- Carde à tambours enrouleurs selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que chacun des deux tambours de formation de voile (2, 4) indépendants l'un de l'autre, engagés avec le cylindre principal (1) et tournant dans le même sens que celui-ci, prélève un voile de carde (3, 5) sur le cylindre principal (1) et le transfère respectivement à un tambour peigneur (6, 8) du dispositif peigneur,en ce qu'un dispositif de compression (10, 12) est placé entre le dispositif peigneur (6, 8) et le dispositif de transfert (14, 16),en ce que le dispositif de compression (10, 12) comporte deux premiers tambours de compression (10a, 10b) qui sont engagés respectivement avec un tambour peigneur (6, 8) eten ce qu'un deuxième tambour de compression (12) du dispositif de compression reçoit les voiles de carde (3, 5) des premiers tambours de compression (10a, 10b) et assemble les voiles de carde.
- Procédé de fabrication de voile de carde à partir d'une matière constituée de fibres au moyen d'une carde à tambours enrouleurs ou équivalent consistant àcarder la matière constituée de fibres sur un cylindre principal (1) lors d'une étape de cardage,prélever deux voiles de carde (3, 5) sur le cylindre principal (1) avec deux tambours indépendants l'un de l'autre (2, 4 ; 2, 6 ; 2, 8) lors d'une étape de formation de voile,prendre en charge les voiles de carde (3, 5) dans une étape de peignage avec un dispositif peigneur (6),prélever les voiles de carde (3, 5) après l'étape de peignage, etassembler les voiles de carde (3, 5) façonnés lors de l'étape de formation de voile en réunissant deux voiles de carde (3, 5) sur un tambour commun (6, 10, 12) pour obtenir un voile de carde assemblé (9),
