Claims (8)

  1. Dispositif permettant de décharger des rails de wagons de transport et de les poser de manière ciblée sur la voie, comprenant des wagons de transport avec des piles de rails, un wagon de déchargement (R) présentant des ensembles de guidage des rails et un ensemble de positionnement (A) placé en amont à distance de celui-ci, un wagon dit suiveur équipé de guidages à galets permettant de régler un entraxe de pose des rails sur le lit de ballast, caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble de positionnement (A) est réalisé sous la forme d'un châssis à quatre roues (1) fabriqué en acier et présente pour chaque guidage de rails (4, 4'), perpendiculairement à la direction des rails, deux tables d'avance (3, 3') disposées parallèlement et décalées qui sont réglables en hauteur par rapport aux surfaces (S) des champignons des rails.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les roues de rails (2, 2') de l'ensemble de positionnement (A) sont reliées chacune par des bras oscillants (5, 5') au châssis (1), l'angle (α) qu'elles font entre elles pouvant être modifié par le biais d'un moyen de réglage (6) afin de régler la hauteur.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de réglage (6) permettant de modifier l'angle des bras oscillants (5, 5') sont actionnables manuellement, de préférence mécaniquement, en particulier réalisés avec un entraînement à broche à vis autobloquant.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les roues de rails (2, 2') présentent une transition à arêtes vives de la surface de roulement à la surface de guidage latéral.
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une table d'avance (3, 3') de l'ensemble de positionnement (A) peut être prolongée par une partie débordante (31, 31') qui peut y être reliée de manière démontable
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de décalage (32, 32') servant à régler les guidages de rails (4, 4') sur chaque table d'avance (3, 3') sont actionnables manuellement, de préférence mécaniquement, en particulier réalisés avec un entraînement à broche autobloquant.
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il est disposé entre le wagon de déchargement et l'ensemble de positionnement un moyen de liaison ayant une longueur d'action modifiable qui présente, de préférence au centre, un appui guidé par les roues de rails par rapport à la surface du rail (S).
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu des moyens pour charger et décharger le dispositif de positionnement sur le wagon de déchargement des rails.
