Claims (6)

  1. Dispositif pour cuire des aliments avec :
    a) un châssis périphérique monobloc (24) en tôle d'acier spécial ;
    b) une ouverture de montage avec une plaque de grill chauffée (12) avec une surface de grill (14) dans le châssis périphérique (24) ;
    c) une ouverture de montage avec une plaque en verre (18) avec au moins une plaque de cuisson vitrocéramique et/ou à induction (20, 22) dans le châssis périphérique (24) ;
    caractérisé en ce que
    - la plaque de grill (12) comporte une zone de bord périphérique en forme de cuvette (16) en acier spécial ;
    - la zone de bord (16) de la plaque de grill (12) est raccordée d'un seul tenant et sans joint avec le châssis périphérique (24) ; et
    - la plaque en verre (18) est suspendue et collée mécaniquement dans des rails du châssis périphérique (24).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la surface de grill (14) est soudée avec l'arête intérieure de la zone de bord en forme de cuvette (16) du châssis (24).
  3. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le châssis périphérique (24) est constitué de deux parties soudées l'une avec l'autre, à savoir une première partie rectangulaire avec l'ouverture de montage pour le logement de la plaque en verre (18) et une seconde partie pour le logement de la plaque de grill (12).
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la partie en forme de U du châssis (24) pour le logement de la plaque de grill (12) est réalisée en acier spécial d'un seul tenant avec la zone de bord périphérique en forme de cuvette (16) et en ce que cette zone de bord périphérique (16) est soudée avec la surface de grill (14).
  5.
