Abstract
Description
- dass die unter dem Fuß der Normalschiene angeordnete elastische Unterlage wellenförmig ausgebildet ist
- und dass zwischen dem Steg der Normalschiene und den elastischen Zwischenlagen ein unelastischer Füllkörper vorgesehen ist.
Claims (6)
- Als Rillenschiene gestaltete Schiene für die Bildung von Verkehrswegen für Schienenfahrzeuge, die im Wesentlichen aus einer Normalschiene und einem aus zwei durch Schrauben zusammengehaltene Rahmenhälften bestehenden Rahmen gebildet ist, wobei zwischen der Normalschiene und den beiden Rahmenhälften elastische Zwischenlagen angeordnet sind, von denen sich die eine bis etwa zur Oberkante des Rahmens und des Schienenkopfes erstreckt, während die andere im Bereich der Unterkante des Schienenkopfes endet, und wobei der Fuß der Normalschiene sich auf einer elastischen Unterlage abstützt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,1.1 dass die unter dem Fuß (7) der Normalschiene (1) angeordnete elastische Unterlage (8) wellenförmig ausgebildet ist1.2 und dass zwischen dem Steg (9) der Normalschiene (1) und den elastischen Zwischenlagen (4, 5) ein unelastischer Füllkörper (10) vorgesehen ist. - Rillenschiene nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die unter dem Fuß (7) der Normalschiene (1) angeordnete elastische Unterlage (8) aus Gummi oder gummielastischem Kunststoff gebildet ist.
- Rillenschiene nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden seitlichen Enden (11, 12) der unter dem Fuß (7) der Normalschiene (1) angeordneten elastischen Unterlage (8) nach oben abgewinkelt sind und den Fuß (7) der Normalschiene (1) übergreifen.
- Rillenschiene nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zwischen dem Steg (9) der Normalschiene (1) und den elastischen Zwischenlagen (4, 5) vorgesehene unelastische Füllkörper (10) aus expandiertem Polypropylen (EPP) gebildet ist.
- Rillenschiene nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zwischen der Normalschiene (1) und den beiden Rahmenhälften (2, 3) angeordneten elastischen Zwischenlagen (4, 5) aus Gummi oder gummielastischem Kunststoff gebildet sind.
- Rillenschiene nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Breite des unelastischen Füllkörpers (10) auf die Breite zwischen dem Kopf der Normalschiene (1) und dem oberen Teil der jeweiligen Rahmenhälfte (3, 4) abgestimmt ist.
