Claims (6)
- Injektionsbefestigungsanker (1) für zweischaliges Mauerwerk, mit einem Ankerrohr (2), das in einem vorderen Axialabschnitt (2a) Austrittsöffnungen in seiner Rohrwand aufweist, und das in einem sich anschließenden Axialabschnitt (2b) geschlossen ist, und mit einem in das Ankerrohr (2) einführbaren, zumindest an seinen beiden Endabschnitten Profilierungen (23) aufweisenden Ankerstab (3), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der vordere Axialabschnitt (2a) als Siebhülse ausgebildet und durch eine Einschubsperre (6) begrenzt ist
- Injektionsbefestigungsanker nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einschubsperre durch mehrere radial abstehende und zum hinteren Ende (5) des Ankerrohrs (2) hin keilförmig ansteigende Vorsprünge (6) gebildet ist.
- Injektionsbefestigungsanker nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Profilierungen an den Endabschnitten des Ankerstabs (3) in Form eines vorzugsweise ein Sägezahnprofil aufweisenden Gewindes (23) gebildet sind.
- Injektionsbefestigungsanker nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ankerrohr (2) etwa in der Mitte des geschlossenen Axialabschnitts (2b) sternförmig angeordnete Durchbrechungen (21) der Rohrwand aufweist.
- Injektionsbefestigungsanker nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am vorderen Ende (4) des Ankerrohrs (2) wenigstens ein scheibenartiger Abstreifflansch (19) angeordnet ist.
- Verfahren zur Verankerung eines Injektionsbefestigungsankers (1) für zweischaliges Mauerwerk, mit einem Ankerrohr (2), das in einem vorderen Axialabschnitt (2a) Austrittsöffnungen in seiner Rohrwand aufweist, und das in einem sich anschließenden Axialabschnitt (2b) geschlossen ist, und mit einem in das Ankerrohr (2) einführbaren zumindest an seinen beiden Endabschnitten Profilierungen (23) aufweisenden Ankerstab (3), insbesondere nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum Injizieren der Mörtelmasse (24) in den im Mauerwerk eingesetzten Injektionsbefestigungsanker (1) eine Injektionshülse (11) verwendet wird, die einen in das hintere Ende (5) des Ankerrohrs einsteckbaren und durch einen radialen Flansch (12) begrenzten ersten Abschnitt (13), einen sich bis zu einer Markierung (15) erstreckenden zweiten Abschnitt (14) und einen sich daran anschließenden dritten Abschnitt (16) aufweist, dessen Durchmesser sich zum hinteren Ende (17) hin erweitert und in einem Abstand zur Markierung (15) mit einem Anschlagflansch (18) versehen ist.
