Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zum Aufbringen von Etiketten auf flache Gegenstände, die vereinzelt mittels einer Fördervorrichtung entlang eines vorgegebenen Förderweges transportiert werden, bei welcher an dem Förderweg der flachen Gegenstände (20) hintereinander n Etikettiervorrichtungen mit n > 1 angeordnet sind und jede Etikettiervorrichtung so angesteuert ist, dass jeder m-te noch nicht etikettierte Gegenstand (20) mit m ≥ 1 aus dem Gutstrom mit einem Etikett (16) versehen wird, wobei m und n voneinander unabhängige Variablen sind und bei der jede Etikettiervorrichtung eine Etikettenförder- und -schneidevorrichtung (4), die unter Verwendung eines Sensors zur Ermittlung der Position des Gegenstandes (20) gesteuert wird, und eine gesteuert angetriebene Andruck- und Appliziertrommel (17) mit einer räumlich festen Drehachse aufweist, die einen ersten, die Etiketten (16) aufnehmenden Mantelbereich (23), in dem sich mit einer Unterdruckquelle (19) verbundene Öffnungen zum Halten der Etiketten (16) befinden, mit einer kreisförmigen Krümmung, dessen Kreismittelpunkt in der Drehachse liegt, und die einen zweiten Mantelbereich (24) besitzt, dessen Oberfläche soweit nach innen verschoben ist, dass eine störende Berührung der flachen Gegenstände (20) durch den zweiten Mantelbereich (24) vermieden wird, wobei die Etikettenförder- und -schneidevorrichtungen (4) und die Andruck- und Appliziertrommeln (17) so ausgebildet sind, dass die Etiketten (16) jeweils auf den ersten, den flachen Gegenständen abgewandten Mantelbereich (23) der ruhenden Andruck- und Appliziertrommel (17) leitbar sind, nach Übernahme eines Etikettes (16) von der Etikettenförder- und -schneidevorrichtung (4) auf die stillstehende Andruck- und Appliziertrommel (17) diese auf annähernd gleiche Geschwindigkeit wie der bewegte Gegenstand beschleunigt wird und nach Applizierung des Etikettes (16) so abbremsbar ist, dass der erste Mantelbereich (23) von der Gegenstandstransportbahn abgewandt nach einer Umdrehung wieder in die ruhende Ausgangslage zur Übernahme des nächsten Etikettes (16) gelangt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Mantelbereich (24) eine kreisförmige Krümmung mit gleichem Krümmungsradius wie der erste Mantelbereich (23) aufweist, dessen Kreismittelpunkt über die Drehachse hinaus verschoben ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei eine federnde und/oder federnd gelagerte Gegenrolle (26) zum Andrücken der Etiketten (16) auf die Gegenstände (20) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass die Etikettenförder- und -schneidevorrichtung (4) zum Schieben eines selbstklebenden, trägerlosen Etikettenstreifens (1) mit der klebenden Seite nach außen senkrecht zur Transportebene der flachen Gegenstände (20) auf die den Gegenständen (20) abgewandte Seite der Andruck- und Appliziertrommel (17) mit der Trommeloberfläche angepaßter Krümmung ausgebildet ist, wobei der Etikettenstreifen (1) gemäß der gewählten Etikettenhöhe (12) unterschiedlich weit auf die Andruck- und Appliziertrommel (17) schiebbar ist und wobei mittels der Messereinrichtung, die der Krümmung der Andruck- und Appliziertrommel (17) an der aufnehmenden Stelle angepaßt ist, der auf der stillstehenden Andruck- und Appliziertrommel (17) befindliche Teil vom übrigen Etikettenstreifen (1) abtrennbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Etikettenförder- und -schneidevorrichtung (4) eine geformte Führung (7) aufweist, über die der Etikettenstreifen (1) geführt ist, und die in Streifentransportrichtung von einer schwach gekrümmten oder ungekrümmten Führungsfläche am Etikettenstreifeneingang in eine der die Etiketten (16) aufnehmenden Oberfläche der Andruck- und Appliziertrommel (17) angepaßte Krümmung aufweisende Führungsfläche am Etikettenstreifenausgang übergeht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich in der Führungsfläche mit einer Unterdruckquelle (6) verbundene Öffnungen zum Ansaugen des Etikettenstreifens (1) an die Führung (7) befinden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungen (7) an ihren seitlichen Rändern den Etikettenstreifen (1) an der Führung (7) haltende schmale Deckflächen (33) mit klebstoffabweisender Oberfläche aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führung (7) an ihren seitlichen Rändern den Etikettenstreifen (1) leitende ein seitliches Ausweichen des Etikettenstreifens (1) über die Führungsfläche hinaus verhindernde Begrenzungsflächen (31) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich in der Führungsfläche ein Durchbruch (34) für einen den Etikettenstreifen (1) auf die Andruck- und Appliziertrommel (7) schiebenden Reibradantrieb, bestehend aus einem Reibrad (8) mit gesteuertem Antrieb (9) und einer Andruckrolle (10), befindet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Reibradantrieb schwenkbar auf einer Drehachse (29) gelagert ist, die mittig und senkrecht zur Führungsfläche in Etikettenzuführrichtung vor dem Reibrad (8) angeordnet ist.
