Claims (10)
- Verfahren zum Verbinden von zwei Materialbahnen, bei dem eine erste Materialbahn (14) entlang eines Förderweges (28) in einer Förderrichtung (F) gefördert wird, eine zweite Materialbahn (18) mit ihrem in einer Zuführrichtung (Z) vorauslaufenden Ende (40) mittels eines Klebebandes (52) an einer sich in einer vom ersten Förderweg (28) abgewandten Ruhelage (56') befindlichen Befestigungsfläche (56) einer Befestigungseinrichtung (36) mit einem über das Ende (40) der zweiten Materialbahn (18) vorstehenden Abschnitt (54) des Klebebandes (52) befestigt wird, das Ende (40) der zweiten Materialbahn (18) - durch Bewegen der Befestigungsfläche (56) entlang einer Bewegungsbahn aus der Ruhelage (56'), zum Beginn wenigstens annähernd entgegen der Zuführrichtung (Z), in eine dem ersten Förderweg (28) zugewandte Ablöselage (56") - unter Umbiegen des Klebebandes (52) beim Ende (40) der zweiten Materialbahn (18) zum Förderweg (28) verbracht wird, und der vorstehende Abschnitt (54) des Klebebandes (52) von der in Ablöselage (56") befindlichen Befestigungsfläche (56) abgeschält und mit der ersten Materialbahn (14) verbunden wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der vorstehende Abschnitt (54) des Klebebandes (52) von der Befestigungsfläche (56) durch gegenüber dem Ende (40) der zweiten Materialbahn (18) schnelleres Bewegen der Befestigungsfläche (56) wenigstens annähernd in Förderrichtung (F) abgeschält wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum Verbinden des vorstehenden Abschnitts (54) des Klebebandes (52) mit der ersten Materialbahn (14) die zweite Materialbahn (18) mit einer Geschwindigkeit gefördert wird, die wenigstens annähernd der Fördergeschwindigkeit der ersten Materialbahn (18) entspricht.
- Vorrichtung zum Verbinden von zwei Materialbahnen, mit einem Förderweg (28) entlang dem eine erste Materialbahn (14) in einer Förderrichtung (F) gefördert wird, einer Befestigungseinrichtung (36) mit einer Befestigungsfläche (56), die von einer vom ersten Förderweg (28) abgewandten Ruhelage (56') entlang einer Bewegungsbahn zum Förderweg (28) hin in eine diesem zugewandte Ablöselage (56") bewegbar ist, wobei in der Ruhelage (56') eine zweite Materialbahn (18) mit ihrem in einer Zuführrichtung (Z) vorauslaufenden Ende (40) mittels eines Klebebandes (52) an der Befestigungsfläche mit einem über das Ende (40) der zweiten Materialbahn (18) vorstehenden Abschnitts (54) des Klebebandes (52) befestigbar ist, die Befestigungsfläche (56) zum Beginn der Bewegung aus der Ruhelage (56') wenigstens annähernd entgegen der Zuführrichtung (Z) bewegt und unter Umbiegen des Klebebandes (52) beim Ende (40) der zweiten Materialbahn (18) in die Ablöselage (56") verbracht wird, und die in Ablöselage (56") befindliche Befestigungsfläche (56) - zum Abschälen des Abschnittes (54) des Klebebandes (52) von der Befestigungsfläche (56) - wenigstens annähernd in Förderrichtung (F) mit einer Geschwindigkeit bewegt wird, die grösser ist als jene des Endes (40) der zweiten Materialbahn (18).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungsfläche (56) durch einen Abschnitt eines Endlosbandes (42) gebildet ist, das um zwei in Förderrichtung (F) voneinander beabstandete Umlenkwalzen (44, 46) geführt ist, wobei die Ruhelage (56') der Befestigungsfläche (56) sich im Bereich eines Rücktrums (50) und die Ablöselage (56") sich im Bereich eines wenigstens annähernd zum Förderweg (28) parallel und bei diesem verlaufenden Arbeitstrums (48) des Endlosbandes (42) befindet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungseinrichtung (36) bezüglich der Befestigungsfläche (56) auf der andern Seite des Förderweges (28) eine Andrückwalze (62) aufweist, die zum Andrücken der ersten Materialbahn (14) an den abgeschälten Abschnitt (54) des Klebebandes (52) in Richtung auf die Befestigungsfläche (56) zu bewegt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem Förderweg (28), stromaufwärts der Befestigungseinrichtung (36), eine Schneideinrichtung (60) zum vorzugsweise phasenrichtigen Durchschneiden der ersten Materialbahn (14) zugeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, gekennzeichnet durch einen zweiarmigen Lagerungshebel (22) mit an jedem Ende einem Aufnahmeelemente (24) zum drehbaren Lagern einerseits einer ersten Vorratsrolle (12) für die erste Materialbahn (14) und andererseits einer zweiten Vorratsrolle (16) für die zweite Materialbahn (18), wobei der Lagerungshebel (22) nach dem Befestigen der zweiten Materialbahn (18) an der erste Materialbahn (14) um 180° gedreht wird und dadurch die zweite Materialbahn (18) in den Förderweg (28) verbracht und zur ersten Materialbahn (14) wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Zuführrichtung (Z) stromaufwärts der Befestigungseinrichtung (36) ein Förderorgan (38), vorzugsweise ein Förderrollenpaar, angeordnet ist, um die zweite Materialbahn (18) während der Bewegung der Befestigungsfläche (56) von der Ruhelage (56') in die Ablöselage (56"), zum Abschälen des Abschnitts (54) des Klebebandes (52) von der Befestigungsfläche (56) und beim Verbinden des Abschnitts (54) mit der ersten Materialbahn (14) mit einer vorbestimmten Geschwindigkeit zu fördern.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Förderrichtung (F) stromabwärts der Verbindungseinrichtung (36) ein Förderorgan (32), vorzugsweise ein Förderrollenpaar, für die erste Materialbahn (14) angeordnet ist.
