Claims (19)

1. Vorrichtung zum Aufbringen eines die Dichtung zwischen den beiden Glasscheiben einer rechteckigen oder quadratischen Doppelverglasung bildenden Strangs mit einem festen Gestell (2), das eine gegenüber der Vertikalen leicht nach hinten geneigte Auflageplatte (3) trägt, die zur Halterung der ersten Glasscheibe (4) während des Aufbringens des Strangs (6) dient und der seitliche (49) und untere (61) Referenzanschläge zugeordnet sind, die eine genaue Positionierung der Glasscheibe (4) ermöglichen, mit einem zur Ausgabe des Strangs (6) dienenden Verteilerkopf (5), der drei Sätze von Rollen trägt, nähmlich einen ersten Satz von Druckrollen (31) mit zur Ebene der Auflageplatte (3) parallelen Achsen (31 a), die dazu dienen, den Strang (6) gegen die erste Scheibe (4) zu drücken und die sich gegen die der gedrückten Seite des Strangs (6) entgegengesetzte freie Seite des Strangs (6) abstützen, und wenigstens einen Satz von Rollen (33a, 33b) zur seitlichen Führung des Strangs (6) mit zur Ebene der Auflageplatte (3) senkrechten Achsen, die dazu dienen, den Strang (6) durch Abstützen gegen seine beiden freien Seitenflächen zu führen, und mit Mitteln zur Erzeugung von Relativbewegungen zwischen der Auflageplatte (3) und dem Verteilerkopf (5) derart, daß der Verteilerkopf (5) nacheinander die vier Seiten der Umfangslinie (29) auf der Innenseite der Glasscheibe (4) entlang fährt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Mittel vorgesehen sind, die den Verteilerkopf (5) mit einer Bewegung senkrecht zur Ebene der Auflageplatte (3) in Richtung einer Entfernung von dieser beaufschlagen, wenn der Verteilerkopf (5) infolge der Relativbewegungen der Glasscheibe (4) und/oder des den Verteilerkopf (5) tragenden Schlittens (7) sich am Ort des ersten Endbereichs (6b) des auf der ersten Glasscheibe (4) aufgebrachten Strangs (6) vorbeibewegt, und daß die genannten Mittel den Verteilerkopf (5) sogleich nach dem Überschreiten des ersten Endes (6b) des Strangs (6) mit einer Bewegung in entgegengesetzter Richtung beaufschlagen, bis er in die Position zurückgeführt ist, in der er den Strang (6) auf der Glasscheibe (4) aufbringt.
2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verteilerkopf (5) auf einem Schieber (34) montiert ist, der in einer Richtung senkrecht zur Ebene der Auflageplatte (3) zur Halterung der ersten Glasscheibe (4) bewegbar ist.

Maschine nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verteilerkopf (5) von einem Schlitten (7) getragen ist, der längs einer annähernd vertikalen, zur Ebene der Auflageplatte (3) parallelen Gleitbahn (8) bewegbar ist, und daß diese annähernd vertikale Gleitbahn (8) ihrerseits so montiert ist, daß sie längs einer horizontalen, zur Ebene der Auflageplatte (3) parallelen Gleitbahn (9, 12) bewegbar ist, daß Mittel zum Antrieb des Schlittens (7) längs der annähernd vertikalen Gleitbahn (8) sowie Mittel zum Antrieb der letzteren längs der horizontalen Gleitbahn (9, 12) vorgesehen sind, die Antriebsmitteln zur Bewegung des Verteilerkopfs (5) längs der vier Seiten der Innenseite der Umfangslinie (29) der ersten Glasscheibe (4) zugeordnet sind, und dass der Verteilerkopf (5) seinerseits so montiert ist, daß er um eine Achse (5a) verschwenkbar ist, die in einer zur Innenseite des Strangs (6) parallelen und dieser benachbarten Ebene liegt, während weitere Mittel vorgesehen sind, die jedesmal den Verteilerkopf (5) um eine Viertelumdrehung verschwenken, wenn dieser sich im Bereich einer Ecke der Glasscheibe (4) befindet.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verteilerkopf (5) für den Strang (6) eine versenkbare Eckenschablone (44) trägt, die einen rechteckigen Anschlag besitzt, um den der Strang (6) in jeder Ecke der Glasscheibe (4) herumzuführen ist, wobei das Zentrum dieser Eckenschablone mit der Schwenkachse (5a) des Kopfes (5) zusammenfällt, und daß die Eckenschablone (44) normalerweise in einer versenkten Position gehalten wird, und ihr Heraustreten in die aktive Position unmittelbar vor jeder Viertelumdrehung des Kopfes (5) bewirkt wird.
5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede der Druckrollen (31) auf einem senkrecht zur Ebene der Aufnahmeplatte (3) verschiebbaren Träger (5b) montiert ist, dem Mittel (48) zugeordnet sind, die ihn unmmittelbar vor jeder Viertelumdrehung des Verteilerkopfes (5) von der Aufnahmeplatte (3) entfernen.

Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2-5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der den Verteilerkopf (5) tragende Schieber (34) zylindrischen Querschnitt hat und an dem Schlitten (7) drehbar und in axialer Richtung verschiebbar montiert ist und einerseits mit der Stange eines Arbeitszylinders (36) verbunden ist, der seine axialen Verschiebungen steuert, und andererseits einen Zahnkranz (37) aufweist, der mit einem Zahnritzel (38) in Eingriff steht, das auf der Ausgangswelle eines von dem Schlitten (7) getragenen Getriebemotors (39) aufgekeilt ist, um den Verteilerkopf (5) jedesmal um eine Viertelumdrehung zu verschwenken, wenn er an der Stelle einer der Ecken der Glasscheibe (4) vorbeiwandert.

Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3-6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zum Antrieb des Schlittens (7) längs der Gleitbahn (8) aus einem elektrischen Getriebemotor (21) bestehen, der über Zahnritzel (18 und 19) eine endlose Kette oder einen endlosen Riemen (17) antreibt, an deren (dessen) einem Turm der Schlitten (7) befestigt ist.

Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3-7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zum Antrieb der annähernd vertikalen -beweglichen Gleitbahn (8) längs ihrer horizontalen Gleitbahn (9, 12) aus Zahnritzeln (25 und 26) bestehen, die von einem Getriebemotor (28) angetrieben werden und mit von dem Gestell (2) getragenen horizontalen Stangen (23, 24) in Eingriff stehen.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zur Steuerung der Antriebsmittel (21 und 28) des Schlittens (27) und der annähernd vertikalen beweglichen Gleitbahn (8) aus Detektormitteln zur Erfassung von Glas, beispielsweise einer optischen Faser, bestehen, die gegenüber dem Kopf (5) versetzt sind, um den Versatz des Randes der Glasscheibe (4) gegenüber den Detektormitteln bei der Abgabe des Signals zu kompensieren, das dem Nichtvorhandensein von Glas entspricht.
10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungswelle zur drehfesten Verbindung der Zahnritzel (18 und 19), die mit den Zahnstangen (23 und 24) in Eingriff stehen, von einer (27) der Führugnen der annähernd vertikalen beweglichen Gleitbahn (8) gebildet ist.

Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß längs des unteren Randes der Auflageplatte (3) Rollen (29) mit zu der Ebene der Auflageplatte (3) senkrechten Achsen (49a) angeordnet sind, daß wenigstens eine dieser Rollen Antriebsrollen sind, und daß die Rollen (49) normalerweise über die Vorderseite der Auflageplatte (3) vorstehen.
12. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Nähe des stromabwärtigen seitlichen Randes der Auflageplatte (3) ein Arretierungs- und Positionierungsanschlag (59) für die erste Glasscheibe (4) vorgesehen ist.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Achsen (49a) der Trägerrollen (49) für die erste Glasscheibe (4) an einer beweglichen Halterung (57) montiert ist, die ihre axiale Verschiebung hinter die Auflageplatte (3) und infolgedessen ihre Versenkung gegenüber dieser ermöglichen, daß ein Kamm mit nach oben und parallel zur Ebene der Auflageplatte (3) orientierten Fingern (61 a) nach oben verschiebbar ist, um die erste Glasscheibe (4) anzuheben, bevor die Trägerrollen (49) zurückgezogen werden, daß der seitliche Arretierungs- und Positionierungsanschlag (59) für die erste Glasscheibe (4) versenkbar montiert ist und daß Mittel (64) vorgesehen sind, die seine Versenkung gleichzeitig mit der Versenkung der Trägerrollen für die erste Glasscheibe (4) bewirken.

Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Ebene der Vorderseite der Auflageplatte (3) an einer Stelle, die selbst von der kleinsten ersten Glasscheibe (4) mit Sicherheit überdeckt wird, eine Saugvorrichtung (65) angeordnet ist, deren Saugwirkung durch Detektormittel zur Erfassung der korrekten Position der ersten Glasscheibe (4) gesteuert und bewirkt wird.
15. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Nähe des unteren Bereichs des stromabwärtigen seitlichen Rands der Auflageplatte (3) eine einziehbare Trennvorrichtung (42) zum Durchtrennen des Strangs (6) vorgesehen ist.

Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verteilerkopf (5) eine zurückziebare Druckrolle (71) trägt, der Mittel (72) zugeordnet sind, durch die sie mit einer transversalen Bewegung beaufschlagbar ist und die sie gegen den Strang (6) drücken können, insbesondere, wenn der Kopf (5) beim Überschreiten der Stelle zurückweicht, an der sich das zuerst aufgebrachte Ende (6b) des Strangs (6) befindet.

Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 5-16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Träger (5b) eine Zange montiert ist, die aus zwei Rollen (32a, 32b) mit zur Ebene der Aufnahmeplatte (3) senkrechten Achsen besteht, wobei einer (32b) dieser Rollen Mittel (32) zu ihrer transversalen Verschiebung zugeordnet sind, die sie in Richtung der anderen Rolle (32a) bewegen können, um den Strang (6) jedesmal einzuklemmen, wenn der Träger (5b) oder die gesamte Baugruppe des Kopfes (5) von der Aufnahmeplatte (3) entfernt wird.
18. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4-17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Drücker (73) zur Eckenfixierung vorgesehen ist, dem eine Antriebsvorrichtung (74) zugeordnet ist, die ihn nach jeder 90°-Drehung des Kopfes (5) gegen die von dem Strang (6) gebildete Ecke drücken kann.
19. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Rechner vorgesehen ist, der aufeinanderfolgend alle Operationen des Funktionszyklus' der Vorrichtung steuert.
