- the motor flange facing the edge of the housing and the motor flange have closure cams, which overlap after a be carried out with the housing rotational movement in the manner of a bayonet closure, wherein the housing is supported on a equipped with an elastic seal, the housing to the drive motor final seal carrier, the is arranged on one side sliding between him and the motor flange.
- the FR 2185129 A also shows a motor pump, in which two housing half shells each having a circular groove, wherein the grooves of the two housing halves together form a pressure spiral within which rotates a pump.
- the liquid pump according to the invention with the features of claim 1 has the advantage that only one seal is required to seal the pump housing and the motor housing and the contact pressure is generated on the seal without additional fastening means.
- a single sealing ring takes over both functions, so the sealing of the pump housing against liquid leakage and the sealing of the motor housing against ingress of liquid from the outside.
- the assembly and disassembly of the pump is extremely simple and can significantly reduce the costs for production and repair. Since no separate fasteners are required, the logistics of the assembly line can be simplified and assembly tools can be saved, which additionally contributes to reducing the cost price of the pump.
- a relative rotation between the housing pot and the housing upper part brings them into engagement with each other, with increasing relative rotation uses an axial displacement movement, which causes a frictional compression of the sealing ring, and wherein the housing upper part and the lower housing part by means of a Positive locking connection positioned in the correct position and are fixed to each other non-rotatably.
- This preferably made by a tongue and groove connection of housing lower and upper housing part serves on the one hand for mounting coding and on the other hand forms an anti-rotation during assembly, which ensures proper allocation of stator, motor housing and pump housing.

Abstract
Description

- In
Fig. 3 ).
