Abstract

Eine Halterungsanordnung für zwei Ablageschalen oder dergleichen an einer Wandstange enthält einen Halter, mit dem die beiden Ablageschalen um parallele vertikale Achsen verschwenkbar gelagert sind. Die Lagerung erfolgt exzentrisch zu der Form der Ablageschalen. Die Ablageschalen können in eine Position verschwenkt werden, in der der Halter in eine Raumecke passt und aus dieser in eine andere Position, wenn der Halter an einer ebenen Wand angebracht werden soll. <IMAGE>

Description

Die Erfindung geht aus von einer Duschanordnung. Bei Duschanordnungen ist es häufig gewünscht, zusätzliche Elemente anzubringen, die zur Ablage von Seife, Flaschen mit Duschzusätzen oder sonstigen Hilfsmitteln gedacht oder bestimmt sind. Da bei Duschanordnungen häufig Wandstangen verwendet werden, können solche Zusatzelemente beispielsweise an der Wandstange angebracht werden.
Um den Verschiebeweg der Dusche und die Handhabung der Dusche nicht zu beeinträchtigen und die unterzubringenden Gegenstände aus dem Strahlbereich der Dusche herauszuhalten, sind diese Zusatzelemente üblicherweise seitlich angebracht. Die Halter für Zusatzelemente können längs der Wandstange verschiebbar sein.
Bei einer Montage vor einer ebenen Wand sind die Zusatzelemente so angebracht, dass sie möglichst weit zur Seite gerichtet sind, was dazu führt, dass sie unmittelbar vor der Wandoberfläche orientiert sind.
Wenn man zwei solche Zusatzelemente unterbringen will, sind diese auf beiden Seiten der Wandstange angeordnet, vorzugsweise symmetrisch.
Soll nun eine solche Wandstange in einer Ecke untergebracht werden, können diese Halter nicht mehr verwendet werden, falls man nicht die Wandstange mit deutlichem Abstand von der Ecke praktisch frei im Raum unterbringt. Dies ist natürlich auch kein gewünschter Zustand.
Es ist bereits eine Anordnung bekannt, bei der parallel zu einer Wandstange für eine Brause eine zweite Hilfsstange angeordnet wird, an der ein Brausevorhang befestigt werden kann (DE -A1-19650000).
Ebenfalls bekannt ist ein Adapter für Duschkopfaufhängungen (DE-U-29914810). An dem Adapter, an dem auch der Brausekopf befestigt wird, kann ein Trägerkörper angebracht werden, der beispielsweise zum Aufhängen von Kleiderbügeln verwendet werden kann.
Weiterhin bekannt ist eine Hängeanordnung zum Halten von Toilettenartikeln (DE-U 20003623). Hier wird eine Ablage mit einer Klammer auf eine Wandstange aufgeschnappt. Die Ablage kann in einer beliebigen Winkelposition gegenüber der Achse der Stange angebracht werden. Es können auch mehrere derartige Ablagen an der Stange angebracht werden, die dann unterschiedliche Winkelpositionen annehmen können.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Möglichkeit zur Unterbringung von Zusatzelementen für Sanitärbedarf zu schaffen, bei der die Anbringung sowohl vor einer ebenen Wand als auch an nicht ebenen Stellen ohne Schwierigkeiten möglich ist.
Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe schlägt die Erfindung eine Halterungsanordnung mit den im Anspruch 1 genannten Merkmalen vor. Weiterbildungen der Erfindung sind Gegenstand von Unteransprüchen.
Die eine Position des Zusatzelementes ist so ausgebildet, dass sie der Anbringung des Halters vor einer ebenen Wand entspricht. Hier wird das Zusatzelement, beispielsweise eine Seifenschale, praktisch möglichst weit nach außen gerückt, so dass die Seifenschale nicht direkt unterhalb der Brause angeordnet ist. Soll nun der Halter an einer anderen Stelle angebracht werden, nämlich entweder in einer Ecke oder im Bereich einer Ecke eines Badezimmers, einer Duschzelle oder dergleichen oder auch an einer konkav gekrümmten Seitenwand einer Duschkabine, so kann das Zusatzelement in einer Position angeordnet werden, die die Anbringung des Halters an dieser Stelle zulässt.
Auf diese Weise wird eine Halterungsanordnung geschaffen, die für unterschiedliche Einbaupositionen verwendbar ist. Die Anpassung an die jeweilige Einbausituation kann vom Installateur vor Ort durchgeführt werden.
Es ist möglich, dass sich die beiden unterschiedlichen Positionen durch eine lineare Bewegung des Zusatzelements unterscheiden. Besonders sinnvoll ist es aber, dass sich die beiden möglichen Positionen durch eine unterschiedliche Winkelposition des Zusatzelementes gegenüber dem Halter und/oder gegenüber der Stelle, an der der Halter angebracht wird, unterscheiden. Insbesondere soll es sich dabei um eine unterschiedliche Winkelposition um eine vertikale Achse handeln.
Um die mindestens zwei verschiedenen Positionen zu ermöglichen, kann erfindungsgemäß vorgesehen sein, dass das Zusatzelement in den mindestens beiden Positionen mit dem Halter verbindbar ist. Um das Zusatzelement von der einen in die andere Position zu überführen, wäre es daher erforderlich, das Zusatzelement abzunehmen und in der anderen Position wieder anzubringen.
Eine andere Möglichkeit besteht darin, dass das Zusatzelement gegenüber dem Halter verschwenkbar ausgebildet ist.
Es kann dabei vorgesehen sein, dass die Schwenkachse durch den Randbereich des Zusatzelementes hindurchgeht, oder sogar noch außerhalb des Rands des Zusatzelements liegt.
Der Halter, an dem das Zusatzelement mit der Verbindungseinrichtung angebracht wird, kann beispielsweise direkt an einer Wand oder einer Trennwand angebracht sein. Dabei kann der Halter eine Doppelfunktion übernehmen, nämlich auch zur Halterung einer Wandstange oder eines Wandstangenprofils dienen. In diesem letztgenannten Fall ist der Halter mit der Wandstange verbunden. Es ist natürlich auch denkbar, dass der Halter nicht mit der Wand, sondern nur mit der Wandstange verbunden ist, so dass der durch die mit anderen Mitteln befestigte Wandstange gehalten wird.
Der Halter kann in Weiterbildung der Erfindung auch an einem Schieber befestigt sein, der die Wandstange entlang verschiebbar ausgebildet ist. Insbesondere kann der Halter auch Teil dieses Schiebers sein.
Bei den erwähnten mindestens zwei Positionen kann vorgesehen sein, dass die eine Position einer Anordnung vor einer durchgehenden ebenen Fläche und die andere Position einer Anordnung in einem Raumwinkel entspricht. Dabei kann der Halter in dem Raumwinkel beispielsweise so orientiert sein, dass er in Richtung der Winkelhalbierenden gerichtet ist. Ebenfalls möglich ist es auch, dass er auch in einem Raumwinkel noch an der einen ebenen Wand befestigt ist, also unsymmetrisch zur Winkelhalbierenden verläuft.
Insbesondere kann in Weiterbildung der Erfindung vorgesehen sein, dass der Halter zwei vorzugsweise symmetrisch angeordnete Zusatzelemente aufweist, die jeweils für sich allein oder gemeinsam zwischen jeweils mindestens zwei Positionen verändert werden können.
Zur schwenkbaren Lagerung kann der Halter eine Aufnahme für einen Ansatz des Zusatzelements aufweisen. Die schwenkbare Lagerung kann gegebenenfalls auch eine Verschwenkung um zwei parallele Achsen aufweisen. Das Zusatzelement kann fest, also nicht abnehmbar mit dem Halter verbunden sein, oder aber auch abnehmbar.
Weitere Merkmale, Einzelheiten und Vorzüge der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den Patentansprüchen und der Zusammenfassung, deren beider Wortlaut durch Bezugnahme zum Inhalt der Beschreibung gemacht wird, der folgenden Beschreibung bevorzugter Ausführungsformen der Erfindung sowie anhand der Zeichnung. In Figur 1 ist eine Wandstange 1 dargestellt, die in senkrechter Richtung verläuft und beispielsweise an der Wand einer Duschkabine angebracht ist. Die Wandstange 1 ist als Profil mit einer zur Vorderseite hin offenen hinterschnittenen Nut 2 ausgebildet. In der Nut 2 ist ein Schieber 3 verschiebbar geführt. An dem Schieber 3 ist ein Ausleger 4 um eine senkrechte Achse verschwenkbar gelagert. Im Bereich seines vorderen Endes enthält der Ausleger 4 eine Konushalterung 5, die um eine horizontale Achse schwenkbar gelagert ist. Der Konushalter 5 dient zur Aufnahme und Befestigung des Griffendes einer Handbrause, deren Schlauch dann durch die Nut 2 hindurchgefädelt wird und nach unten herabhängt.
Im Bereich des unteren Endes ist die Wandstange 1 mit Hilfe eines Halters 6 befestigt. Der Halter 6 ist einerseits an der Wand befestigt und andererseits mit der Wandstange 1 verbunden. Er dient also zur Befestigung der Wandstange 1. Der Halter 6 enthält zwei schräg nach vorne abragende Arme 7, an deren Enden jeweils eine Seifenschale 8 befestigt ist. Die Befestigung geschieht exzentrisch zu der Seifenschale 8. Im dargestellten Beispiel ist die Wandstange 1 vor einer ebenen durchgehenden Wand befestigt. Die beiden Seifenschalen 8 sind nach außen orientiert und liegen mit ihrem Rand kurz vor der Oberfläche der Wand.
Figur 2 zeigt nun einen Schnitt durch die Anordnung der Figur 1. Am Ende des Arms 7 des Halters 6 ist ein nach oben ragender Lagerzapfen 9 ausgebildet. Dieser Lagerzapfen greift in eine entsprechende zylindrische Sacköffnung einer Lagerung 10 der Seifenschale 8 ein. Die Lagerung 10 ist eine Ausformung der Seifenschale 8 und verläuft im oberen Bereich bündig mit der Oberkante 11 der Seifenschale 8. Die Seifenschale 8 weist in ihrem Boden 12 einige Löcher zum Ablaufen von Wasser auf.
Figur 3 zeigt die Draufsicht auf die Anordnung der Figur 1, wobei zur besseren Darstellung eine der beiden Seifenschalen 8 abgenommen ist. Die Lagerung 10 der in Draufsicht ovalen Seifenschale 8 ist im Randbereich der Seifenschale 8 ausgebildet, so dass die Seifenschale 8 um die durch die Lagerung 10 gebildete Achse bis nahe vor die Wand verschwenkt werden kann. Aus dieser dargestellten Position kann die Seifenschale 8, sofern sie unterhalb des Auslegers 4 angeordnet ist, von der Wand weg verschwenkt werden, so dass sie dann in seitlicher Richtung einen anderen Platzbedarf aufweist als in der dargestellten Position.
Die Figuren 4 und 5 zeigen eine zweite Ausführungsform, bei der ein Halter 16 vorgesehen ist, der unabhängig von einer Wandstange 1 verwendet werden kann. Der Halter 16 weist im Querschnitt bzw. in der Draufsicht einen Steg 17 auf, dessen ebene Rückseite dazu verwendet werden kann, ihn an einer Wand anzuschrauben, wie dies in Figur 5 dargestellt ist. Von dem Steg 17 aus ragen zwei Arme 18 schräg nach vorne, ähnlich wie die Arme 7 der Ausführungsform nach Figur 1 bis 3. Am vorderen Ende der Arme 18 ist wiederum eine Lagerung für eine Ablageschale angeordnet, die in der gleichen Weise ausgebildet sein kann wie die Lagerung bei der Ausführungsform nach Figur 1 und 3. Auch die beiden Ablageschalen 8 können identisch mit den Ablageschalen 8 der ersten Ausführungsform sein. Figur 4 zeigt die Position, in der beide Seifenschalen 8 aufeinander zu verschwenkt sind, bis sie sich berühren. In diesem Fall verlaufen ihre Außenseiten so, dass sie exakt in eine Raumecke mit einem Winkel von 90° passen. In dieser Position kann der Halter 16 mit Hilfe eines Adapters direkt in die Wandecke eingeschraubt werden.
Die gleiche Anordnung kann auch vor einer ebenen Wand angebracht werden, siehe Figur 5. Dort sind die beiden Ablageschalen 8 voneinander weg bewegt, so dass ihre Längsachsen jetzt in gegenseitiger Verlängerung angeordnet sind. Sie liegen daher unmittelbar vor der angedeuteten Wand.
Ein solcher Halter, wie er in Figur 4 und 5 dargestellt ist, kann auch in Situationen verwendet werden, wo der Winkel zwischen zwei Wandbereichen größer als die in Figur 4 dargestellte 90° sind. Die Ausklappstellung der beiden Ablageschalen 8 kann der Geometrie angepasst werden. Beispielsweise kann ein solcher Halter in einer Duschkabine angebracht werden, die eine konkavgekrümmte Begrenzungswand aufweist.

Claims (12)

  1. Halterungsanordnung, mit
    1.1 einem insbesondere ortsfest anbringbaren Halter (6, 16),
    1.2 mindestens einem Zusatzelement (8), sowie mit
    1.3 einem Verbindungsmittel zwischen dem Halter (6, 16) und dem Zusatzelement (8), wobei
    1.4 das Zusatzelement (8) mindestens zwei verschiedene Positionen unterschiedlichen seitlichen Platzbedarfs gegenüber dem Halter bzw. der Stelle, an der er angebracht wird, einnehmen kann.
  2. Halterungsanordnung nach Anspruch 1, bei der sich die beiden Positionen durch eine unterschiedliche Winkelstellung um eine vertikale Achse unterscheiden.
  3. Halterungsanordnung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei der das Zusatzelement (8) in den Positionen mit dem Halter, (6, 16) verbindbar ist.
  4. Halterungsanordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der das Zusatzelement (8) gegenüber dem Halter (6, 16) verschwenkbar ist.
  5. Halterungsanordnung nach Anspruch 4, bei der die Schwenkachse durch den Randbereich des Zusatzelements (8) verläuft.
  6. Halterungsanordnung nach Anspruch 4, bei der die Schwenkachse außerhalb des Zusatzelements (8) liegt.

  9. Halterungsanordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der der Halter an einem Schieber befestigbar ist bzw. einen Teil eines Schiebers bildet.
  10. Halterungsanordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der die eine Position einer Anordnung vor einer durchgehenden Fläche und die andere Position einer Anordnung in einem Raumwinkel entspricht.
  11. Halterungsanordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, mit zwei vorzugsweise symmetrisch angeordneten Zusatzelementen (8).
  12. Halterungsanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 11, bei der zur schwenkbaren Lagerung des mindestens einen Zusatzelements (8) der Halter (6, 16) eine Aufnahme für einen Ansatz (10) des Zusatzelements (8) aufweist.
