Abstract
An electric grill pan consisting of a bottom pan (1) and a lid (2) in which is mounted an electrical coil (7). The lid has two heat insulated handles (3a) and (3b), some small plastic supports (4) on it's top, and is also provided with some openings (5) to allow the escape of hot air.
Description
The invention concerns an electric grill pan which is easy to operate, can be washed and stored with the other utensils and is por table .
Grilling meat and fish is very popular and electric grills are common in every kitchen.
However, the electric grill, described in this specification, differs, besides the above mentioned advantages, still more from the common kitchen grills. The grill can be manufactured by the ordinary craftsman from local material and is low in electric consumption, only about 500 Watt. In fact, it is ah everyday metal kitchen pan which by adding some accessories and by introducing some modifications can be used as an electric grill.
The electric grill pan .subject of this invention, consists of a metal pan with a lid having a built-in electric coil. The lid has also two plastic heat insulated handles and on its top three small plastic supports. The handles are used to remove the hot lid from the pan after grilling, and the lid can be put down on the three plastic supports on its top.
The electric grill pan will now be described in detail with reference to the Drawing Figure no. 1 to 3.
