Abstract
Lorsqu'un traitement d'ourlage est appliqué le long du bord périphérique d'un panneau de porte de voiture, il est difficile de raccourcir le temps de traitement étant donné que la partie pliée en forme de rebord est d'abord pliée d'environ 45° lors d'un pliage préliminaire et que l'on modifie ensuite l'orientation d'un cylindre de pliage avant de faire passer à nouveau au cylindre la partie pliée pour un pliage de finition. La présente invention concerne un dispositif et un procédé de traitement d'ourlage capables de résoudre les problèmes posés lors d'un traitement d'ourlage, le procédé consistant à faire passer le cylindre de pliage (R) le long de la partie pliée (We) selon l'orientation de l'arbre rotatif (R3) du cylindre de pliage (R) incliné dans une direction permettant de retarder un côté d'extrémité pliée (Wee) par rapport à une perpendiculaire (R2) orthogonale, vue du haut, à la direction de passage (R1) du cylindre de pliage (R), ce qui permet au dispositif, étant donné que ce dernier peut plier la partie pliée (We) tout en exerçant une pression latérale dans la direction du pliage, de plier la partie pliée (We) dans un état replié en un seul processus de pliage, et donc d'effectuer le processus d'ourlage en un seul passage du cylindre de pliage et par conséquent, de raccourcir de manière significative le temps de traitement.
