Definitions

  • the invention relates to a dust filter bag according to the features of the Obex handle of claim 1.
  • vacuum cleaners that have a dust filter bag in which the dust is first removed when performing the vacuum cleaning. Furthermore, there are vacuum cleaners in which the dust, for example via a cyclone separator, is introduced directly into a dust collecting space provided without a removable dust filter bag.
  • a vacuum cleaner especially when repeatedly switching on, a perceived as unpleasant odor may occur.
  • absorption filters whose main constituents are the adsorbent for binding the odorous substances and a suitable carrier material for fixing the adsorbent.
  • adsorbent highly porous materials are used, in many cases, for.
  • activated carbon used.
  • zeolites or porous organic polymers use.
  • the adsorbent consists mostly of particles that can be present in different shapes and size fractions. These are distributed with the help of various support structures, such as foam, fabric, fleece, honeycomb, etc. in a deficient manner over the filter.
  • Such an odor filter is arranged in the device so that it is traversed by the conveyed air during operation of the device.
  • a filter is arranged on the suction side in front of the blower, whereby the adsorption equilibrium in the filter is not adversely affected by the increased temperature after the motor-blower unit.
  • it is known for the purpose of covering an unpleasant odor porous, perfume-soaked media in room air purifiers and Use vacuum cleaners.
  • sticks and granules are known, which are introduced into a filter bag or attached in the flow path of the air. The separation of odors in a vacuum cleaner has specific requirements.
  • the dust collected in a vacuum cleaner is retained and collected in a dust filter bag or other special dust collection container.
  • the absorbed dust remains in this filter bag or container for a certain time.
  • the microbiological degradation of various dust constituents produces a large part of the undesirable odors.
  • the main drawback of the known solutions is that the deposition of the odorous substances essentially takes place during the operation of the vacuum cleaner, in that the odorous substances reach the odor filter by convective transport with the flowing air.
  • the odorous substances reach the odor filter by convective transport with the flowing air.
  • the high concentration of odorous substances in the suction air which suddenly starts when the vacuum cleaner is switched on, requires a very good adsorption kinetics of the filters.
  • the invention has the object to provide a dust filter bag for a vacuum cleaner, which can reliably prevent a sudden onset of odor after switching on the vacuum cleaner.
  • the adsorbent is used as fibers of activated carbon, zeolites or porous polymers, that the storage container is arranged as openable by piercing storage container to a suction port of the dust filter bag.
  • odors can be bound at the place of their formation. This happens because the adsorbent is placed in the immediate vicinity of the absorbed dust.
  • the amount of adsorbent can be comparable be low, approximately between 3 and 30g, preferably between 5 and 50g per usual dust filter bag.
  • the user may pierce the storage container prior to first putting the dust filter bag into operation for distributing the absorbent contained in the dust filter bag.
  • the odors are not only transported to the adsorbent by the flow during operation of the vacuum cleaner. Rather, the transport takes place especially in the times in which the device is stationary, by diffusion of the odors.
  • the pressure loss of a filter which is traversed by the air during operation of the device is prevented since the odors forming are continuously diffused to the adsorbent and bound there. This has the consequence that, in contrast to the known odor filters no relatively large amount of odors must be adsorbed in a short time.
  • a diffusion odor filter according to the invention therefore has a mediocre adsorption kinetics, without the breakthrough of an intensive odor cloud occurring when the device is switched on. During vacuuming the odor molecules are eliminated, which are discharged immediately after switching on the device.
  • the adsorbent is introduced into the dust filter bag before the beginning of a first suction process.
  • the adsorbent exits for distribution in the room independently.
  • the size distribution, the chemical equipment (bactericidal and fungicidal substances) and amount of the adsorbent is related to the receiving volume of the dust bag and to the field of application, i. adapted to the presumed substances to be absorbed.
  • the most efficient adsorption of the undesired odorants, for which the ratio of macropores, meso- and micropores in the adsorber is decisive, is important.
  • application criteria are also decisive.
  • adsorbent particles are contained in a storage container.
  • Activated carbon fibers with a diameter of 0.01 to 0.1 mm and a fiber length of 10 to 100 mm are very advantageous.
  • a motor / blower unit 4 shown in the region of a foot-side suction nozzle 5 generates a negative pressure, by means of which dust and dirt particles from the floor to be cleaned 6 solved and by means of the suction air flow through a not shown Suction channel to be transported in the dust filter bag 3.
  • the motor / blower unit 4 is downstream of the dust filter bag 3 in the air flow direction.
  • the dust collected in the dust filter bag 3 remains there for a certain time. During this time, odorant is produced by the microbiological degradation of various dust constituents which are adsorbed as outlined below.
  • an adsorbent 7 in the form of activated carbon, zeolites or porous polymer is entered or entered into the dust filter bag 3.
  • the absorbent 7 is scattered by means of a dosing 8 on the bottom 6 to be sucked and then introduced into the dust filter bag 3 together with the sucked-up dust at startup of the vacuum cleaner.
  • the metering container 8 has the function of a sugar spreader, whereby after a single tilting of the same a predefined portion of the adsorbent 7 is output.
  • the adsorption performance can, however, be adjusted by the user by adding an individually selected amount of adsorbent 7 (by dispensing several adsorbent sections) to the needs.
  • a double adsorbent portion can be applied to the soil 6 to be sucked by keeping the pet.
  • this adsorbent output or the absorption and introduction of the adsorbent 7 in the dust filter bag 3 is carried out once during the first startup of the vacuum cleaner 1 after a dust filter bag change.
  • a vacuum cleaner 1 which has a separator and a downstream connected dust collection chamber 9 for receiving the sucked dirt / dust particles.
  • This vacuum cleaner 1 has no, if necessary interchangeable Staubfilterbeuel according to the first Switzerlandsbesipiel. Rather, here the filled dust collection chamber 9 is emptied if necessary.
  • the adsorbent 7 is scattered by means of a dosing 8 on the floor 6 to be cleaned and thereafter spent together with the absorbed dust in the dust collection chamber 9.

The transport takes place especially in the times in which the device is stopped by diffusion of the odors. The accumulation of a larger amount of odorous substances in the dust filter bag 3 is prevented since the odors forming are continuously diffused to the adsorbent 7 and bound there.
  • the diffusion odor filter formed in this way has a mediocre adsorption kinetics without having to fear the breakthrough of an intensive odor swath when switching on the device.
