Claims (28)
- Vorrichtung zur Aufnahme von Keramik-Heizelementen (PTC-Elementen, Kaltleitern) in einer Heizvorrichtung, mit einem isolierenden Rahmen (1) und mindestens einer durch diesen gehaltenen Kontaktplatte (2), auf der die Heizelemente auflegbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kontaktplatte (2) und Rahmen (1) kraftschlüssig verbunden sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kontaktplatte (2) über den größten Teil ihrer Länge hin in Längsstreben (1.1) ausgebildeten Nuten (1.2) des Rahmens (1) gehalten ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kontaktplatte (2) zumindest in einem begrenzten Längsabschnitt des Rahmens (1) vollständig dicht von diesem umfasst ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kontaktplatte (2) zusätzlich formschlüssig im Rahmen (1) gehalten ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rahmen auf einer Seite der Kontaktplatte (2) Querstege (1.4) aufweist, zwischen denen die Heizelemente einlegbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die die Heizelemente aufnehmenden Ausnehmungen umgebenden Längsstreben (1.1) und Qüerstegen (1.4) des Rahmens (1) als nach innen hin gerichtete Nasen (4) zur formschlüssigen Halterung der Heizelemente ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Rahmen (1) die Schmalseite überragende Ausbiegungen (7) zur kraftschlüssigen Festlegung des Rahmens in einem Profilrohr ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kontaktplatte (2) den Rahmen (1) zumindest an einer Stirnseite überragt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kontaktplatte (2) den Rahmen (1) genau an einer Stirnseite überragt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das oder die überragenden Enden der Kontaktplatte (2) als Anschlusslaschen (2.1) ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rahmen (1) aus einem der folgenden Materialien oder einem Verbund mindestens zweier derselben besteht: Kunststoff, Polymerkeramik, aufgespritzte Keramik.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rahmen (1) auf einer einer Aufnahmeseite für die Heizelemente abgewandten Seite der Kontaktplatte (2) vollständig geschlossen und demgemäß die Kontaktplatte (2) mit einer sie völlig abdeckenden Abdeckung (1a) versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11 oder 12 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine die Kontaktplatte (2) auf ihrer der Aufnahmeseite für die Heizelemente abgewandten Seite durch eine Abdeckschicht (1a) aus Polymerkeramik oder Keramik abgedeckt ist, während der Rest des Rahmens (1) aus Kunststoff oder Polymerkeramik besteht.
- Vorrichtung zur Aufnahme von Keramik-Heizelementen (PTC-Elementen, Kaltleitern) in einer Heizvorrichtung, mit einer Kontaktplatte (2) und mit Halteelementen (1) zum Halten der Heizelemente gegen Verrutschen auf der Kontaktplatte (2), gekennzeichnet durch zumindest eine auf einer der Aufnahmeseite für die Heizelemente abgewandten Seite der Kontaktplatte (2) aufgebrachte Isolierschicht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halteelemente (1) durch aus der Ebene der Kontaktplatte (2) herausgedrückte Vorsprünge gebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halteelemente (1) durch einen isolierenden Rahmen gebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Isolierschicht (1a) aus einem der folgenden Materialien oder einem Verbund mindestens zweier derselben besteht: Kunststoff, Polymerkeramik, aufgespritzte Keramik.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 16 oder 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rahmen aus einem der folgenden Materialien oder einem Verbund mindestens zweier derselben besteht: Kunststoff, Polymerkeramik, aufgespritzte Keramik.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 16 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine die Kontaktplatte (2) auf ihrer der Aufnahmeseite für die Heizelemente abgewandten Seite durch eine Abdeckschicht (1a) aus Polymerkeramik oder Keramik abgedeckt ist, während der Rest des Rahmens (1) aus Kunststoff oder Polymerkeramik besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 16 bis 19, gekennzeichnet durch ein oder mehrere kennzeichnenden Merkmale der Ansprüche 2 bis 10.
- Heizvorrichtung mit einem elektrisch leitenden Profilrohr, einer in dieses unter Aufnahme von Keramikheizelementen (8) in Ausnehmungen (3) zwischen Längsstreben (1.1) und Querstegen (1.4) und unter Vorsehung eines Isolierstreifens (9) auf der den Heizelementen (8) abgewandten Seite der Kontaktplatte (2) eingeschobenen Haltevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 20.
- Heizregister mit mehreren durch Haltestege (12) parallel und mit Abstand zueinander gehaltenen Heizvorrichtungen (11) nach Anspruch 21.
- Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Vorrichtung zur Aufnahme von Keramikheizelementen in einer Heizvorrichtung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest auf eine einer Aufnahmeseite für die Heizelemente abgewandten Seite einer Kontaktplatte eine Schicht aus folgenden Materialien aufgespritzt oder aufgesprüht wird: Kunststoff, Polymerkeramik, Keramik.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vor dem Aufbringen der Isolierschicht aus der Ebene der Kontaktplatte zu der Heizelemente aufnehmenden Seite derselben Vorsprünge herausgedrückt werden.
- Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Vorrichtung zur Aufnahme von Keramikheizelementen in einer Heizvorrichtung, insbesondere nach Anspruch 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Halteelemente für die Heizelemente ein die Kontaktplatte (2) kraftschlüssig aufnehmender Rahmen (1) durch Umspritzen oder Auf- bzw. Umsprühen der Kontaktplatte (2) auf dieselbe aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rahmen aus einem der folgenden Materialien aufgebracht wird: Kunststoff, Polymerkeramik, Keramik.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Keramik mittels eines atmosphärischen Plasmasprühverfahrens aufgesprüht wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 24 bis 27, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf die auf eine Seite der Kontaktplatte (2) Kunststoffkeramik aufgespritzt oder Polymerkeramik aufgesprüht wird und der Rest des Rahmens durch Umspritzen mittels Kunststoff oder Polymerkeramik erfolgt.
