Claims (6)
- Vorrichtung zum definierten Abschneiden von Etiketten, die als Endlosschlauch zugeführt werden, bestehend aus einer rotierenden Scheibe mit einem oder mehreren Messem, die jeweils zwischen einer Ruheposition und einer Schneidposition bewegt werden können, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass jedes Messer mit einem Teil aus weichmagnetischem Werkstoff verbunden ist und dass um die rotierende Messerscheibe ein oder mehrere Elektromagnete angeordnet sind, die Kräfte auf die mit den Messem verbundenen Weicheisenteile ausüben und somit die Messer bewegen können.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass als Elektromagnet ein konzentrischer Ring aus weichmagnetischem Material um die Messerscheibe angeordnet wird, in dessen U-förmigen Querschnitt sich eine Spule befindet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass die Messer bei stromführenden Elektromagneten aufgrund der Magnetkraft in die Schneidposition bewegt werden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass die Messer bei stromlosen Elektromagneten durch eine Feder zurück in die in die Ruheposition bewegt werden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass die Messer bei stromlosen Elektromagneten aufgrund der Fliehkraft zurück in die Ruheposition bewegt werden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass die Messerscheibe mit konstanter Drehzahl rotiert.
