Claims (12)

  1. Machine à carder pour produire un voile de fibres comportant :
    - un dispositif d'introduction (2, 4),
    - un briseur (6),
    - un cylindre principal (16), et
    - au moins un dispositif de prélèvement de fibres (18) se trouvant en engagement avec le cylindre principal (16) pour le prélèvement d'un voile de carde,
    - le dispositif d'introduction (2, 4) transférant la matière fibreuse au briseur (6) et un dispositif de transfert (8) transférant la matière fibreuse au moins deux fois du briseur (6) au cylindre principal (16) par des rouleaux (10, 10a, 10b, 10c, 12, 12a, 12b, 14),
    caractérisé en ce qu'au moins l'un des rouleaux (10, 10a, 10b, 10c, 12, 12a, 12b, 14) du dispositif de transfert (8) est un rouleau embrouilleur (10, 10a, 10b, 10c) tournant dans le même sens que le cylindre principal (16) et le briseur (6).
  2. Machine à carder selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de transfert (8) comporte sur au moins un chemin de transfert ou sur chaque chemin de transfert un unique tambour (10, 10a, 10b, 10c, 12, 12a, 12b) entre le briseur (6) et le cylindre principal (16).
  3. Machine à carder selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que l'unique rouleau est un rouleau embrouilleur (10, 10a, 10b, 10c).
  4. Machine à carder selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'un rouleau embrouilleur (10, 10a, 10b, 10c) en combinaison avec un rouleau de transfert (12, 12a, 12b) est disposé sur au moins un chemin de transfert, le rouleau embrouilleur (10, 10a, 10b, 10c) étant en engagement avec le briseur (6).
  5. Machine à carder selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de transfert (8) comporte au moins trois rouleaux de transfert (10 ,10a, 10b, 10c, 12, 12a, 12b, 14) dont au moins deux sont en engagement avec le briseur (6) et le cylindre principal (16).
  6. Machine à carder selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que les au moins trois rouleaux (10, 10a, 10b, 10c, 12, 12a, 12b, 14) sont en engagement les uns avec les autres.
  7. Machine à carder selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de transfert (8) comporte au moins trois rouleaux (10a, 10b, 10c) qui sont chacun en engagement au moins avec le briseur (6) et le cylindre principal (16).
  8. Machine à carder selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que les rouleaux voisins (10a, 10b, 10c) du dispositif de transfert (8) sont en engagement mutuel.
  9. Machine à carder selon l'une des revendications 5 à 8, caractérisée en ce que tous les rouleaux du dispositif de transfert (8) sont constitués de rouleaux embrouilleurs (10, 10a, 10b, 10c).
  10. Machine à carder selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisée en ce que l'au moins un rouleau embrouilleur (10, 10a, 10b, 10c) comporte des éléments de cardage (24, 26).
  11. Machine à carder selon la revendication 10, caractérisée en ce que les éléments de cardage (24, 26) sont constitués au moins d'une paire de rouleaux travailleurs/débourreurs (28, 30) ou de plaques de cardage (24).
  12. Procédé de fabrication d'un voile de matière fibreuse au moyen d'une machine à carder, par amenée de la matière fibreuse à un briseur (6) au moyen d'un dispositif d'introduction (2, 4), par transfert de la matière fibreuse du briseur (6) à un cylindre principal (16) pour carder la matière fibreuse, et par prélèvement d'au moins un voile de carde à partir du cylindre principal (16),
    caractérisé par un transfert au moins un double de la matière fibreuse du briseur (6) au cylindre principal (16) par plusieurs chemins de transfert en utilisant au moins un rouleau embrouilleur (10, 10a, 10b, 10c) sur au moins un chemin de transfert.
