Claims (6)
- Abwerfbarer Treibkäfig für ein unterkalibriges Geschoß (1), der aus mehreren, in Umfangsrichtung nebeneinander angeordneten und durch Trennfugen (11) getrennten Treibkäfigsegmenten (9) aus Metall besteht und der einen Druckflansch (7) umfaßt, an den sich heckseitig ein kegelstumpfförmiger Treibkäfigbereich (8) anschließt, mit den Merkmalen:a) auf dem Außenumfang des Druckflansches (7) ist ein aus Kunststoff bestehendes Dichtungsband (12) befestigt;b) bei dem Dichtungsband (12) handelt es sich um ein Ringelement mit einer vorderseitig nach innen vorspringenden Rastnase (15), welche in eine entsprechende nutenförmige Ausnehmung (16) des Druckflansches (7) eingreift, und einer sich heckseitig anschließenden kegelstumpfförmigen Innenfläche (17), über die sich das Dichtungsband (12) an dem kegelstumpfförmigen Treibkäfigbereich (8) abstützt;c) das Dichtungsband (12) setzt sich aus mehreren, in Umfangsrichtung nebeneinander angeordneten und durch Trennfugen (13) getrennten Dichtungsbandsegmenten (14; 14') zusammen, wobei jeweils ein Dichtungsbandsegment (14; 14') einem Treibkäfigsegment (9) zugeordnet und mit diesem form- und/oder kraftschlüssig verbunden ist, undd) der heckseitige Bereich des Dichtungsbandes (12) ist mit einer die Dichtungsbandsegmente (14; 14') zusammenhaltenden Vulkanisationsschicht (18) versehen.
- Abwerfbarer Treibkäfig nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der heckseitige Bereich des Dichtungsbandes (14') eine heckseitig offene Ausnehmung (19) aufweist, derart, daß eine an dem Treibkäfig anliegende erste Dichtlippe (20) und eine nach außen gerichtete zweite Dichtlippe (21) gebildet wird.
- Abwerfbarer Treibkäfig nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Höhe des Bodens der Ausnehmung (19) außenseitig an der zweiten Dichtlippe (21) eine Biegerille (22) angeordnet ist.
- Abwerfbarer Treibkäfig nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das jeweilige Dichtungsbandsegment (14; 14') durch eine Klebeverbindung oder durch Aufschweißen mit dem zugehörigen Treibkäfigsegment (9) verbunden ist.
- Abwerfbarer Treibkäfig nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rastnase (15) des jeweiligen Dichtungsbandsegmentes (14; 14') und die nutenförmige Ausnehmung (16) des zugehörigen Treibkäfigsegmentes (9) zur Bildung einer Formschlußverbindung schwalbenschwanzförmig ausgebildet sind.
- Abwerfbarer Treibkäfig nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rastnase (15) des jeweiligen Dichtungsbandsegmentes (14; 14') und die nutenförmige Ausnehmung (16) des zugehörigen Treibkäfigsegmentes (9) zur Bildung einer Kraftschlußverbindung als Preßpassung ausgebildet sind.
