Claims (6)
- 減口径の発射体(1)のための離脱装弾筒であって、
周方向に互いに並べて配置され、分離継ぎ目(11)によって分離された複数の金属製の装弾筒セグメント(9)から成り、かつ、圧力フランジ(7)を有し、前記圧力フランジの後ろ側に切頭円錐形状の装弾筒領域(8)が連続しており、
a)圧力フランジ(7)の外周上に、プラスチックからなるシールバンド(12)が固定されており、
b)シールバンド(12)は、前側で内側へ突出し圧力フランジ(7)の対応する溝状の凹部(16)内へ嵌入するする係止突片(15)と、後ろ側に連続する切頭円錐形状の内面(17)とを備えたリング部材を成し、前記切頭円錐形状の内面を介してシールバンド(12)が装弾筒セグメント(9)の円錐台形状の装弾筒領域(8)に支持されており、
c)シールバンド(12)は、周方向に互いに並べて配置され、分離継ぎ目(13)によって分離された、複数のシールバンドセグメント(14’14)から成り、各シールバンドセグメント(14;14’)が一つの装弾筒セグメント(9)に対応し、かつこの装弾筒セグメントと形状結合および/または摩擦結合で結合されており、かつ
d)シールバンド(12)の後ろ側の領域に、シールバンドセグメント(14;14’)を一体に結合する加硫層(18)が設けられている、
ことを特徴とする離脱装弾筒。 - シールバンド(14’)の後ろ側の領域は、装弾筒に嵌合する第1のシールリップ(20)と外側へ向けられた第2のシールリップ(21)とが形成されるように、後ろ側が開放した凹部(19)を有している、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の離脱装弾筒。
- 凹部(19)の底部位置において、第1のシールリップ(21)の外側に曲げ溝(22)が配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の離脱装弾筒。
- それぞれのシールバンドセグメント(14;14’)は、接着結合によって、あるいは溶接によって、対応する装弾筒セグメント(9)と結合されて、いることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の離脱装弾筒。
- それぞれのシールバンドセグメント(14;14’)の係止突片(15)と、対応する装弾筒セグメント(9)の溝状の凹部(16)が、相補形状結合を形成するために、蟻ほぞ状に形成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の離脱装弾筒。
- それぞれのシールバンドセグメント(14;14’)の係止突片(15)と、付属の装弾筒セグメント(9)の溝状の凹部(16)が、摩擦結合を形成するために、圧力嵌めにされている、ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の離脱装弾筒。
