Claims (28)

- Dispositif selon une des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé par au moins une couche isolante appliquée sur le côté opposé au côté dans lequel sont logés les éléments de chauffage du plateau porte-contact (2).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de retenue (1) sont formés par des porte-à-faux faisant saillie dans le plan du plateau porte-contact (2).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de retenue (1) sont formés par un cadre isolant
- Dispositif selon une des revendications 14 à 16, caractérisé en ce que la couche isolante (1a) est composée par un des matériaux suivants ou par un composite d'au moins deux des composants suivants : plastique, céramique polymère, céramique extrudée.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 16 ou 17, caractérisé en ce que le bâti est composé par un des matériaux suivants ou par un composite d'au moins deux des composants suivants : plastique, céramique polymère, céramique extrudée.
- Dispositif selon une des revendications 16 à 18, caractérisé en ce que le plateau porte-contact (2) est couvert du côté opposé au côté dans lequel sont logés les éléments de chauffage par une couche de recouvrement (1a) en céramique polymère ou en céramique, alors que le reste du bâti (1) est en plastique ou en céramique polymère.
- Dispositif selon une des revendications 16 à 19, caractérisé par un ou plusieurs attributs caractéristiques des revendications 2 à 10.
- Dispositif de chauffage comprenant un tube profilé électroconducteur et un dispositif de retenue conforme à une des revendications 1 à 20, ledit dispositif de retenue étant inséré dans ledit tube et logeant des éléments céramiques de chauffage (8) dans des creux (3) entre des contreforts longitudinaux (1.1) et des entretoises (1.4), une bande isolante étant prévue (9) sur le côté du plateau porte-contact (2) opposé aux éléments de chauffage, (8).
- Corps de chauffe comprenant plusieurs dispositifs de chauffage (11) conformes à la revendication 21 tenus parallèlement à distance l'un de l'autre par des entretoises de retenue (12).
- Procédé de fabrication d'un dispositif dans lequel sont logés des éléments céramiques de chauffage dans un dispositif de chauffage, caractérisé en ce qu'un bâti (1) assemblé par cohésion au plateau porte-contact (2) est réalisé sur ce dernier comme élément de retenue pour les éléments de chauffage par enrobage ou pulvérisation dudit plateau porte-contact (2).
- Procédé selon la revendication 23, caractérisé en ce que le bâti est réalisé dans un des matériaux suivants: plastique, céramique polymère, céramique.
- Procédé selon la revendication 24, caractérisé en ce que la céramique est pulvérisée au moyen d'un procédé atmosphérique de projection au plasma.
- Procédé selon une des revendications 23 à 25, caractérisé en ce que de la céramique plastique est appliquée au pistolet ou de la céramique polymère est pulvérisée sur un côté du plateau porte-contact (2), le reste du bâti étant réalisé par enrobage au moyen de plastique ou de céramique polymère.
- Procédé selon une des revendications 23 à 26, caractérisé en ce que sur au moins un côté opposé au côté dans lequel sont logés les éléments de chauffage d'un plateau porte-contact, une couche d'un des matériaux suivants est appliquée au pistolet ou pulvérisée : plastique, céramique polymère, céramique.
- Procédé selon la revendication 27, caractérisé en ce qu'avant d'appliquer la couche isolante, des porte-à-faux sont créés dans le plan du plateau porte-contact faisant face au côté dans lequel sont logés les éléments de chauffage.
