Claims (11)
- Scharnierzapfen, insbesondere für ein Kraftfahrzeugtürscharnier mit einer Türkonsole und einer Säulenkonsole, die mittels des Scharnierzapfens miteinander gelenkig und zur Montage teilbar verbunden sind, wobei der Scharnierzapfen zur drehfesten Verbindung mit der Türkonsole einen Verbindungsabschnitt aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verbindungsabschnitt (3, 3a) paarweise symmetrisch zu einer Mittelebene des Scharnierzapfens (1, 1a) oder zueinander versetzt angeordnete Seitenflächen (4a, 4b, 4c) aufweist, die zum Übertragen von beim Verschwenken einer an der Türkonsole (2, 2a) angebrachten Tür auftretenden Momente auf den Scharnierzapfen (1, 1a) ausgebildet sind.
- Scharnierzapfen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verbindungsabschnitt (3) eine prismatische Form mit trapez- oder parallelogrammförmiger Grund- und Deckfläche sowie entsprechenden Seitenflächen (4a, 4b, 16) aufweist.
- Scharnierzapfen nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens zwei einander gegenüberliegende Seitenflächen (4a, 4b) des prismatischen Verbindungsabschnitts (3) von der Grundfläche aus in Richtung auf die Scharnierzapfenachse geneigt sind.
- Scharnierzapfen nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Seitenflächen (4a, 4b) konkav ausgebildet sind.
- Scharnierzapfen nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verbindungsabschnitt (3a) mindestens einen Vorsprung (17) mit parallel zur Mittelebene der Scharnierzapfenachse verlaufenden oder schräg zulaufenden Seitenflächen (4c) aufweist.
- Scharnierzapfen nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verbindungsabschnitt (3a) zwei im wesentlichen diametral angeordnete Vorsprünge (17) aufweist.
- Scharnierzapfen nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dieser zur Positionssicherung an der Türkonsole (2, 2a) ein endseitig angeordnetes und axial ausgerichtetes Innengewinde (10) oder Außengewinde für eine axial durch die Türkonsole (2, 2a) zum Scharnierzapfen (1, 1a) verlaufende Verschraubung aufweist.
- Scharnierzapfen nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein scheibenförmiger Teller (7) an dem dem Innengewinde (10) oder Außengewinde gegenüberliegenden Ende des Verbindungsabschnitts (3, 3a) angeordnet ist.
- Scharnierzapfen nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dieser zur drehfesten Verbindung mit einer Mitnehmerplatte einer Rasteinrichtung an dem dem Innengewinde (10) oder Außengewinde gegenüberliegenden Ende (6) eine mehreckige, vorzugsweise sechseckige Querschnittsform aufweist.
- Türscharnier, insbesondere für Kraftfahrzeuge mit einer Türkonsole und einer Säulenkonsole, die mittels eines Scharnierzapfens miteinander gelenkig und zur Montage teilbar verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Scharnierzapfen (1, 1a) zu drehfesten Verbindung mit der Türkonsole (2, 2a) gemäß einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 9 ausgebildet ist und in der Türkonsole (2, 2a) eine Ausnehmung mit entsprechenden Gegenflächen für den Eingriff mit den Seitenflächen (4a, 4b, 4c) des Scharnierzapfens (1, 1a) ausgebildet sind.
- Türscharnier nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Scharnierzapfen (1, 1a) in einem Kalibrierungsvorgang zur Anpassung an die Türkonsole (2, 2a) unter hohem Druck in eine Ausnehmung (10, 10a) an der Türkonsole (2, 2a) eingepreßt ist.
