本发明属于潜水泵的技术领域,特别涉及一种水陆通用的潜水泵,包括壳体,壳体下部固定有底座、上部设置有出水口,壳体内设有电机及由电机驱动其转动的叶轮,所述的底座的下部轴向设有与壳体内腔连通的轴向进水口,底座的侧壁径向设有与轴向进水口连通的径向进水口,本发明的结构简单、导热块、散热好,强度高,适用在深井提水的场合以及水管增压的管路系统中。

技术领域
本发明属于潜水泵的技术领域,特别涉及一种水陆通用的潜水泵。
背景技术
现有的泵以电机能否浸入水中来划分,可分为潜水泵和一般安装在液面之上的泵。潜水泵是深井提水的重要设备,把地下水提取到地表,是生活用水、矿山抢险、工业冷却、农田灌溉、海水提升、轮船调载等必不可少的抽水设备,另外还可用于喷泉景观,在使用时整个机组需要潜入水中工作,对于有些潜水泵只能将其竖直的安装在水中,离开水面则无法工作。一般安装在液面之上的泵,如:离心泵,由于大气压力及水压力降低到一定数值时会将使水汽化而泵就吸不上水,一般的离心泵的吸水扬程不会超过九米。同时,泵机组不能浸于水下。如果将这种潜水泵也可以安装在陆地上,并且也可以抽取地下水,因此在一些水中不方便安装的场所可以灵活安装应用,当放在陆地上使用时,还可以应用到水管管路系统中,将低楼层的水经过增压后送到高楼层,不仅节约了成本,除去了一些不必要的麻烦,而且也是非常的经济实用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单合理、安装方便,能够在水陆通用的潜水泵。
本发明是这样实现的:
一种水陆通用的潜水泵,包括壳体,壳体下部固定有底座、上部设置有出水口,壳体内设有电机及由电机驱动其转动的叶轮,所述的底座的下部轴向设有与壳体内腔连通的轴向进水口,底座的侧壁径向设有与轴向进水口连通的径向进水口,所述的叶轮套装在叶轮轴上,叶轮轴由电机驱动转动,在底座的轴向进水口的上方与叶轮之间设置有隔板,隔板套装在叶轮轴上,在隔板上周向均部有若干通孔,所述的轴向进水口和径向进水口通过通孔与壳体内腔连通,所述的轴向进水口或径向进水口处设有堵帽。
上述的轴向进水口与径向进水口均设有与水管螺纹连接的内螺纹。
上述的隔板的上表面相邻的两通孔之间设置有径向设置的加强筋。
上述的轴向进水口轴线与底座轴线共线。
上述的壳体与底座螺纹固定连接,所述的底座上部外侧面设有外螺纹,相对应的壳体下部内侧面设有与所述的外螺纹配合螺接的内螺纹。
本发明相比现有技术突出的优点是:
1、本发明在底座上设置的轴向进水口和径向进水口,在水中使用时,用堵帽将径向进水口堵住,当在陆地上使用时,将轴向进水口用堵帽堵住,从而能进行抽水工作,放在陆地上使用时,还可以应用到管路系统中,将低层的水经过潜水泵增压后送到高层,也能保证人们正常的日常生活。
2、本发明的结构简单合理,安装方便,适用在深井提水的场合以及水管增压的管路系统中。

具体实施方式
下面以具体实施例对本发明作进一步描述,参见图1—4:
一种水陆通用的潜水泵,包括壳体10,壳体10的下部螺接固定有底座20、上部设置有出水口,壳体10内设有电机及由电机驱动其转动的叶轮30,所述的底座20下部设有与其同轴线的轴向进水口22,底座20的侧壁径向设有与轴向进水口22连通的径向进水口21,所述的叶轮30套装在叶轮轴60上,叶轮轴60由电机驱动转动,在底座20的轴向进水口22的上方与叶轮30之间设置有隔板40,隔板40上居中设置有安装孔42,隔板40通过安装孔42套装在叶轮轴60上,在隔板40上周向均部有若干通孔41,所述的轴向进水口22和径向进水口21通过通孔41与壳体10内腔连通,隔板40的上表面相邻的两通孔41之间设置有径向设置的加强筋43,所述的轴向进水口22与径向进水口21上均设有与水管螺纹连接的内螺纹220和210。
上述的轴向进水口22或径向进水口21处设有堵帽50,在水中使用时,用堵帽50将径向进水口21堵住,轴向进水口22与水管螺接固定,潜水泵进行抽水工作;当在陆地上使用时,将轴向进水口22用堵帽50堵住,径向进水口21与水管螺接固定,从而能进行抽水工作,放在陆地上使用时,还可以应用到管路系统中,将低层的水经过潜水泵增压后送到高层,保证了人们正常的日常生活。
上述的壳体10与底座20螺纹固定连接,所述的底座20上部外侧面设有外螺纹200,相对应的壳体10下部内侧面设有与所述的外螺纹200配合螺接的内螺纹100。

1.一种水陆通用的潜水泵,包括壳体,壳体下部固定有底座、上部设置有出水口,壳体内设有电机及由电机驱动其转动的叶轮,其特征在于:所述的底座的下部轴向设有与壳体内腔连通的轴向进水口,底座的侧壁径向设有与轴向进水口连通的径向进水口;所述的叶轮套装在叶轮轴上,叶轮轴由电机驱动转动,在底座的轴向进水口的上方与叶轮之间设置有隔板,隔板套装在叶轮轴上,在隔板上周向均部有若干通孔,所述的轴向进水口和径向进水口通过通孔与壳体内腔连通;所述的轴向进水口或径向进水口处设有堵帽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种水陆通用的潜水泵,其特征在于:所述的轴向进水口与径向进水口均设有与水管螺纹连接的内螺纹。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种水陆通用的潜水泵,其特征在于:所述的隔板的上表面相邻的两通孔之间设置有径向设置的加强筋。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种水陆通用的潜水泵,其特征在于:所述的轴向进水口轴线与底座轴线共线。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种水陆通用的潜水泵,其特征在于:所述的壳体与底座螺纹固定连接,所述的底座上部外侧面设有外螺纹,相对应的壳体下部内侧面设有与所述的外螺纹配合螺接的内螺纹。
