Description

The present invention relates to a universal device for removing an article of footwear from a solid metal or tube or two forms arranged side by side, the articles being socks or pairs of socks with small or very long rods, pantyhose legs or assembled tights, or lady stockings knitted with all kinds of fibers. All these articles being on shapes of different heights with normal inclination of the foot making an angle of about 40 ° with the vertical and having a normal heel.

The treatment of footwear, socks stockings and pantyhose, is done on metal forms, so as to combine different treatments with intake of moisture and heat. Generally, manually threaded articles are, after treatment, automatically removed from the forms by means of a mechanical scrolling device. There are currently two types of lathers on the market used in the textile industry.

The first in US-A-3790047 consists of two rubber-coated pliers, which seize the article at the top of the form and pulls the latter by pulling strongly on it, so as to remove it from the form. This device is currently used on 95% of existing sock forming machines on the market. Then you have to tip the article, which is held at the top by the clamps and hangs vertically from top to bottom, from the vertical position to the horizontal position, by means of a racket animated by a very fast circular movement .

This device does not correctly present the articles, and lacks precision and repeatability. It is totally inefficient for long items, as well as for fine items, such as stockings or lady tights. In addition, the very fast circular movement of the racket deteriorates the pivoting mechanism.

The second type of slider known from US-A-5467905 essentially consists of two mats, which after pinching the article on the shape, rotate to extract it. It has the advantage of being able to quickly scroll very long articles, and a judicious arrangement of the carpet to smoothly move the article from the vertical position to the horizontal position. It is usually used to scroll through large items.

D'autre part, ce manque d'inclinaison ne permet pas, lors du conditionnement des articles, de replier correctement le pied de l'article sur la tige de celui-ci.On the other hand, it has the big disadvantage of being able to scroll only articles on shapes having a foot very slightly inclined with respect to the vertical and with a very reduced heel. This is, of course, unnatural since, in use, the articles are threaded onto human feet which themselves have a 90 ° angle to the vertical, which, moreover, is detrimental to the comfort of the user. On the other hand, this lack of inclination does not allow, when packaging articles, to correctly fold the foot of the article on the rod thereof.

These two types of slider are used on forming machines, either specialized in the treatment of socks, or in the treatment of tights with different heights of shape and also very different inclinations of feet.

Neither type can be used on the same machine which, on the other hand, would have the advantage of being able to treat very different items, and of all the scrolling with forms having a normal inclination of the foot.

The object of the present invention is to eliminate all these drawbacks by making it possible to move with the same device, all kinds of footwear, from small short-legged socks, to very large tights, via child tights, socks for men, and stockings for women, and this in all kinds of materials, with a normal inclination of the foot, that is to say to be universal.

The present invention is characterized by the fact that the foot of the article is taken in tweezers by two very short clamping mats arranged vertically and that this assembly is then moved with a translation movement in the same direction as the the axis of the foot of the form, this to extract only the foot of the article, the two gripping mats remaining fixed in rotation. Assisted in this action by a pair of fingers located on either side of the shape, which come in a horizontal rotational movement to grasp the lower part of the article, and are then animated with an upward movement at the same speed that the speed of movement of the set of two netting mats. At the end of the course, the two pinching mats come to rest tangentially to an upper belt located horizontally, while the two fingers of the article rise up simultaneously.

It is characterized by the fact that in a second step the complete extraction of the article is carried out by rotating the various appropriately arranged mats so that the article ends its course on a downhill inclined carpet about 45 °, always assisted in this by the two fingers of the article that accompany it at the same speed as the linear speed of the treadmill so that the article thus parade is not stretched or wrinkled during the last phase of scrolling by the different rugs.

It is also characterized by the possibility of adjusting the height of the recovery mats of the vertical and inclined horizontal article so as to adapt to each item, which allows to obtain a good presentation of it and scroll through shapes of different heights and align the rod of the article with respect to the tip of the form.

It is also characterized by the fact that the scrolling head can be positioned at different heights depending on the size of the shapes, and allow, with the same device to scroll small or large items, with small or very large rods .

One of the features of this invention is to also be able to juxtapose items at the exit of the inclined belt, either in pairs, so as to be packaged later, or by stacks of several items, to be stored waiting for the next operation .

As shown in FIGS. 1, 2 and 3, plate 1/6, the universal slider consists, among other things, of two gripping mats (1) and (2) entrained by the two motor rollers (3). and (4), themselves journalled in the support (5), itself integral with the slide (6), at the end of the drive rollers are keyed two gears (7), which allow the two rollers to turn in the contrary.

On one of the two axes is integrally fixed a toothed pulley (8), itself driven by a motor (9) by means of a toothed belt (10) and a small toothed pulley (11), fixed on the axis of the motor (9). The two gripping mats (1) and (2) are stretched by means of two idle rollers (12) and (13) which rotate respectively on the axes (14) and (15).

The structure of each carpet consists, for the nip (1), the left arm (16), the axis (14) and the right arm (17), the assembly pivots about the motor axis of the motor roller (3) by means of two bearings (18) and (19).

The structure of the gripping mat (2) is similarly constituted.

The control of the pivoting of the two gripping mats (1) and (2) is ensured by the jack (20) which actuates the two levers (21) and (22) via the two links (23) and (24), fixed on the piece (25), itself secured to the axis of the jack (20).

The symmetrical movement of the two belts relative to the vertical axis is ensured by the roller (26), which slides in the groove (27) arranged vertically.

The set of clamping mats (1) and (2) of the drive mechanism, as well as the clamping device, described above, is fixed on a slide (6), Figure 4 (plate 2/6).

The slider (6) moves along an axis parallel to the axis A - A 'of the foot of the form (28), with an angle of about 40 ° to the vertical. It is guided in its movement by three bearings (29) which slide along the two shafts (30) and (31).

The displacement in translation of the whole assembly is ensured by a mechanism constituted by a notched belt (32), an idle pulley (33), and a drive pulley (34), keyed on the output shaft of a geared motor (35), the assembly being fixed on a frame (not shown) via the supports (36) and (37).

The upper part of the universal deflector is constituted by an upper belt (38) (FIGS. 1 and 6, respectively plates 1/6 and 3/6) driven by a driving roller (39), the latter rotating at one end in a bearing (40), integral with the frame (41), and fixed at the other end in a geared motor (42), integral with the frame (41).

La tension du tapis supérieur (38) est assurée par un rouleau fou (43) tourillonnant autour d'un axe (44), lui-même fixé sur l'ossature (41).The tension of the upper belt (38) is provided by an idler roller (43) journalled about an axis (44), itself fixed to the framework (41).

L'ensemble de cette ossature est réglable en hauteur par l'intermédiaire de la vis (117) et du volant (118), immobilisé axialement par un palier, solidaire du bâti (non représenté).All of this frame is adjustable in height by means of the screw (117) and the flywheel (118), immobilized axially by a bearing, integral with the frame (not shown).

The guidance in vertical displacement of the framework (41) is provided by the two slides (45) and (46) and the axes (47) and (46) integral with the frame (not shown).

The lower part of the shifter, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 5 (boards 1/6 and 2/6 respectively) consists of a plate (49), guided by the bearings (50) and (51), which moves vertically on the axes (52) and (53), fixed on the frame (not shown), by means of a toothed belt (54), fixed on the plate (49), the latter being driven, at its lower part, by a pulley (55), itself keyed on a geared motor (56) integral with the frame (not shown), the upper part of the belt being returned by an idler pulley (57), itself fixed on the frame (not shown)

Only the raising finger (58) will be the subject of a detailed description, the raising finger (59) being strictly identical. The (58) is equipped, at its end, with a part of a finger rubber (60). It is articulated around an axis (61), itself fixed on the plate by two supports (62).

The raising finger, which can move 90 ° in the horizontal plane, is actuated by a jack (63), articulated between the end of the raising finger (58) and a support (64), integral with the plate ( 49).

The drag roller (66) (figure 1 - plate 1/6 - and figure 7 - plate 3/6) inclined at 45 ° to the vertical, is driven in its upper part by a motor roller (67), whose upper axis (68), integral with the latter, is articulated on the frame (41) by means of two bearings (69) and (70) (Figure 7). At its lower part, the descending belt (66) is stretched by means of a small lower roller (71), journalled in the two bearings (72) and (73), integral with the framework (74), which connects the motor roller (67) and the lower roller (17).

The driving roller (67), which itself drives the lowering belt (66), is provided by means of a pinion (75), keyed on the upper shaft (68) of the driving roller (61), the pinion (75) is connected to the pinion (78) by a chain (76), the pinion (78) being integral with the gear (79), both journalling on an idle axis (77), the gear (79) ) meshes with the gear (80) keyed to the axis of the drive roller (39), which allows the motor roller (67) to rotate in the opposite direction of the drive roller (39).

These two slides can move vertically, parallel to the horizontal belt (82), by means of a parallelogram (84), actuated by a mechanism (85), fixed at one end to the frame (86), Figure 6, plate 4/6

The vertical displacement of the two slides (81) in another embodiment can be ensured by means of a crank link system (116) for adjusting the height of the descent belt (66) according to the number of articles detected in height by means of a photocell (115) (Figure 1).

A horizontal belt (82) (FIG. 8, plate 4/6) horizontally under the lowering belt (66) is stretched between a motor roller (87) driven by a geared motor (88) and an idler roller tensioner (89), the assembly being attached to a frame (86).

In another embodiment, the upper part of the universal deflector, shown in FIGS. 10 and 11 (plate 5/6), consists of two sidewalls (90) and (91), a conveyor belt (92), driven by a drive roller (93) which at one end rotates in a bearing (94) and at the other end is driven by a geared motor (95) fixed to the sidewall (91). In addition, the conveyor belt (92) is tensioned between two idle rollers (96) and (97). A second conveyor belt (98) is superimposed on the first and wraps around the idle rollers (99), (100) and (101), the two sidewalls (90) and (91) are connected to a framework, as described in Figure (6), to adjust it in height.

The slider (6) is shown in FIG. 4, the clamping mats (1) and (2), the pivoting control in FIG. 2, and the movement mechanism of the slider FIG. 4, represented on the boards 1/6, 2/6 will be called in the description which follows: conveyor belt, previously described in detail.

The entire conveyor belt can occupy several positions, and particularly two different positions, (H1) and (H2), as shown in Figure 12 (plate 6/6).

For this, the assembly can slide by means of the bearings (102) and (103), along the columns (109), arranged vertically, the latter being secured to a frame (104). Holding in position (H1) or (H2) is provided by a cylinder (105) which is controlled either manually or automatically.

The upper part of the slider described above and shown on plate 6/6 FIG. 13 can be adjusted in position with respect to the entire slider conveyor by means of a flywheel (106) which, when rotating, actuates the screw ( 107) threaded on the right at one of its ends, the other being threaded on the left, which has the effect of bringing the bearing (103) closer to or away from the upper slide (108) guided by the bearing (111). The upper portion of the deflector can move vertically by means of the bearings (102) on the columns (109).

When a shape (28), or a pair of shapes, located side by side, lined with one or two articles, comes to be under the shifter, the two netting mats (1) and (2) descend according to the axis A - A ', guided by the bearings (29) and the shafts (30) and (31). In position "P1" (FIG. 4), the two gripping mats (1) and (2) pinch the foot of the article under the action of the jack (20), the piece (25), the two links ( 23) and (24) which act on the levers (21) and (22) by manipulating them.

They are then animated upwardly in the direction of the axis A - A ', driven for this by the geared motor (35) and all the device described above and come at the end of course tangent the upper belt (38). ).

Simultanément, les doigts de remontée (58) et (59) viennent en contact de la partie inférieure (65) de l'article qui est sur la forme (28) sous l'action du vérin (63).Simultaneously, the rising fingers (58) and (59) come into contact with the lower part (65) of the article which is on the form (28) under the action of the jack (63).

They are then moved up and down, at the same linear speed as the pinching mats (1) and (2), thanks to the geared motor (56). At the end of the course, the two gripping mats (1) and (2), positioned tangentially to the upper belt (38), thanks to the sensor (112). At the same time, the ascent fingers (58) and (59) are stopped in their movement.

These two actions make it possible to leave the foot of the article of the form, without shooting, thanks to the action of the two fingers of rise (58) and (59). As a result, the foot of the article is, without being deformed, in position P2.

The height adjustment of the upper belt (38), which concretizes the invention: its framework (41), on which is fixed the sensor (112), allows, as shown in Figure 4 (plate 2/6), by the stopping the upward stroke of the clamping mats (1) and (2), to adjust the alignment of the rod of the article being scrolled, in the extension of the foot of the form.

The next step is to simultaneously put the clamping mats (1), (2), the upper belt (38) and the descending belt (66) in rotation by means of the various motors (9) and motor-reducers (12). and to resume the ascending movement of the two raising fingers (58) and (59).

To complete the scrolling of the article, without wrinkles and without tension, so as to bring it in the appropriate position on the descent belt (66), stopping in position P4.

The horizontal belt (82) advances, with each rotation of the lowering belt (66), by means of the geared motor (88), which allows to deposit an article (113) figure 1 on the package of articles (114) , which moves at the same speed.

Avant le retour du paquet d'articles (114), l'extrémité du tapis de descente (66) est dégagée vers le haut au moyen du mécanisme figure 8 et figure 9 eL du mécanisme (85).After each item is dropped onto the article package (114), the horizontal mat (82) advances in the other direction, allowing the item package to return to position P5. Before the return of the pack of articles (114), the end of the descent belt (66) is disengaged upwardly by means of the mechanism 8 and Figure 9 eL of the mechanism (85).

Before each new removal of an article on the package thereof, the descending belt (66), with its slides (81), the parallelogram (84), the mechanism (85) is brought to a suitable height by according to the indication of the photocell (115), allowing a correct removal of a new article on the packet.

The package of articles may be constituted by only two articles, which form a pair and can therefore be directly packaged on the descent carpet (66). FIG. 8 illustrates that: despite the extreme positions occupied by the upper belt (38) during the adjustment R of the latter, because the driving roller (67) is integral with the framework (41) via the bearings (69) and (70), the small lower roller (71) of the lowering belt (66) always remains parallel to the horizontal belt (82) thanks to the two slides (81), articulated by means of the parallelogram (84), positioned in height, either by a mechanism (85), or a crank system (116).

The operation of the conveyor belts (92) and (98) shown in Figures 10 and 11 is identical to the operation of the upper belt (38), the realization is very different and can allow scrolling items that are very difficult to remove d 'a shape.

12, 13, 14 the universal lifter is used to remove articles on shapes of different heights. The starting position of the scrolling head, in H1, is provided by means of a jack (105), which can be controlled manually or automatically to reach the position H2.

These two positions make it possible, with the same apparatus, to scroll very small items or very large items.

Of course, the invention is not limited to the embodiment described above and shown, from which we can provide other embodiments, without departing from the scope of the invention.

The Universal Scrubber is intended to be used on treatment machines for socks of all sizes, with small or large stems, or treatment machines for children's or ladies' tights, leg by leg, or assembled, knitted in yarn very thin or very thick.
