Claims (10)

  1. Dispositif d'éjection (1) pour extraire des produits imprimés (3) du canal de transport (2) d'une machine à assembler (30), dans lequel les produits imprimés (3) sont transportés dans un courant cadencé et peuvent être extraits du canal de transport (2) vers le bas à travers une ouverture (10) formée par un volet pivotant (11) d'une partie de fond (8) du canal de transport (2), caractérisé en ce que le volet (11) peut pivoter autour d'un axe (39) qui s'étend essentiellement parallèlement à la direction de transport (18) du canal de transport (2).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite ouverture (10) est disposée à distance d'une paroi de guidage latérale (6) du canal de transport (2).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le canal de transport (2) présente une partie de paroi (25) qui peut être déplacée vers le bas et de préférence en même temps vers l'arrière pour l'extraction d'un produit imprimé (3) dès que le produit imprimé (3) à éjecter se trouve au niveau de cette partie de paroi (25).
  4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'axe (39) se trouve au niveau du bord (8a) du canal de transport (2).
  5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les produits imprimés (3) à extraire sont essentiellement extraits vers le bas par la gravitation.
  6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les produits imprimés (3) à extraire sont accélérés par un dispositif subsidiaire, par exemple par de l'air provenant d'une buse de soufflage (29).
  7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé par le fait qu'un coulisseau (14) avec lequel les produits imprimés (3) à extraire peuvent être déplacés vers l'ouverture (10) est disposé sur le canal de transport (2).
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le coulisseau (14) est disposé dans ou derrière une paroi de guidage (6) et peut être déplacé transversalement à la direction de transport (18) du canal de transport (2) pour éjecter les produits imprimés (3).
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que le coulisseau (14) présente au moins un doigt (35) qui, dans la position de repos, sont disposés dans des évidements correspondants (15) de la paroi de guidage (6).
  10. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 7 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le coulisseau (14) est guidé de manière à suivre le produit imprimé (3) à éjecter en direction de transport (18) lors de l'éjection.
