Claims (19)
- Ausziehführungsgarnitur für Schubladen mit einer an der Schublade befestigten Ausziehschiene, einer am Möbelkorpus befestigten Tragschiene und gegebenenfalls einer zwischen diesen beiden Schienen ablaufenden Mittelschiene an beiden Seiten der Schublade, wobei zwischen den Schienen Laufwagen angeordnet sind, in denen lastübertragende Walzkörper lagern, und an den Schienen Anschläge vorgesehen sind, die den Laufweg der Schienen begrenzen und wobei mindestens ein Dämpfer vorgesehen ist, der in den Endstellungen des Auszugsweges der Schublade den Anprall eines Laufwagens an einem Anschlag der Schienen dämpft, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mindestens eine Dämpfer als Fluiddämpfer (10) mit einem Zylinder (11) und einem Kolben (12) ausgebildet ist.
- Ausziehführungsgarnitur nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fluiddämpfer (10) als Lineardämpfer mit einem im teilweise oder vollständig mit dem Dämpfungsfluid gefüllten Zylinder (11) linear verfahrbaren Kolben (12) ausgeführt ist.
- Ausziehführungsgarnitur nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fluiddämpfer (10) als Drehdämpfer mit einem Drehkolben ausgeführt ist, der in einem teilweise oder vollständig mit dem Dämpfungsfluid gefüllten Gehäuse gelagert ist.
- Ausziehführungsgarnitur nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fluiddämpfer (10) als Luftdämpfer ausgeführt ist.
- Ausziehführungsgarnitur nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fluiddämpfer (10) als Flüssigkeitsdämpfer ausgeführt ist.
- Ausziehführungsgarnitur nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den beiden Stirnseiten mindestens eines Laufwagens (8) je ein Fluiddämpfer (10) angeordnet ist.
- Ausziehführungsgarnitur nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kolben (12) der Fluiddämpfer (10) mit Kolbenstangen (13) versehen sind, die in den Endstellungen des Auszugsweges der Schublade an den Anschlägen (14) der Schienen (5, 6) anstoßen.
- Ausziehführungsgarnitur nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein Laufwagen (8) mehrteilig ausgeführt ist und zwischen den Teilen (8', 8") des Laufwagens (8) ein Fluiddämpfer (10) angeordnet ist.
- Ausziehführungsgarnitur nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein Laufwagen (8) zweiteilig ausgeführt ist und zwischen den beiden Teilen (8', 8") des Laufwagens (8) ein Fluiddämpfer (10) angeordnet ist.
- Ausziehführungsgarnitur nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Teile (8', 8") des Laufwagens (8) Führungen aufweisen und teleskopartig zueinander verschiebbar sind.
- Ausziehführungsgarnitur nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fluiddämpfer (10) an den Anschlägen (14) der Schienen (5, 6) angeordnet sind.
- Ausziehführungsgarnitur nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einem der Teile (8') des Laufwagens (8) ein Drehdämpfer mit einem Antriebsritzel (16) angeordnet ist, das mit einem Zahnstangenprofil (17) des zweiten Teiles (8") des Laufwagens (8) kämmt.
- Ausziehführungsgarnitur nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen den Teilen (8', 8") des Laufwagens (8) eine Druckfeder (15) angeordnet ist.
- Ausziehführungsgarnitur nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckfeder (15) in den Fluiddämpfer (10) integriert ist.
- Ausziehführungsgarnitur nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei Teile (8', 8") eines Laufwagens (8) über mindestens einen Kupplungsteil (18) miteinander verbunden sind, der mit einem Fluiddämpfer (10) versehen ist.
- Ausziehführungsgarnitur nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein Kupplungsteil (18) aus zwei teleskopisch zueinander verschiebbaren Teilen (19, 20) besteht.
- Ausziehführungsgarnitur nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen den beiden Teilen (19, 20) eine Feder, vorzugsweise eine Druckfeder (15), angeordnet ist.
- Ausziehführungsgarnitur nach Anspruch 16 und/oder 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an einem der Teile (19) ein Linearkolben (12) befestigt oder ausgebildet ist, der in einen zylindrischen Hohlraum (11) des zweiten Teiles (20) ragt (Fig. 7).
- Ausziehführungsgarnitur nach Anspruch 16 und/oder 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einem der Teile (19) ein als Rotationsdämpfer ausgebildeter Fluiddämpfer (10) lagert, der mit einem Ritzel (16) versehen ist, das mit einem Zahnstangenprofil (17) des zweiten Teiles (20) kämmt (Fig. 8).
