Claims (6)

1. Dispositif à grillades pour cuire à point sans récipient des aliments,
a) comportant une plaque à griller (10),
b) dont la zone du bord (12) peut âtre fixée dans une ouverture d'encastrement, et
c) un dispositif de chauffe placé sous la plaque à griller (10), caractérisé par les caractéristiques suivantes:
d) la zone du bord (12) réalisée sous forme de cuvette est conçue en un matériau à faible conductibilité thermique et raccordée à la plaque à griller (10) au moyen d'une soudure (22);
e) la zone du bord (12) présente un ressaut (14) obtenu en repliant la zone du bord (12), en vue de renforcer le matériau; et
f) un espace est prévu entre le ressaut (14) et la zone du bord (12) pour recevoir une portion à angle droit (20) d'une partie latérale (18),
g) qui peut être fixée à l'ouverture d'encastrement.
2. Dispositif à grillades selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le ressaut se prolonge dans une partie latérale à peu près orthogonale à celui-ci.
3. Dispositif à grillades selon l'une des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisé en ce que la plaque à griller (10) et/ou la zone du bord (12) est/sont réalisée(s) en acier spécial.
4. Dispositif à grillades selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la zone du bord (12) présente une épaisseur de matière sensiblement inférieure à la plaque à griller (10).
5. Dispositif à grillades selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'un bac (24) en forme de caisse installé avec espacement sous la plaque à griller (10) est prévu.
6. Dispositif à grillades selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de chauffe est muni d'éléments chauffants électriques tubulaires.
