Definitions
- the invention relates to a composition intended to be placed in contact with a part having on its surface contaminated particles, to allow the decontamination of said part, as well as methods for decontaminating a part using such a composition.
- the composition is particularly intended for the treatment of non-fixed radioactive contamination, that is to say when it is not necessary to erode the part to reach the contaminated particles and allow their transfer from the surface of the part to the decontamination composition.
- the decontamination of the room corresponds to the reduction of the number of radioactive particles present on the surface of the room, up to a predetermined threshold, which may vary according to the needs and wishes of the user of the room.
- the parts to be decontaminated may be fluid lines, walls, floors, ceilings, tanks, swimming pools, or other objects.
- Laundry compositions are already known as described in US Pat. US 6087309 , US 6046152 , US 4129514 and the DE 2539928 . However, the known compositions are not entirely satisfactory in applications for the radioactive decontamination of a part.
- compositions do not make it possible to obtain the required decontamination efficiency in terms of the quantity of radioactive particles remaining on the surface of the part after the decontamination operations.
- compositions can not form foams adapted to the needs, and are therefore exclusively brought into contact in liquid form with the part to be decontaminated, by washing, dipping, or high pressure jet spraying processes.
- Foams contain more gas than liquid, thus reducing the volumes of reagents and effluents generated.
- the contact time between the foam and the room being greater than with a liquid, the decontamination is considerably improved.
- compositions that can be used in the form of foams have a number of disadvantages.
- these compositions do not make it possible to generate foams which are stable for a sufficient duration and which can be transported from a foam formation zone to the part to be decontaminated without undergoing degradation. It is therefore necessary for the operator to form the foam in the immediate vicinity of the part to be decontaminated.
- the known compositions are not able to comply with the new constraints imposed in the field of radioactive decontamination (quality of the foam making it possible to obtain a high level of decontamination, reduction of the dose of radioactivity received by the operator during decontamination operations ).
- the known compositions do not make it possible to obtain a foam that can be properly sprayed onto the part to be decontaminated with the necessary force.
- the object of the invention is to solve these problems.
- HLB hydrophilic - lipophilic balance
- the first surfactant has a good foaming and detergent power, while the second surfactant has good detergency and wetting.
- composition according to the invention is particularly effective in terms of the degree of decontamination obtained.

Description
US 6087309 ,US 6046152 ,US 4129514 et leDE 2539928 .
- entre 1 et 25 % en masse d'un premier tensioactif non ionique dont le HLB (balance hydrophile - lipophile), mesuré à température ambiante en milieu aqueux, est compris entre 14 et 16 ;
- entre 1 et 20 % en masse d'un deuxième tensioactif non ionique dont le HLB, mesuré à température ambiante en milieu aqueux, est compris entre 12 et 14 ;
- entre 5 et 10 % en masse d'un polyglucoside dont la chaîne alkyle comporte 8 atomes de carbone, en tant que premier tensioactif ;
- entre 5 et 10 % en masse d'un alcool gras éthoxylé comportant 10 atomes de carbone et 7 groupements oxydes d'éthylène en moyenne, en tant que deuxième tensioactif ;
- entre 3 et 9 % en masse de dipropylène glycol ;
- entre 0,1 et 6 % en masse de soude en perles ;
- entre 15 et 20 % en masse d'un polyglucoside dont la chaîne alkyle comporte 8 atomes de carbone, en tant que premier tensioactif ;
- entre 5 et 10 % en masse d'un alcool gras éthoxylé comportant 10 atomes de carbone et 7 groupements oxydes d'éthylène en moyenne, en tant que deuxième tensioactif ;
- entre 1 et 5 % en masse d'un polyglucoside dont la chaîne alkyle comporte 10 atomes de carbone, en tant que troisième tensioactif ;
- prévoir un dispositif comprenant d'une part une buse d'introduction de liquide et d'autre part un étage Venturi comportant un convergent coaxial à ladite buse, une entrée de gaz débouchant dans le convergent, et un divergent communiquant avec une chambre de mélange, la géométrie du dispositif étant définie pour créer un phénomène de cavitation en sortie de l'étage Venturi ;
- un polyglucoside dont la chaîne alkyle comporte 8 atomes de carbone ;
- un polyglucoside, dérivé du sucre, dont la chaîne alkyle comporte 8 atomes de carbone ;
- un alcool gras éthoxylé, comportant 10 atomes de carbone et 7 groupements oxydes d'éthylène en moyenne ;
