Claims (8)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Schmuckstückes durch Umgießen eines Schmucksteins mit Metall, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schmuckstein vor dem Umgießen mit einer farbstoffhaltigen Auflage versehen wird, und dass während oder nach dem Aufbringen der Auflage diese einer energetischen Behandlung unterzogen wird, welche jene Umwandlungen der Auflage bewirkt, die ohne die energetische Behandlung beim Umgießen des Schmucksteins auftreten würden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die energetische Behandlung ein Erhitzen auf eine Temperatur zwischen 950° und 1250°C während einer Zeit von 1 bis 20 Minuten umfasst.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die energetische Behandlung ein Tempern bei einer Temperatur zwischen 700° und 800°C während einer Dauer von mindestens einer Stunde umfasst.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die farbstoffhaltige Auflage mit einem schützenden Überzug versehen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem Überzug Li, Mg, Zn, B, Ce, Ti, Si, Zr oder Al enthalten ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen Schmuckstein und farbiger Auflage eine Übergangsschicht angeordnet wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rückseite (2) des Schmucksteines (1) von einem durch das eingegossene Metall (4) gebildeten Ring (3) geschützt wird.
- Schmuckstein, welcher zur Herstellung eines Schmuckstückes durch Umgießen mit Metall gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 geeignet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schmuckstein mit einer farbstoffhaltigen Auflage von an sich variabler Farbe versehen ist, welche sich aufgrund einer energetischen Behandlung bei Erhitzen auf eine Temperatur unter 1250°C nicht mehr wesentlich ändert.
