der zu verschließenden Öffnung (11) verschwenkbar gelagert ist (Schwenkachse 13). - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der erste Schwenkarm (15) an einem Punkt (17) oberhalb des der Öffnung (11) zugekehrten Randes des Klappentellers (10) angelenkt ist (Anlenkung 17). - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
entweder der erste (15) oder der zweite (16) Schwenkarm mit einem Antrieb (20) koppelbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Umfangsrand des Klappentellers (10) entweder einen Kreis, eine Ellipse oder ein Vieleck definiert. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Schwenkarme (15, 16) derart dimensioniert und am Klappenteller (10) angelenkt sind, dass der Klappenteller (10) in Offenstellung an der dem ersten Schwenkarm (15) zugekehrten Seite der Öffnung (11) sich außerhalb derselben mit der der Öffnung abgekehrten Seite nach unten gerichtet schräg erstreckt.
