Claims (10)

  1. Appareil de cuisson comprenant un moufle d'appareil de cuisson (3), une soufflerie à circulation d'air avec une roue de ventilateur (29) et une plaque de guidage d'air (21), qui forme entre elle et une paroi de moufle (5) une chambre de soufflerie (27) dans laquelle est disposée la roue de ventilateur (29), laquelle plaque de guidage d'air (21) présente une bride de fixation (25) entourant la chambre de soufflerie (27), laquelle bride est en appui avec la paroi de moufle (5), et paroi de moufle (5) dans laquelle est formé un gaufrage (35) qui est prévu dans la zone de la chambre de soufflerie (27), caractérisé en ce que la bride de fixation (25) est en appui avec le gaufrage (35).
  2. Appareil de cuisson selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le gaufrage (35) entoure au moins partiellement la chambre de soufflerie (27).
  3. Appareil de cuisson selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le gaufrage (35) formé dans la paroi de moufle (5) avec une surface de contact étroite est en appui avec la bride de fixation (25) de la plaque de guidage d'air, qui fait en particulier environ 1 à 2 mm de largeur.
  4. Appareil de cuisson selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le gaufrage (35) est en contact de ligne avec la bride de fixation (25) de la plaque de guidage d'air (21).
  5. Appareil de cuisson selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le gaufrage (35) est disposé de façon décalée vers l'intérieur par rapport à une arête périphérique (37) de la plaque de guidage d'air (21).
  6. Appareil de cuisson selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'arête périphérique (37) de la plaque de guidage d'air (21) et la paroi de moufle (5) sont espacées d'un espace intermédiaire (z).
  7. Appareil de cuisson selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que l'arête périphérique (37) de la plaque de guidage d'air (21) est courbée en direction de la paroi de moufle (5).
  8. Appareil de cuisson selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le gaufrage (35) formé dans la paroi de moufle (5) est en liaison fixe avec la bride de fixation (25) de la plaque de guidage d'air (21).
  9. Appareil de cuisson selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la bride de fixation est fixée sur la paroi de moufle au moyen d'un assemblage vissé (51).
  10. Appareil de cuisson selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce qu'une ouverture à vis (45) de la bride de fixation (25) est formée en forme de collerette.
