Claims (8)

  1. Appareil combiné comprenant un champ de cuisson (10) avec au moins un évidement (104) et un dispositif d'aspiration de vapeur (11) disposé sous le champ de cuisson (10) pour aspirer l'air présent dans la pièce au dessus du champ de cuisson (10) sur l'au moins un évidement (104), qui est l'orifice d'aspiration de l'appareil combiné (1), caractérisé en ce que le champ de cuisson comprend une plaque de recouvrement et au moins un élément chauffant, en ce que la plaque de recouvrement couvre l'au moins un élément chauffant par le dessus, en ce que l'au moins un évidement est intégré à la plaque de recouvrement, en ce que le dispositif d'aspiration de vapeur (11) présente un seul ventilateur (110) avec un orifice d'entrée d'air (115), disposé dans l'appareil combiné (1), de telle sorte que l'orifice d'entrée d'air (115) du ventilateur (110) est dirigé vers le champ de cuisson (10) et en ce que le champ de cuisson (10) et le dispositif d'aspiration de vapeur (11) sont reliés l'un à l'autre via un carter d'appareil commun (14) pour l'intégration à un plan de travail et le ventilateur (110) du dispositif d'aspiration de vapeur (11) est fixé au fond (140) du carter d'appareil (14).
  2. Appareil combiné selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'orifice d'entrée d'air (115) du ventilateur (110) se trouve, en vue du dessus sur le champ de cuisson (10), au moins partiellement sous au moins un de l'au moins un évidement (104).
  3. Appareil combiné selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'orifice d'entrée d'air (115) du ventilateur (110) se trouve, en projection verticale de l'évidement sur le plan de l'orifice d'entrée d'air (115), en dehors de la surface d'au moins un de l'au moins un évidement (104).
  4. Appareil combiné selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le champ de cuisson (10) et le dispositif d'aspiration de vapeur (11) présentent un raccordement électrique commun.
  5. Appareil combiné selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un de l'au moins un évidement (104) s'étend sur le centre de la surface du champ de cuisson (10).
  6. Appareil combiné selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un de l'au moins un évidement (104) présente une section ronde ou carrée et de préférence en ce que l'appareil combiné (1) présente au moins une protection pour l'au moins un évidement (104).
  7. Appareil combiné selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'une unité filtrante (12) et une zone de collecte optionnelle (122) pour les fluides est prévue entre le ventilateur (110) du dispositif d'aspiration de vapeur (11) et le champ de cuisson (10).
  8. Appareil combiné selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le ventilateur (110) représente un ventilateur radial.
