Abstract
Description
- Herstellen eines Unterbaus, insbesondere mit einer Frostschutzschicht und/oder einer ungebundenen und/oder einer hydraulisch gebundenen Tragschicht,
- Aufbringen einer hydraulisch gebundenen Tragschicht oder einer Betontragschicht, die so ausgebildet ist, dass sie in Verbindung mit den darunter angeordneten Schichten die Traglast aufnimmt, auf den Unterbau,
- Aufbringen einer Ausgleichsschicht, insbesondere Asphaltschicht, die im Wesentlichen keine Tragfunktion hat und die so ausgebildet ist, dass sie die Unebenheiten der darunter liegenden Tragschicht zumindest weitgehend ausgleicht, auf die hydraulisch gebundene Tragschicht oder Betontragschicht.

Claims (10)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer so genannten festen Fahrbahn für Schienenfahrzeuge mit den Schritten:Herstellen eines Unterbaus, insbesondere mit einer Frostschutzschicht ( 1 ) und/oder einer ungebundenen und/oder einer hydraulisch gebundenen Tragschicht (2),Aufbringen einer hydraulisch gebundenen,Tragschicht oder einer Betontragschicht (3), die so ausgebildet ist, dass sie in Verbindung mit den darunter angeordneten Schichten (1, 2) die Traglast aufnimmt, auf den Unterbau (1, 2),Aufbringen einer Ausgleichsschicht (4), insbesondere Asphaltschicht, die im Wesentlichen keine Tragfunktion hat und die so ausgebildet ist, dass sie die Unebenheiten der darunter liegenden Tragschicht (3) zumindest weitgehend ausgleicht, auf die hydraulisch gebundene Tragschicht oder Betontragschicht (3).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausgleichsschicht (4) einlagig oder zweilagig aufgebracht wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausgleichsschicht (4) in einer solchen Stärke aufgebracht wird, dass es gerade zum gewünschten Ausgleich der Unebenheiten der darunter angeordneten Tragschicht (3) ausreicht. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausgleichsschicht (4) mit einer Höhe kleiner 20 cm, insbesondere kleiner 15 cm, bevorzugt ca. 5 cm bis ca. 7 cm, aufgebracht wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Betontragschicht (3) mit einer Armierung versehen wird und/oder dass auf die Ausgleichsschicht (4) herkömmliche Schwellen (5), Breitschwellen oder mehrere Stützpunkte aufnehmende Betonfertigteilplatten aufgelegt werden. - Feste Fahrbahn für Schienenfahrzeuge mit einem Unterbau, insbesondere mit einer Frostschutzschicht (1) und/oder einer ungebunden und/oder einer hydraulisch gebundenen Tragschicht (2), einer auf dem Unterbau (1, 2) angeordneten, zusammen mit den darunter angeordneten Schichten (1, 2) die Traglast aufnehmenden hydraulisch gebundenen Tragschicht oder Betontragschicht (3) und einer auf der hydraulisch gebundenen Tragschicht oder Betontragschicht (3) angeordneten Ausgleichsschicht (4), insbesondere Asphaltschicht, die so ausgebildet ist, dass sie die Unebenheiten der darunter liegenden Tragschicht (3) zumindest weitgehend ausgleicht.
- Feste Fahrbahn nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausgleichsschicht (4) einlagig oder zweilagig aufgebracht ist. - Feste Fahrbahn nach Anspruch 6 oder 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausgleichsschicht (4) in einer solchen Stärke aufgebracht ist, dass es gerade zum gewünschten Ausgleich der Unebenheiten der darunter angeordneten Tragschicht (3) ausreicht. - Feste Fahrbahn nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausgleichsschicht (4) eine Höhe kleiner 20 cm, insbesondere kleiner 15 cm, bevorzugt von ca. 5 cm bis ca. 7 cm aufweist. - Feste Fahrbahn nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Betontragschicht (3) mit einer Armierung versehen ist und/oder dass auf der Ausgleichsschicht (4) herkömmliche Schwellen (5), Breitschwellen oder mehrere Stützelemente aufnehmende Betonfertigteilplatten aufgelegt sind.
