Definitions
- the invention relates to a method for introducing a web, in particular a paper or Cardboard web, in a roll winding device, in the at least one winding roll on at least one Cartridge rests, in which one has a beginning of the web through a nip between the support roller and the Winding roll and then over the vertex of the winding roll leads. Furthermore, the invention relates to a Roll winding device for winding a web, in particular a paper or board web, to a winding roll with at least one support roll, a nip between the winding roll and the Carrier roll and guide means for guiding a beginning of the web over the vertex the winding roll.
- Paper or board webs have to become wound rolls at a final stage of their production be wound up so that they remain manageable.
- Such bobbins have in the finished state a width of the order of 0.3 to 3.8 m and a diameter in the range of 0.5 to 2.5 m.
- the incoming web is wider than the later desired width. For this reason the web is still divided in the longitudinal direction just before the reel winder.
- the result formed partial webs are wound on partial web rolls, which are arranged side by side. The invention will be described below with reference to a single winding roll. It is on the Hand that one when using several side by side bobbins has to proceed accordingly.
- the operator disconnects the beginning of the new lane and connects the so formed new web start with the end of wound on the winding roll web conventional way.
- the end of the wound on the winding roll web is usually before been circumcised. Between the beginning of the new track and the end of the wound track So there is a splice.
- the invention has for its object to facilitate the handling of the web after a demolition.
- This object is achieved by a method of the type mentioned above in that one the Beginning of the web in a lower region of the winding roll attached to the circumference of the winding roll and the Continue to wind the winding roll at least until the beginning of the web reaches the vertex of the winding roll reached.
- a tip is made prior to insertion of the web into the nip and the web is secured in the area of the tip on the winding roll.
- a tip is much easier to handle than one railway that still has its full width. In particular, such a tip of the Operator easily grabbed and further deducted, and that until the train again reached its full width.
- the web is released after exceeding the apex of the winding roll.
- the Attachment of the web to the winding roll is therefore only temporary. You can do this attachment only interpret that the beginning of the course with the desired reliability around the Winder is transported around until an operator can take the start. Naturally is also an automatic handling of the beginning of the web possible. For the attachment of the At the beginning of the incoming track at the end of the already wound track can then be submerged Use other mounting options.
- an adhesive is applied to the web and the web adheres to the periphery of the web Winder firmly.
- This adhesive may be an adhesive sprayed on the web, with a Application roller is applied or applied using a doctor blade. It can also be a acting double-acting adhesive tape.
- the glue application can be on a relatively small area limit, because the adhesive application is only to effect a compound that is strong enough to the Start the train so long to attach to the circumference of the winding roll until the winding roll wide has turned enough.
- the adhesive is applied prior to passing through the nip. So you use, that the adhesive bond between the circumference of the winding roll and the web when passing through the Path through the nip with a force is applied. This force is greater, the heavier the Wrapping roll is. This is especially the case when the winding roll already has a larger one Diameter has reached.
- the holding force of an adhesive connection is also dependent in many cases the pressure or force with which the splice after joining the two at the Adhesive connection involved parts are compressed. Accordingly one can of it assume that you get a firmer connection with heavier bobbins. But this is one Effect that is desired. For larger bobbins, the beginning of the web over a longer Distance to be held at the periphery of the winding roll than at a smaller diameter of the Winding roll.
- the web is fed below the carrier roll and carries the adhesive below the carrier roll on.
- the support roller can then be used as an abutment when applying the adhesive be used, which is particularly advantageous if the adhesive is a double-acting Adhesive strip is used. Below the support roller is usually still sufficient Space for the placement of an adhesive applicator available.
- the object is achieved in a roll winding device of the type mentioned above in that the guide device has a fastening device arranged below the wound roll, with which the beginning of the web is connectable to the circumference of the winding roll.
- the fastening device preferably has an adhesive application device.
- the Adhesive applicator carries an adhesive on the web or on the circumference of the winding roll on. This adhesive then provides for the attachment of the web to the circumference of the winding roll.
- the adhesive application device is arranged below the support roller, the web wraps around the carrier roll from below.
- Carrying roller it is possible to Carrying roller to use as an abutment for the applicator. If, for example, as Adhesive uses a double-acting adhesive tape, it may be beneficial that the web on a solid support rests when applying the tape. It also stands below the Carrier roll usually still enough space available.
- the order of an adhesive below the support roller also ensures the correct distance between the order of the Adhesive and the passage of the nip between the winding roll and the support roller, in which the actual connection between the winding roll and the beginning of the web takes place.
- guide means are provided which lead the beginning of the path to the nip, wherein the Guide means acting outside of a track on the web, in which the adhesive applicator arranged is.
- This embodiment has the advantage that the guide means, such as pinch rollers or Guide plates, not contaminated by adhesive, that of the adhesive applicator is applied to the web.
- a web start sensor is provided which, in response to the passage of the Initially, the web activates the fastening device.
- a sensor can be the At least partially automate insertion of the web into the reel winder.
- Fig. 1 shows schematically a part of a roll winding device 1 with two support rollers 2, 3, on where a winding roll 4 rests, which is also shown as a smaller winding roll 4 '.
- a web 5 is wound up. for example, characterized in that one of the two support rollers 2, 3rd is driven.
- the web 5 wraps around a carrier roll 2 from below and then passes through a nip 6 between the winding roller 4 and the support roller. 2
- the web 5 in the present embodiment is a paper web.
- the web 5 is cut before winding nor in longitudinal strips of predetermined width.
- the Width of these strips is in the range of 0.3 to 3.8 m.
- Each of these stripes then becomes one wound own roll, wherein the winding rollers are axially parallel on the support rollers 2, 3. This is not shown in the drawing. Also for longitudinal cutting of the web. 5 required knives are not shown here.
- the winding roll 4, 4 ' is formed by the web 5 is fixed to a winding tube 7.
- the Winding sleeve 7, for example, has a diameter of the order of 15 cm.
- a finished one Winding roll 4 may well have a diameter of the order of 2.5 m.
- the web 5 occasionally breaks off during winding. There can be many Give reasons, which should not be deepened in detail. If the demolition takes place before the Winder 4 is done, then the web must be 5 re-introduced into the reel winder 1. One connects then the beginning of the newly supplied course with the end of already on the Winding roll 4 wound web. Although the finished winding roll then contains a splice. At a appropriate marking this splice, the winding roll can still be in itself process known way.
- the time at which an outline occurs is not predictable.
- the demolition can occur if the winding roll 4 'still has a comparatively small diameter. He can also occur when the winding roll 4 has a larger diameter or is almost completed.
- the winding roll 4 is first decelerated. The torn end of the train, the is wound on the winding roll 4 is straightened, preferably by a cut or a Tear line that runs axially parallel to the winding roller 4.
- a tip 8 is cut at the beginning of the reel winder 1 again to be supplied to the web 5 and leads this tip 8 with guide aids 9, 10 in the nip 6 between the inlet side support roller 2 and the winding roller 4.
- a Adhesive applicator 11 is arranged below the inlet-side support roller 2 , which applies an adhesive 12 to the web 5, for example in the form of a double-acting adhesive tape.
- the guide aids 9, 10 are in Axially offset laterally arranged to the adhesive applicator, so that the adhesive 12th is guided centrally between the guide aids, without polluting them.
- the sticks Track 5 with its tip 8 at the beginning of the winding roll 4 fixed.
- the winding roll 4 in the direction of Arrow 13 is rotated further, then transported to the top 8 on.
- the Vertex 14 of the roller 4 has reached, an operator can take the tip 8 and follow suit.
- the web 5 is again cut to width. If the web is full width arrived at the outlet side of the winding roll 4, the operator can tip 8 from the newly supplied train and separate the new beginning of the track with the old tail Connect conventional manner, for example, also with a double-acting tape.
- a sensor 15 is arranged, which detects when the tip of the 8th arrives. If the speed of the incoming web 5 is known, then the sensor 15 can timed the adhesive application device 11 so that the adhesive 12 only one predetermined area of the tip 8 of the web 5 is applied.
