Claims (30)
- Verfahren zur Behandlung von Textilien in einer Haushaltsmaschine, in insbesondere einem Haushaltswäschetrockner, wobei die Textilien in einer drehbar gelagerten Wäschetrommel eingelegt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wäsche mit Heißdampf beaufschlagt wird, wobei der Heißdampf im einem Dampferzeuger erzeugt wird, der im Haushaltswäschetrockner integriert ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Textilien mit tropfenfreiem Heißdampf, vorzugsweise intervallweise, beaufschlagt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Dampferzeuger (5) und eine Wasserzuführvorrichtung (1, 2, 3, 4) derart geregelt werden, dass dem Dampferzeuger erst bei Erreichen einer Arbeitstemperatur von zumindest 100°C, vorzugsweise 120 bis 200°C, eine vorgegebene Menge an Wasser zugeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Menge des zugeführten Wassers in Abhängigkeit der Arbeitstemperatur oder der aufgenommenen elektrischen Leistung des Dampferzeugers (5) so geregelt wird, dass das Wasser vollständig verdampft wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei Wasserzuführung zum Dampferzeuger (5) durch intervallweises Öffnen eines Ventils und/oder Betätigen einer Pumpe (3) erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der im Dampferzeuger (5) erzeugte Heißdampf über eine, vorzugsweise thermisch isolierte, Steigleitung (6) in einen von der Wäschetrommel (7) umgebenen Behandlungsraum (8) geleitet wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei dem Wasser oder dem Heißdampf Duftstoff, Entkeimungsmittel, Reinigungsmittel und/oder Entkalkungsmittel zugesetzt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Textilien mit Warmluft beaufschlagt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Dampferzeuger (5) gesteuert mit Wasser versorgt wird, wobei das Wasser einem Tank entnommen wird, der in der Haushaltsmäschine integriert ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Wasser das Kondensat verwendet wird, das beim Trockenvorgang des Haushaltswäschetrockners in einem Tank gespeichert wurde.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wäsche mit einer vorgegebenen Menge an Heißdampf beaufschlagt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vorgegebene Menge des Wassers durch eine vorgegebene Betriebszeit des Dampferzeugers bestimmt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wäsche so lange mit Heißdampf beaufschlagt wird, bis die Wäsche einen vorgegebenen Feuchtegrad besitzt.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Feuchtegrad der Wäsche durch eine Sensoreinrichtung überwacht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sensoreinrichtung, die im Haushaltswäschetrockner zum Überwachen der Restfeuchte beim Trocknen eingesetzt wird, die verwendete Sensoreinheit ist.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wäsche mit zeitlichen Unterbrechungen mit Heißdampf beaufschlagt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wäsche während des Beaufschlagens mit Heißdampf durch Drehen der Trommel umgeschichtet wird.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Beaufschlagen der Wäsche mit Heißdampf mit zeitlichen Unterbrechungen erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass während der Unterbrechungen in Drehung versetzt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Richtung des in die Trommel einströmenden Heißdampfes entgegen der Strömung der Trocknungsluft des Haushaltswäschetrockners gerichtet ist.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass von der Bedienperson des Haushaltswäschetrockners über eine Bedieneinheit der Feuchtegrad der Wäsche, der nach Beendigung des Verfahrens vorliegen soll, eingestellt werden kann.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einstellung über dieselbe Bedieneinheit wie für den Trockenvorgang vor gewaschener Wäsche erfolgt.
- Haushaltswäschetrockner mit einer drehbar gelagerten Wäschetrommel (7) dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Haushaltswäschetrockner einen integrierten Dampferzeuger (5) besitzt, eine Wasserzuführvorrichtung (1, 2 3, 4) mit einem Tank (1) für die Aufnahme des Wassers zur Versorgung des Dampferzeugers (5) sowie eine Heißdampfleitung (6) für die Zuführung des Dampfes vom Dampferzeuger (5) zur Wäschetrommel (7).
- Haushaltswäschetrockner nach Anspruch 23, wobei der Dampferzeuger (5) und die Wasserzuführvorrichtung (1, 2, 3, 4) mittels einer Regelung (9, 10, 11) derart regelbar sind, dass dem Dampferzeuger (5) erst bei Erreichen einer Arbeitstemperatur von zumindest 100 °C, vor- . zugsweise 120 °C bis 200 °C, eine vorgegebene Menge an Wasser zugeführt wird.
- Haushaltswäschetrockner nach einem der Ansprüche 23 oder 24, wobei mittels der Regelung (9, 10, 11) die Menge des zugeführten Wassers in Abhängigkeit.der Arbeitstemperatur oder der aufgenommenen elektrischen Leistung des Dampferzeugers (5) so regelbar ist, dass das Wasser vollständig verdampft wird.
- Haushaltswäschetrockner nach einem der Ansprüche 23 bis 25, wobei die Wasserzuführvorrichtung ein Ventil und/oder eine Pumpe (3) aufweist, das/die zur Versorgung des Dampferzeugers (5) mit Wasser mittels der Regelung (9, 10, 11) ansteuerbar ist/sind.
- Haushal tswäschetrockner nach einem der Ansprüche 23 bis 26, wobei eine, vorzugsweise thermisch isolierte, Steigleitung (6) den Dampferzeuger (5) mit einem von der Wäschetrommel (7) umgebenen Behandlungsraum (8) verbindet.
- Haushaltswäschetrockner nach einem der Ansprüche 23 bis 27, wobei eine Einrichtung zum Zuführen von eines Zusatzes, vorzugsweise Duftstoff, Entkeimungsmittel, Reinigungsmittel und/oder Entkalkungsmittel, zum Wasser oder zum Heißdampf vorgesehen ist.
- Haushaltswäschetrockner nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 23 bis 28, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Haushaltswäschetrockner ein Kondensationstrockner ist und der Tank (1) mit dem Kondensat des Haushaltswäschetrockners füllbar ist.
- Haushaltswäschetrockner nach Anspruch 29, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter für die Aufnahme des Kondensats gleichzeitig der Tank (1) ist.
