Claims (11)
- Bogenmaterialanleger mit einem Bogenmaterialmagazin zur Bevorratung eines Bogenmaterialstapels, einer Saugerleistenvorrichtung, die mindestens einen Sauger (20) zum Kontaktieren des Bogenmaterials umfasst und eine Schwenkachse (14) aufweist, und mit einem eine erste Position und eine zweite Position aufweisenden Stellglied (30), wobei der Sauger bei in der ersten Position befindlichem Stellglied (30) aus einer ersten Winkelstellung, in welcher der Sauger (20) das Bogenmaterial kontaktiert, um einen vorgegebenen Winkel um die Schwenkachse (14) schwenkt, so dass der Sauger (20) das Bogenmaterial vom Stapel abnimmt; und wobei der Sauger (20) bei in der zweiten Position befindlichem Stellglied (30) um die Schwenkachse (14) aus einer zweiten Winkelstellung heraus schwenkt, in welcher der Sauger (20) das Bogenmaterial nicht kontaktiert.
- Bogenmaterialanleger nach Anspruch 1,
gekennzeichnet durch
einen Kurvenfolger (40), welcher den Sauger (20) betriebsmäßig schwenkt. - Bogenmaterialanleger nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kurvenfolger (40) den Sauger (20) unabhängig davon bewegt, ob sich das Stellglied (30) in der ersten oder der zweiten Position befindet. - Bogenmaterialanleger nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Saugerleistenvorrichtung (10) eine die Schwenkachse (14) aufweisende Hauptwelle (12) und eine Saugerleiste (16) umfasst, welche eine parallel, aber versetzt zur Schwenkachse (14) verlaufende Saugerleistenachse aufweist. - Bogenmaterialanleger nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stellglied (30) den Winkel zwischen der Schwenkachse (14) und der Saugerleiste (16) verändert. - Bogenmaterialanleger nach Anspruch 2,
gekennzeichnet durch
einen vom Kurvenfolger (40) angetriebenen, um die Schwenkachse (14) drehbaren und über das Stellglied (30) mit der Saugerleistenvonichtung (10) verbundenen Block (44). - Bogenmaterialanleger nach Anspruch 4,
gekennzeichnet durch
eine sich von der Saugerleistenvorrichtung (10) erstreckende Halterung (31), an der das Stellglied (30) über Federn (32, 34) befestigt ist. - Bogenmaterialanleger nach Anspruch 1,
gekennzeichnet durch
eine Unterdruckvonichtung (22), welche bei in der zweiten Position befindlichem Stellglied (30) den Unterdruck an dem Sauger (20) abstellt. - Bogenmaterialanleger nach Anspruch 1,
gekennzeichnet durch
ein Tablett (70), welches teilweisen Zugang zur Unterseite des bevorrateten Bogenmaterials ermöglicht. - Verfahren zur Abnahme von Bogen,
gekennzeichnet durch
die folgenden Schritte:Drehen einer Saugerleistenvorrichtung in einer ersten Betriebsart aus einer ersten Winkelstellung, in welcher ein Sauger das Bogenmaterial kontaktiert und das Bogenmaterial transportiert, um einen vorgegebenen Winkel; undDrehen der Saugerleistenvorrichtung in einer zweiten, hemmenden Betriebsart aus einer zweiten Winkelstellung, in welcher der Sauger das Bogenmaterial nicht kontaktiert. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der am Sauger anliegende Unterdruck in der ersten Betriebsart bereitgestellt und in der zweiten Betriebsart abgestellt ist.
