Abstract
Description
- amener premièrement, à l'aide d'un chariot de transport, un premier cylindre tramé dans une station de chargement située à l'entrée d'un margeur;
- amener, à l'aide d'un robot, le cylindre tramé, pris de la station de chargement, soit dans la station de stockage située dans la partie inférieure du margeur, soit dans l'une des stations de réserve situées dans l'un des groupes imprimeurs, soit dans une position de déchargement de l'un des groupes imprimeurs;
- amener ensuite à l'aide du chariot de transport, préalablement rechargé, un second cylindre tramé dans la station de chargement;
- amener, à l'aide du robot, le second cylindre tramé, pris de la station de chargement, soit dans la station de stockage située dans la partie inférieure du margeur, soit dans l'une des stations de réserve situées dans l'un des groupes imprimeurs;
- amener ensuite à l'aide du chariot de transport, préalablement rechargé, un énième cylindre tramé dans la station de chargement;
- introduire, à l'aide du robot, l'énième cylindre tramé, pris de la station de chargement, soit dans la station de stockage située dans la partie inférieure du margeur, soit dans l'une des stations de réserve situées dans l'un des groupes imprimeurs;
- introduire, à l'aide du robot, l'un des cylindres tramés pris, soit du chariot de transport, préalablement rechargé, soit de la station de stockage ou soit de l'une des stations de réserve situées dans l'un des groupes imprimeurs, sur un dispositif de transport qui l'amènera dans sa position de travail, dans son groupe imprimeur respectif;
- positionner et fixer le cylindre tramé dans sa position de travail dans son groupe imprimeur respectif;
- libérer le cylindre tramé à échanger de sa position de travail;
- amener, à l'aide du dispositif de transport, le cylindre tramé à échanger, dans une position de déchargement;
- amener, à l'aide du robot, le cylindre tramé à échanger, de la position de déchargement, soit à un emplacement libre de la station de réserve du groupe imprimeur concerné, soit l'amener, toujours à l'aide du robot, à un emplacement libre de la station de stockage, soit l'amener, toujours à l'aide du robot sur le chariot de transport préalablement déchargé;
- prendre, à l'aide du robot, le cylindre tramé de remplacement, soit dans la station de réserve du groupe imprimeur concerné, soit dans la station de stockage, soit sur le chariot de transport;
- amener, à l'aide du robot, le cylindre tramé de remplacement sur le dispositif de transport qui l'amènera dans sa position de travail et fixer le cylindre tramé de remplacement dans sa position de travail.
Claims (5)
- Procédé pour charger et échanger les cylindres des groupes imprimeurs (2 à 5) d'une machine d'impression, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend les étapes suivantes :a) pour le chargement des cylindres tramés dans une station de stockage (14), dans des stations de réserve (11) et dans une position de travail (10a) dans les groupes imprimeurs (2 à 5), à :amener premièrement, à l'aide d'un chariot de transport (18), un premier cylindre tramé (17) dans une station de chargement (16) située à l'entrée d'un margeur (1);amener, à l'aide d'un robot (19), le cylindre tramé (17), pris de la station de chargement (16), soit dans la station de stockage (14) située dans la partie inférieure du margeur (1), soit dans l'une des stations de réserve (11) situées dans l'un des groupes imprimeurs (2 à 5), soit dans une position de déchargement (10b) de l'un des groupes imprimeurs;amener ensuite à l'aide du chariot de transport (18), préalablement rechargé, un second cylindre tramé (17) dans la station de chargement (16);amener, à l'aide du robot (19), le second cylindre tramé (17), pris de la station de chargement (16), soit dans la station de stockage (14) située dans la partie inférieure du margeur (1), soit dans l'une des stations de réserve (11) situées dans l'un des groupes imprimeurs (2 à 5);amener ensuite à l'aide du chariot de transport (18), préalablement rechargé, un énième cylindre tramé (17) dans la station de chargement (16);introduire, à l'aide du robot (19), l'énième cylindre tramé (17), pris de la station de chargement (16), soit dans la station de stockage (14) située dans la partie inférieure du margeur (1), soit dans l'une des stations de réserve (11) situées dans l'un des groupes imprimeurs (2 à 5);introduire, à l'aide du robot (19), l'un des cylindres tramés (17) pris, soit du chariot de transport (18), préalablement rechargé, soit de la station de stockage (14) ou soit de l'une des stations de réserve (11) situées dans l'un des groupes imprimeurs (2 à 5), sur un dispositif de transport (13) qui l'amènera dans sa position de travail (10a), dans son groupe imprimeur (2 à 5) respectif;positionner et fixer le cylindre tramé (17) dans sa position de travail (10a) dans son groupe imprimeur (2 à 5) respectif;b) pour le remplacement d'un cylindre tramé (10) de l'un des groupes imprimeurs (2 à 5), à :libérer le cylindre tramé (10), à remplacer, de sa position de travail (10a);amener, à l'aide du dispositif de transport (13), le cylindre tramé (10) à remplacer, dans une position de déchargement (10b);amener, à l'aide du robot (19), le cylindre tramé (10) à remplacer, de la position de déchargement (10b), soit à un emplacement libre de la station de réserve (11) du groupe imprimeur (2 à 5) concerné, soit l'amener, toujours à l'aide du robot (19), à un emplacement libre de la station de stockage (14), soit l'amener, toujours à l'aide du robot (19) sur le chariot de transport (18) préalablement déchargé;prendre, à l'aide du robot (19), le cylindre tramé (17) de remplacement, soit dans la station de réserve (11) du groupe imprimeur (2 à 5) concerné, soit dans la station de stockage (14), soit sur le chariot de transport (18) ;amener, à l'aide du robot (19), le cylindre tramé (17) de remplacement sur le dispositif de transport (13) qui l'amènera dans sa position de travail (10a) et fixer le cylindre tramé (17) de remplacement dans sa position de travail (10a).
- Dispositif pour charger et échanger les cylindres des groupes imprimeurs (2 à 5) d'une machine d'impression, pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une station de chargement (16), comportant un chariot de transport (18) pour cylindres tramés (17), suivie d'une station de stockage (14) de cylindres tramés (17), des stations de réserve (11) agencées dans chaque groupe imprimeur (2 à 5), des moyens pour transporter les cylindres tramés (17), soit de la station de chargement (16), soit de la station de stockage (14) jusqu'à une position d'attente située dans la station de réserve (11) de l'un des groupes imprimeurs (2 à 5), lesdits moyens pour transporter les cylindres tramés (17) étant agencés de façon à pouvoir prendre un cylindre tramé (17) soit d'une position de réserve (11 ), soit de la station de stockage (14) ou soit de la station de chargement (16) pour l'amener dans sa position de travail (10a), lesdits moyens pour transporter les cylindres tramés (17) étant également agencés de façon à pouvoir retirer un cylindre tramé (17) de sa position de travail (10a) pour l'amener indifféremment soit dans une position de réserve (11), soit dans la station de stockage (14) ou soit dans la station de chargement (16) et en ce qu'il comprend des moyens de pilotage desdits moyens pour transporter les cylindres tramés (17).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les moyens pour transporter les cylindres tramés (17) sont constitués d'un dispositif de transport (13) travaillant conjointement avec un robot (19).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le robot (19) est agencé pour pouvoir se déplacer sur des rails (39, 40) disposés parallèlement entre des parties inférieures (34) des groupes imprimeurs (2 à 5), l'un de ces rails (40) comportant une crémaillère (41) dans laquelle s'engrène un pignon d'une boíte d'engrenages (54) accouplée à un moteur-réducteur (53).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le robot (19) comprend un dispositif de levage (21) constitué par des leviers en "X" (45, 46) solidaires d'un châssis de base (43), lesdits leviers supportant une semelle (47) munie d'organes de support (23) pour les cylindres tramés (17).
