Claims (22)
- Appareil de pliage comprenant un cylindre (01) monté à rotation dans un bâti et portant, sur sa surface d'enveloppe, au moins un étrier (04), réglable à l'aide d'une transmission de réglage (26), la transmission de réglage (26) comprenant une douille (29 ; 31) dentée flexible, déformée par un tronçon (28) non rond, d'un arbre (27), et au moins une roue creuse (41 ; 42) s'engrenant avec la douille (29 ; 31), c'est-à-dire une transmission "Harmonic-Drive" (26), caractérisé en ce que la roue creuse (42) est couplée aux étriers (04) par des excentriques (09).
- Appareil de pliage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'une roue creuse (41) est couplée à la rotation du cylindre (01).
- Appareil de pliage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la transmission de réglage (26) est à deux étages, sachant que le tronçon (28) non rond de l'arbre (27) est relié rigidement à un dispositif d'entraînement et que les douilles flexibles (29 ; 31) sont reliées ensemble rigidement, et les roues creuses (41 ; 42) présentent chacune une première denture (36 ; 37), s'accouplant à une roue dentée (24 ; 38), et une deuxième denture (32 ; 33) s'engrenant à l'une des douilles flexibles (29 ; 31), où l'une des roues creuses (41) est couplée, par l'intermédiaire d'une des roues dentées (24), à la rotation du cylindre (01), et l'autre roue dentée (38 ; 47) est couplée aux étriers (04).
- Appareil de pliage selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce qu'une première roue dentée (24) est reliée rigidement au cylindre (01).
- Appareil de pliage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'une roue creuse (41) et le cylindre (01) présentent des tronçons d'entraînement séparés.
- Appareil de pliage selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les deux tronçons d'entraînement partent d'un deuxième cylindre (44) entraîné, commun.
- Appareil de pliage selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce qu'un tronçon d'entraînement (59, 58, 57, 64), pour un disque de couverture (63) du cylindre (01), et le tronçon d'entraînement (59, 58, 59, 63) d'une première roue dentée creuse (41) présentent des éléments commun.
- Appareil de pliage selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la première denture (36 ; 37) des roues creuses (41 ; 42) est une denture extérieure (36 ; 37).
- Appareil de pliage selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les nombres de dents (z36 ; z37 ; z32 ; z33 ; z24 ; z38 ; z29 ; z31), de la première et de la deuxième denture (36 ; 37 ; 32 ; 33), des roues dentées (24 ; 38) et des douilles flexibles (29 ; 31), sont choisis tels que, lorsque le dispositif d'entraînement est à l'arrêt, les roues dentées (24 ; 38) tournent à la même vitesse de rotation.
- Appareil de pliage selon la revendication 3 ou 9, caractérisé en ce que les deux douilles flexibles (29 ; 31) présentent des nombres de dents (z29 ; z31) identiques, et en ce que les deuxième dentures (32 ; 33) des roues creuses (41 ; 42) ont des nombres de dents (z32 ; z33) différents.
- Appareil de pliage selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que les premières dentures (36 ; 37) des roues creuses (41 ; 42) présentent des nombres de dents (z36 ; z3,7) identiques, et en ce que les nombres de dents (z24 ; z38) des roues dentées (24 ; 38) sont en un rapport identique au rapport qu'il y a entre les nombres de dents (z33 ; z32) des deuxièmes dentures (32 ; 33) des roues creuses (41 ; 42).
- Appareil de pliage selon la revendication 3 ou 9, caractérisé en ce que les deux deuxièmes dentures (32 ; 33) présentent des nombres de dents (z32 ; z33) identiques, et en ce que les nombres de dents (z29 ; z31) des douilles flexibles (29 ; 31) sont différents.
- Appareil de pliage selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que les premières dentures (36 ; 37) des roues creuses (41 ; 42) présentent des nombres de dents (z36 ; z37) identiques, et en ce que les nombres de dents (z24 ; z38) des roues dentées (24 ; 38), co-axiales par rapport au cylindre (01), sont dans un rapport identique à celui selon lequel se trouve les nombres de dents (z29 ; z31) des douilles flexibles (29 ; 31).
- Appareil de pliage selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'autre roue dentée (38) est coaxiale par rapport au cylindre (01).
- Appareil de pliage selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que l'autre roue dentée (38) est montée à rotation sur le cylindre (01).
- Appareil de pliage selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que l'autre roue dentée (38) est montée à rotation sur une plaque de bâti latéral.
- Appareil de pliage selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'autre roue dentée (41) est réalisée sous la forme de couronne dentée (47).
- Appareil de pliage selon la revendication 17, caractérisé en ce que la transmission de réglage (26) agit sur une denture intérieure de la couronne dentée (47).
- Appareil de pliage selon la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce que la transmission de réglage (26) agit sur une denture extérieure de la couronne dentée (44).
- Appareil de pliage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 19, caractérisé en ce que la roue creuse (42) est couplée aux étriers (04), par l'intermédiaire mécanisme d'entraînement de bande.
- Appareil de pliage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le cylindre (01) est réalisé sous la forme de cylindre de pliage (01).
- Appareil de pliage selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le deuxième cylindre (44) est réalisé sous la forme de cylindre porte-lame (44).
