Claims (14)

  1. Joint pour une utilisation dans un ensemble ventilateur, qui est conçu en particulier pour l'entraînement direct par un moteur électrique, une roue de ventilateur centrifuge (LR) étant reliée dans l'ensemble ventilateur à un arbre d'entraînement de façon fixe en rotation, la roue de ventilateur centrifuge (LR) étant entourée entre autres par un boîtier de ventilateur (GG) pour la réalisation d'un flux d'air orienté, une bague d'étanchéité (2) étant disposée dans une ouverture d'entrée pour le remplissage en grande partie d'une fente d'air entre une roue de ventilateur centrifuge et le côté intérieur du boîtier de ventilateur, caractérisé en ce que la bague d'étanchéité (2) est reliée à la sortie du boîtier de ventilateur (GG) avec une partie tampon (3) qui entoure de façon étanche l'ouverture d'entrée (E).
  2. Joint selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un contour extérieur de la partie tampon (3) est adapté à un contour intérieur d'une ouverture de boîtier à rendre étanche.
  3. Joint selon l'une quelconque ou deux des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la bague d'étanchéité (2) est à base d'un matériau qui est approprié pour le rodage par la roue de ventilateur centrifuge (LR) dans une position de montage sur le boîtier de ventilateur (GG).
  4. Joint selon l'une quelconque ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le matériau de la partie tampon (3) est élastique.
  5. Joint selon l'une quelconque ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la bague d'étanchéité (2) et la partie tampon (3) forment un corps d'étanchéité (1) conçu dans une seule substance.
  6. Joint selon l'une quelconque ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la partie tampon (3) est réalisée de façon rétrécie en forme de cône à l'extérieur de l'ouverture d'entrée (E).
  7. Joint selon l'une quelconque ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le matériau du corps d'étanchéité (1) présente une dureté d'environ 40 à environ 50 Shore.
  8. Joint selon l'une quelconque ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le matériau du corps d'étanchéité (1) présente une solidité d'environ 10 à environ 20 N/mm2.
  9. Joint selon l'une quelconque ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le matériau du corps d'étanchéité (1) présente une élasticité d'environ 40 à environ 60 %.
  10. Joint selon l'une quelconque ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le matériau du corps d'étanchéité (1) autorise un allongement d'environ 150 à environ 300 %.
  11. Joint selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le matériau du corps d'étanchéité (1) respecte les valeurs citées dans les revendications 7 à 10, même après le vieillissement dans les conditions de service dans un appareil d'entretien de sol dans le cas d'une charge d'oscillation continue et de températures élevées.
  12. Joint selon l'une quelconque ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la partie tampon (3) est dotée d'au moins un évidement (5) pour le réglage d'une intensité différente de la bague d'étanchéité (2).
  13. Joint selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que plusieurs évidements (5) sont prévus sous la forme de trous borgnes à peu près équidistants.
  14. Ensemble ventilateur, caractérisé en ce qu'il est construit avec l'utilisation d'un joint selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
