Claims (8)
- Preßvorrichtung zur Behandlung einer Materialbahn (1), insbesondere einer Papierbahn, mit einem eine im wesentlichen glatte Preßfläche (10) aufweisenden Preßelement (2) und einem mit dem Preßelement (2) zur Bildung eines Preßspalts (3) zusammenwirkenden Gegenelement (4), wobei die Materialbahn (1) zusammen mit einem zwischen der Materialbahn (1) und dem Gegenelement (4) verlaufenden Filzband (5) durch den Preßspalt (3) geführt ist und nach dem Verlassen des Preßspalts (3) von dem Preßelement (2) getrennt wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zur Unterstützung der Trennung der Materialbahn (1) von dem Preßelement (2) in der Preßfläche (10) Rillen und/oder Löcher (6) ausgebildet sind, die sich im Preßspalt (3) durch die Preßkräfte unter Bildung einer glatten Oberfläche schließen und nach dem Verlassen des Preßspalts (3) wieder öffnen. - Preßvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß sich die Rillen (6) sich in Bahnlaufrichtung (A) so weit erstrecken, daß die in ihnen enthaltene Luft beim Durchlaufen des Preßspalts (3) im wesentlichen entgegen der Bahnlaufrichtung (A) aus den Rillen (6) gedrückt wird und während des Öffnens beim Verlassen des Preßspalts (3) Luft wieder in die Rillen (6) einströmen kann. - Preßvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß in der Preßfläche (10) mehrere Reihen von quer zur Bahnlaufrichtung (A) gleichmäßig beabstandet nebeneinanderliegenden Löchern und/oder Rillen (6) vorgesehen sind. - Preßvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Löcher bzw. Rillen (6) von benachbarten Reihen quer zur Bahnlaufrichtung (A) gegeneinander versetzt sind. - Preßvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Löcher und/oder Rillen (6) im wesentlichen über die ganze Breite der Materialbahn (1) verteilt vorgesehen sind. - Preßvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Rillen (6) eine Breite von 0,1 mm bis 0,3 mm und eine Tiefe von 2 mm bis 5 mm haben. - Preßvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Preßelement (1) als Walze, insbesondere als Durchbiegungseinstellwalze, mit einem rotierenden Preßmantel (7) ausgebildet ist, in dessen Außenfläche die Löcher und/oder Rillen (6) ausgebildet sind. - Preßvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Preßmantel (7) aus Polyurethan besteht.
