Claims (11)

  1. Foyer à combustible solide pour usage ménager, comprenant
    - une chambre de combustion (3) pourvue d'une ouverture ;
    - au moins une porte (1, 1') qui est mobile vers une position ouverte où la chambre de combustion (3) est accessible ;
    - un encadrement de porte (4) entourant du moins partiellement l'ouverture sur la chambre de combustion (3), comportant une zone d'appui (5) sur laquelle des parties de la porte (1, 1') peuvent être comprimées hermétiquement ; ainsi que
    - des moyens de fermeture qui peuvent provoquer automatiquement un mouvement de la porte (1, 1') de la position ouverte vers une position fermée où la chambre de combustion (3) n'est pas accessible, les moyens de fermeture étant conçus de manière à pouvoir ralentir le mouvement de la porte (1, 1') de la position ouverte vers une position fermée au moins pendant une partie du mouvement de la porte (1, 1') et les moyens de fermeture incluant une tringle de porte (7, 7');
    caractérisé en ce que
    - à l'aide des moyens de fermeture, sans mécanisme de fermeture ni mécanisme d'arrêt supplémentaire, des parties de la porte (1, 1'), en état fermé, sont comprimées hermétiquement sur la zone d'appui (5) de l'encadrement de porte (4) de manière à obtenir ainsi une liaison étanche au gaz de fumée entre la porte (1) et l'enceinte (2).
  2. Foyer à combustible solide selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de fermeture comprennent des moyens hydrauliques, des moyens pneumatiques, des moyens motorisés ou des moyens à ressort pour ralentir le mouvement de la porte (1, 1').
  3. Foyer à combustible solide selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les moyens hydrauliques comprennent un vérin hydraulique (8).
  4. Foyer à combustible solide selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le vérin hydraulique (8), pour permettre le passage d'huile hydraulique, comporte au moins un orifice dont la section transversale est modifiable afin d'influer sur la vitesse de fermeture de la porte (1, 1').
  5. Foyer à combustible solide selon une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les parties de la porte (1, 1') pouvant être comprimées hermétiquement sur la zone d'appui (5) sont des joints périphériques (6, 6') placés sur le côté intérieur de la porte.
  6. Foyer à combustible solide selon une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de fermeture comprennent en outre au moins un ressort qui peut provoquer ou amplifier le mouvement de la porte (1, 1') de la position ouverte vers la position fermée et/ou qui peut provoquer ou amplifier la compression des parties de la porte (1, 1') sur la zone d'appui (5).
  7. Foyer à combustible solide selon une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de fermeture comprennent un dispositif de retenue (9, 9') qui permet un arrêt de la porte (1, 1') en position ouverte.
  8. Foyer à combustible solide selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de retenue (9) comprend une barre (10, 10') avec au moins un trou (11) ainsi qu'au moins un goujon (13, 13'), en position ouverte de la porte (1, 1'), l'au moins un goujon (13, 13') pouvant être passé dans l'au moins un trou (11) pour arrêter la porte (1, 1').
  9. Foyer à combustible solide selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la barre (10, 10') est disposée sur le côté intérieur de la porte (1, 1').
  10. Foyer à combustible solide selon une des revendications 3 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la tringle de porte (7, 7') est reliée à la porte (1, 1') et au vérin hydraulique (8).
  11. Foyer à combustible solide selon la revendication 10 en combinaison avec la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce qu'en position ouverte arrêtée de la porte (1, 1'), l'au moins un goujon (13, 13') est en contact avec une partie de la tringle de porte (7, 7') de manière à ce que la porte ne puisse pas être amenée en position fermée.
