Claims (17)
- Doppelsiebformer (1) einer Maschine zur Herstellung einer Faserstoffbahn (2), insbesondere einer Papier- oder Kartonbahn, aus mindestens einer Faserstoffsuspension (3), mit zwei umlaufenden endlosen Sieben (4, 5), von denen das erste Sieb (4) über einen Umfangsbereich (7) einer Formierwalze (6) läuft und das zweite Sieb (5) über einen Umfangsbereich (9) einer Brustwalze (8) läuft und die beiden Siebe (4, 5) danach unter Bildung eines keilförmigen Stoffeinlaufspalts (10), der unmittelbar von einem Stoffauflauf (11) die Faserstoffsuspension (3) aufnimmt, im Bereich oder vorzugsweise unmittelbar nach der Formierwalze (6) zusammenlaufen und anschließend eine Doppelsiebstrecke (12) bilden, die mindestens eine der Formierwalze (6) in Sieblaufrichtung (S) nachgeordnete, zumindest bereichsweise mit Unterdruck beaufschlagte und mehrere Formierelemente (15) umfassende Formiereinheit (13) mit gekrümmter Arbeitsfläche (14) aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mehrere Zonen (16.1, 16.2) aufweisende Formiereinheit (13) der Formierwalze (6) an deren Siebablaufpunkt (17) des mindestens einen Siebs (4, 5) von derselben unmittelbar in Sieblaufrichtung (S) in einem Abstand (A) nachgeordnet ist und
dass der Abstand (A) zwischen dem Siebablaufpunkt (17) und dem ersten Formierelement (15.1) der Formiereinheit (13) einen Wert im Bereich von 50 bis 150 mm, vorzugsweise von 80 bis 110 mm, annimmt. - Doppelsiebformer (1) nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Siebablaufpunkt (17) des Siebs (4) von der Formierwalze (6) und der Auftreffpunkt (31) der Faserstoffsuspension (3) auf das Sieb (4) einen Abstand (B) aufweisen, der einen Wert im Bereich von 0 bis 50 mm, vorzugsweise von 20 bis 30 mm, annimmt. - Doppelsiebformer (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Formierwalze (6) mehrere, vorzugsweise zwei sich von dem Beginn der Doppelsiebstrecke (12) bis zumindest zu ihrem Scheitelpunkt (19) erstreckende und vorzugsweise individuell einstellbare Saugzonen (20.1, 20.2) aufweist und
dass die letzte Saugzone (16.2) eine Dichtleiste (21) aufweist, die unter einem die Umfangsfläche (22) der Formierwalze (6) beschabenden Abdichtschaber (23) liegt. - Doppelsiebformer (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest die erste Zone (16.1) der Formiereinheit (13) sowohl zur Formierwalze (6) hin geöffnet als auch zur Umgebung hin abgedichtet ist. - Doppelsiebformer (1) nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Zone (16.1) der Formiereinheit (13) als vorzugsweise individuell einstellbare Unterdruckzone ausgebildet ist. - Doppelsiebformer (1) nach Anspruch 4 oder 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die der ersten Zone (16.1) nachfolgenden Zonen (16.2) der Formiereinheit (13) als vorzugsweise individuell einstellbare Unterdruckzonen ausgebildet sind. - Doppelsiebformer (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bereich zwischen dem Siebablaufpunkt (17) und dem ersten Formierelement (15.1) mit Unterdruck im Bereich von 0,01 bis 0,15 bar, vorzugsweise von 0,01 bis 0,05 bar, beaufschlagt ist. - Doppelsiebformer (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Formierelement (15.1) eine zur Formierwalze (6) hin gerichtete Unterwand (25) aufweist und dadurch ein Kanal (26) zwischen Formierwalze (6) und erstem Formierelement (15.1) ausgebildet ist, der eine vorzugsweise konstante Kanalhöhe (H) im Bereich von 1 bis 35 mm, vorzugsweise von 5 bis 10 mm, annimmt. - Doppelsiebformer (1) nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Saugzone der Formierwalze (6) sich im Bereich des Kanals (26) erstreckt. - Doppelsiebformer (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die weiteren Formierelemente (15.2, 15.3) der ersten Zone (16.1) der Formiereinheit (13) ablaufseitig mit zur Formierwalze (6) gerichteten Leitelementen (27), insbesondere Leitblechen, versehen sind. - Doppelsiebformer (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die gekrümmte Arbeitsoberfläche (14) der Formiereinheit (13) mit Öffnungen (28) beliebiger Form, vorzugsweise mit Bohrungen oder maschinenbreiten Schlitzen, versehen ist. - Doppelsiebformer (1) nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste, nicht mit Öffnungen (28) versehene gekrümmte Arbeitsoberfläche (14) der Formiereinheit (13) mit einem Foilwellenschliff und/oder mit unter einem Winkel von 2 bis 15°, vorzugsweise von 5 bis 10° zur Sieblaufrichtung (S) verlaufende Foilrillen versehen ist. - Doppelsiebformer (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen den in Sieblaufrichtung (S) im jeweiligen Abstand angeordneten Formierelementen (15.1, 15.2, 15.3) der Formiereinheit (13) weitere Elemente (29) zur Formationsverbesserung auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite der Doppelsiebstrecke (12) angeordnet sind. - Doppelsiebformer (1) nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach dem ersten Formierelement (15.1) der Formiereinheit (13) ein Element (29) zur Formationsverbesserung auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite der Doppelsiebstrecke (12) angeordnet ist. - Doppelsiebformer (1) nach Anspruch 13 oder 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Element (29) zur Formationsverbesserung eine vorzugsweise sektional anstellbare Formierleiste oder ein Element zur Erzeugung eines Druckimpulses ist. - Doppelsiebformer (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Formiereinheit (13) in Sieblaufrichtung (S) weitere Formier- und Entwässerungseinheiten (30) nachgeordnet sind. - Doppelsiebformer (1) nach Anspruch 16,
