Claims (14)

  1. Universale Abziehvorrichtung zum Abziehen von Strumpfware von einer metallischen massiven oder röhrenförmigen Form oder von zwei Formen nebeneinander, wobei die Strumpfwaren Socken oder Sockenpaare mit kleinen oder sehr langen Beinen, Strumpfhosenlängen oder fertige Strumpfhosen, oder Damenstrümpfe aus beliebigen Fasern gestrickt sein können, dergestalt dass diese Strumpfwaren sich auf Formen von verschiedener Höhe mit einer normalen Neigung des Fusses, die einen Winkel von ca. 40° mit der Vertikale bildet und eine normale Ferse haben, befinden, wobei die Abziehvorrichtung besteht aus zwei auf einen Schieber (6) angebrachten Klemmbändern (1) und (2), zwei hochhebenden Fingern (58) und (59), einem oberen Band (38) und einer Folge von Bändern, einem absteigenden Band (66) und einem horizontalen Band(82), um den Artikel aufzunehmen, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass, um eine Strumpfware von einer Form (28) abzuziehen, die zwei Klemmbänder (1) und (2), nachdem sie die Strumpfware am oberen Teil festgeklemmt haben und dabei immer in Rotation bleiben, sich in dieselbe Richtung wie die Achse A - A' des Formenfusses bewegen und dabei durch die Wellen (30) und (31) geführt werden, um den Fuss abzuziehen, wobei sie durch zwei hochhebende Finger (58) und (59) unterstützt werden, die in Kontakt mit dem unteren Teil (65) der Strumpfware sind und die Strumpfware mit derselben Geschwindigkeit wie die Bewegung der Klemmbänder (1) und (2) in einer Aufwärtsbewegung, längs des Beines hochheben, um Spannungen und Falten auf den Artikel zu vermeiden und dadurch gekennzeichnet dass, das komplette Abziehen unabhängig von der Höhe durch das gleichzeitige in Rotation Setzen der verschiedenen Bänder, der Klemmbänder (1), (2),des oberen Bandes (38), des absteigenden Bandes (66) erfolgt, wobei sie immer noch durch die beiden hochhebende Finger (58) und (59) unterstützt werden, die sich mit derselben linearen Geschwindigkeit wie die Klemmbänder (1) und (2) bewegen.
  2. Universale Abziehvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Klemmantrieb der Klemmbänder (1) und (2) durch einen Zylinder (20), zwei Hebel (21) und (22), die Verbindungsstangen (23) und (24), und ein Teil (25) erfolgt, die vertikal durch eine Reibrolle (26) zentriert sind und sich in einer vertikalen Nut (27) bewegen.
  3. Universale Abziehvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Klemmbänder (1) und (2) durch zwei Antriebsrollen (3) und (4) in gegenläufiger Richtung rotieren, die selbst in der mit dem Schieber (6) eingebauter Halterung (5) rotieren und an deren Ende ein eingebautes Getriebe (7) haben.
  4. Universale Abziehvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der linke Arm (16) und der rechte Arm (17) des Klemmbandes (1) sich um die Achse der Antriebsrolle (3) mit den Lagern (18) und (19) drehen.
  5. Universale Abziehvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gezeichnet, dass die zwei Klemmbänder (1) und (2) am Ende der Aufwärtsfahrt einen Berührungspunkt mit dem oberen Band (38) haben, damit der Artikel ganz natürlich auf das abgehende Band (66) übergeht, wobei diese automatisch durch die Wirkung des Sensors (112) positioniert werden, der auf den Antrieb des Getriebemotors (35) wirkt, der eine gemeinsame Struktur mit dem oberen Band (38) hat.
  6. Universale Abziehvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Höhe des oberen Bandes (38) einstellbar ist und dadurch die Klemmbänder (1) und (2) tangential zu dem oberen Band (38) in verschiedenen Positionen durch die Schraube (117) und das Rad (118) halten, wobei die Struktur (41) sich vertikal zu den Achsen (47) und (48) bewegt, damit der Schaft des Strumpfes in Linie mit dem Formenfuss beim endgültigen Abziehen ist.
  7. Universale Abziehvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das obere Band (38), in einer anderen Form der Erfindung, durch ein erstes Transportband (92) gebildet werden kann, das durch eine Antriebsrolle (93) angetrieben und durch zwei lose Rollen (96) und (97) gespannt wird, wobei das zweite Transportband (98) über das erste kommt und sich um die losen Rollen (99), (100) und (101) wickelt.
  8. Universale Abziehvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 6, 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das absteigende Band (66) durch die obere Achse (68) auf der Struktur (41) dank der Lager (69) und (70) ausschwenkbar ist, so dass das absteigende Band (66) sich gemeinsam während der Einstellung des oberen Bandes (38) bewegt.
  9. Universale Abziehvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das ganze Abziehband verschiedene Positionen einnehmen kann, und insbesondere zwei Positionen, in der Beschreibung H1 und H2 genannt, zum Beispiel durch einen Zylinder (105) oder jedes andere Mittel und mit Hilfe der Lager (102) und (103), die sich auf die Säulen (109) bewegen, um Formen mit verschiedenen Höhen abzuziehen.

Universale Abziehvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Distanz zwischen dem oberen Band (38) mit seiner Struktur (41) im Verhältnis zu der Struktur des Abziehbandes durch eine Schraube (107) mit einem rechten und einem linken Gewinde und einem Rad (106), eingestellt werden kann.
  12. Universale Abziehvorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zwei horizontal angeordneten Schienen (81) sich vertikal und parallel zu dem horizontalen Band (82) durch ein Parallelogramm (84), der durch einen Mechanismus (85) angetrieben ist, bewegen können.
  13. Universale Abziehvorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Parallelogramm (84)durch ein Kurbelstangensystem (116) angetrieben werden kann, sodass die kleine untere Rolle (71) des absteigenden Bandes (66) gemäss der Höhe des Artikelpakets, das mit der Fotozelle (115) erfasst ist, positioniert werden kann.
  14.
