Claims (25)
- Bahnführungseinrichtung mit wenigstens einem Leitelement (10) zur berührungslosen Bahnführung in einer der Herstellung und/oder Behandlung einer Materialbahn (28), insbesondere Papieroder Kartonbahn, dienenden Maschine,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Leitelement als rotierende, angetriebene Leitwalze (10) ausgeführt ist, die außer von der Materialbahn (28) auch von zumindest einem Siebband (40) umschlungen ist und eine Leitfläche (12) besitzt, die zumindest teilweise aus luftdurchlässigem porösen Material (14) besteht, das mit Druckluft beaufschlagbar ist, um über die durch dieses poröse Material (14) hindurchströmende Luft (16) zwischen der Leitfläche (12) und der bewegten Materialbahn (28) ein Luftpolster (18) zu bilden. - Bahnführungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leitwalze (10) wenigstens eine Druckkammer (20) umfasst, über die das poröse Material (14) mit Druckluft beaufschlagbar ist. - Bahnführungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das poröse Material (14) zumindest teilweise auf einem die Druckkammer (20) enthaltenden, mit Luftdurchtrittsöffnungen (22) versehenen Träger (24) aufgebracht ist. - Bahnführungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das poröse Material (14) zumindest einen Teil der Druckkammerwandung bildet. - Bahnführungseinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Druck in der Druckkammer (20) größer als 0,5 bar und vorzugsweise größer als 1 bar ist. - Bahnführungseinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der spezifische Volumenstrom im porösen Material in einem Bereich von etwa 10 bis etwa 5000 N·m3/h·m2 liegt. - Bahnführungseinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Loch- oder Porenabstand bzw. der Abstand der Austrittsöffnungen des luftdurchlässigen porösen Materials (14) kleiner als 1 mm ist. - Bahnführungseinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mittlere Größe der Austrittsöffnungen, Poren und/oder Löcher des porösen Materials (14) kleiner als 0,2 mm und vorzugsweise kleiner als 0, 1 mm ist. - Bahnführungseinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Druckverlust von der von der bewegten Materialbahn (28) abgewandten Seite zur der Materialbahn (28) zugewandten Seite des porösen Materials (14) größer als 0,2 bar und vorzugsweise größer als 0,8 bar beträgt. - Bahnführungseinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dicke des zwischen der Leitfläche (12) und der bewegten Materialbahn (28) gebildeten Luftpolsters (18) geringer als 5 mm und vorzugsweise geringer als 3 mm ist. - Bahnführungseinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leitwalze (10) einen Durchmesser in einem Bereich von etwa 100 bis etwa 2500 mm und vorzugsweise in einem Bereich von etwa 500 mm bis etwa 1500 mm besitzt. - Bahnführungseinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das bewegte Band (40), insbesondere Siebband, zwischen der Leitwalze (10) und der Materialbahn (28) geführt ist. - Bahnführungseinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das bewegte Band (40), insbesondere Siebband, auf der von der Leitwalze (10) abgewandten Seite der Materialbahn (28) geführt ist. - Bahnführungseinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leitwalze (10) in Querrichtung und/oder in Maschinenlaufrichtung (L) aus mehreren einzelnen Segmenten (20', 20") zusammengesetzt ist. - Bahnführungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest einem Teil der Segmente (20', 20") eine gemeinsame Druckluftversorgung zugeordnet ist. - Bahnführungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 14 oder 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass den Segmenten (20', 20") zumindest teilweise getrennte Druckluftversorgungen zugeordnet sind. - Bahnführungseinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass über einzelne getrennte Segmente (20', 20") und/oder Segmentgruppen in Maschinenlaufrichtung (L) und/oder in Querrichtung eine zonenweise getrennte Druckluftbeaufschlagung vorgesehen ist. - Maschine zur Herstellung und/oder Behandlung einer Materialbahn (28), insbesondere Papier- oder Kartonbahn, mit wenigstens einer Bahnführungseinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 18,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die rotierende, angetriebene Leitwalze (10) der Bahnführungseinrichtung außer von der Materialbahn (28) auch von zumindest einem Siebband (40) umschlungen ist. - Maschine nach Anspruch 18 oder 19,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach einer Presse einer Pressenanordnung oder Pressenpartie wenigstens eine entsprechende Bahnführungseinrichtung vorgesehen ist. - Maschine nach Anspruch 20,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bahnführungseinrichtung direkt nach der Presse vorgesehen ist. - Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vor einem Lufttrockner wenigstens eine entsprechende Bahnführungseinrichtung vorgesehen ist. - Maschine nach Anspruch 22,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass direkt vor dem Lufttrockner wenigstens eine entsprechende Bahnführungseinrichtung vorgesehen ist. - Maschine nach Anspruch 22 oder 23,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vor einem Impingement-Trockner (38) wenigstens eine entsprechende Bahnführungseinrichtung vorgesehen ist. - Maschine nach Anspruch 24,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass direkt vor dem Impingement-Trockner (38) wenigstens eine entsprechende Bahnführungseinrichtung vorgesehen ist.
