Claims (16)

  1. Un tambour d'un appareil de pliage, comprenant au moins un élément de pliage (04), disposé sur un support, et une unité de transmission (12), présentant au moins une roue dentée (18; 19) centrale, disposée co-axialement par rapport à l'axe de rotation du support, cette roue dentée (18) étant susceptible d'être disposée en direction axiale en au moins deux positions, la roue dentée centrale (18; 19) présentant un premier (18) et un deuxième disque de roue dentée (19), caractérisé en ce que le premier et le deuxième disque de roue dentée (18; 19) portent des dentures (23; 24) complémentaires, et en ce que le premier disque de roue dentée est déplaçable en direction axiale, pour placer en engrènement ou hors d'engrènement, au choix, les dentures (23; 24).
  2. Tambour de pliage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, en une première position, le tambour de pliage présente la position de collecte et, en l'autre position, il présente la position d'individualisation.
  3. Tambour de pliage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif de réglage, disposé co-axialement par rapport à l'axe de rotation (09, 14, 16) du support, est prévu.
  4. Tambour de pliage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, dans la direction périphérique, sont disposés au moins deux éléments de pliage (04) et l'unité de transmission (12) présente un carter (17).
  5. Tambour de pliage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chaque fois un groupe de transmission (21, 22; 26, 27) est associé à chaque élément de pliage (04).
  6. Tambour de pliage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les arbres de disques de roue dentée (16, 14) s'étendent parallèlement et de façon excentrique par rapport à l'axe de rotation de l'enveloppe de tambour (01).
  7. Tambour de pliage selon la revendication 1, 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de pliage (04) est réalisé sous forme de lame de pliage (04) ou de volet de pliage (04).
  8. Tambour de pliage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que chaque lame de pliage (04) est portée par un arbre porte-lames de pliage (13; 28), susceptible de tourner, par l'intermédiaire de l'un des groupes de transmission (19, 21, 22; 18, 26, 27), de façon couplée à une rotation du disque de roue dentée (18, 19) associé de la roue dentée (18; 19) centrale.
  9. Tambour de pliage selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que chaque groupe de transmission (19, 21, 22; 18, 26, 27) convertit un tour de rotation du disque de roue dentée (18; 19) central associé en un petit nombre entier, n>1, de tours de rotation de l'arbre porte-lames de pliage (13; 28) associé.
  10. Tambour de pliage selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que les dentures (23; 24) des deux disques de roue dentée (18; 19) sont susceptibles d'être engrenées ensemble, selon m orientations, m étant un diviseur de n.
  11. Tambour de pliage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le deuxième disque de roue dentée (19) est assujetti en rotation par rapport à un bâti de l'appareil de pliage.
