Definitions
- the invention relates to a training device for physical training, consisting of a body with several modules for supporting a trainee, wherein at least one of these modules by the trainee by means of his feet, hands or other body parts can be moved and the training device in addition to its device-specific function with an additional vibration function Is provided.
- the Schwingungstrainer réelle according to DE 201 15 605 U 1 a respective vibrating foot platform, abdominal support and handle bar.
- the disadvantage, however, is that the exerciser must remain in a static posture, so that his body rests against the position-fixed vibrating components.
- FR 2 446 109 A 1 describes a device for the treatment of back pain, wherein a vibration of the hands is proposed. After the device is fixed in position fixed to the height, the user supports his feet on a plate and the foot position is locked with a belt loop. Now, the user takes with his hands two acted upon with a vibration handles. Thus, even with this technical solution only a static posture without proper movement of the user realized.
- the muscle trainer according to DE 200 10 140 U 1 has several handles or surfaces on which the body of the exerciser is supported and which are acted upon by a vibrating motion. At least one of these vibrating assemblies is displaced, so that the exerciser can perform, for example, Stemmschien with the feet. These additional proper movements improve the training effect.
- a bicycle-like training device for physical exercise is described.
- a polygonal plate is moved by actuation of the pedals, which causes a plurality of connecting elements a shaking movement of the components on which the exerciser is supported with hands, stomach and back.
- the combination of cycling exercise and vibration creates a positive training effect. Consequently, the equipment of conventional training devices with an additional vibration function is generally positive.
- the vibration parameters are of intensity depending on how the pedals of the pedal are actuated by the trainee.
- a targeted adaptation to individual body parts or user-dependent training goals is not possible.
- the vibration can not be limited to the components on which the exerciser is supported. Rather, the entire training device begins to vibrate during intensive operation of the pedals. This affects the stability and causes high mechanical stress on all components.
- the exercise device according to DE 200 20 092 U 1 can alternatively be designed as a treadmill, running machine (so-called “stepper”), exercise bike or stretching device (so-called “stretcher”).
- the exercise device is assigned an additional module with which a massage or vibration effect can be achieved.
- Such a combination of exercise and additional massage or vibration function is - as already stated above - basically advantageous.
- this document does not contain any information as to how the inevitably occurring oscillations of the entire exercise device to be attenuated or limited to defined assemblies.
- the object of the invention is to provide a training device for physical exercise, which is equipped with an additional vibration function in addition to its device-specific function, the vibration in frequency and amplitude should be controlled and effective only on the components in which the exerciser is supported.
- each module for supporting the trainee has a separate and in use with the respective associated body part of the exerciser in operative connection component, which is connected via at least one damping element with the other components of the respective assembly and acted upon by a vibrational motion.
- the separate components are selectively and independently acted upon by a vibrating motion.
- the training device consists in a conventional manner of a main body with multiple assemblies for supporting a trainee.
- the vibration movement can be generated electrically or pneumatically.
- the training device can be configured in various ways, for example in the manner of a bicycle-like device or in the manner of a rowing machine.
- the training device is designed in the manner of a crosstrainer. Such an embodiment is shown in the drawing and is described in more detail below as an exemplary embodiment:
- the crosstrainer consists of a basic body with several assemblies. This structure is known per se and largely irrelevant in the present situation. Therefore, only the assemblies are shown in the drawing in addition to the flywheel 1, which are essential for the inventive design. These are also shown in enlarged detail in two additional detailed views.
- the crosstrainer has two treads 2 and 3 and two handle bars 4 and 5.
- Each tread surface 2 and 3 and each handle bar 4 and 5 is assigned an additional component to which the.
- a tread is in operative connection with a handle bar, in the illustrated embodiment, the tread 2 with the handle bar 5 and the tread surface Exerciser supports.
- the treads 2 and 3 is assigned as an additional component in each case a separate base plate 6 and 7 respectively.
- the handle bars 4 and 5 is assigned as an additional component in each case a separate handle portion 8 and 9 respectively.
- the foot plates 6 and 7 and the handle portions 8 and 9 can be acted upon by a vibrating motion. This vibratory movement can be switched off as a function of the respective requirements as well as limited only to the base plates 6 and 7 or the handle portions 8 and 9 or to a single one of these components. Furthermore, the vibration movement with respect to their frequency and amplitude is adjustable.
- each damping element 10 is arranged between each tread surface 2 and 3 and the respectively associated base plate 6 and 7, at least one damping element 10 is arranged.
- two such damping elements 10 are provided.
- a damping element eleventh arranged between each handle bar 4 and 5 and the respectively associated handle portion 8 and 9, a damping element eleventh arranged.
- the interposition of the damping elements 10 and 11 ensures that the vibration is limited to those components on which the exerciser is supported. Otherwise, the entire exercise machine would vibrate, which on the one hand impairs the stability of the crosstrainer and on the other hand would unnecessarily increase the mechanical load on the other assemblies.
- the vibratory motion can be generated in various ways.
- an electric drive is preferred because the crosstrainer (eg when equipped with an electromagnetic eddy current brake) has predominantly an electrical connection.
- each footplate 6 and 7 can be assigned a vibration motor 12.
- the handle sections 8 and 9, a further vibration motor 13 are assigned.
- the grip sections 8 and 9 are connected to one another via a connecting element 14, to which the vibration motor 13 is assigned.
- the vibratory movement of the foot plates 6 and 7 and the grip sections 8 and 9 could also be generated pneumatically, in which case an additional compressor would be required.
