Die im Untergestell 13 um eine Drehachse 9.2 schwenkbar gelagerte Klinke 9 bildet im oberen Bereich einen Haken 9.1 der nach oben hin in einer schrägen Rückenfläche 9.4 ausläuft und auf der einen Seite eine hinterschnittene kurvenförmige Gegenfläche 9.3 aufweist, die in Wirkungsverbindung mit dem Nocken 5.3 des Zylinderstangenkopfes 5.1 steht. Durch eine im Untergestell 13 befestigte Zugfeder 10 wird die Klinke 9 in Verriegelungsstellung gezogen.
Wirken bei abgesenktem Hubdach 1 außen Kräfte über die Stößel 2 auf den Schwenkarm 3, wollen diese den Schwenkarm 3 gegen den Arbeitszylinder 5 anheben. Im Falle von Leckagen oder Pumpbewegungen wäre das ohne zusätzliche Verriegelung möglich. Der am Schwenkarm 3 angeordnete Nocken 11, der in Wirkungsverbindung mit der Klinke 9 steht, läßt aber nur ein minimales und für das System unbedeutendes Anheben des Arbeitszylinders 5 um ein Spaltmaß a zu. Die dann auf die Klinke 9 wirkende Kraft F1 bewirkt ein mit dem Hebelarm b schließendes Moment.

Claims (12)
- Dachhubeinrichtung mit Sicherheitseinrichtung für einen gedeckten Eisenbahngüterwagen, insbesondere Doppelstock-Autotransportwagen, mit festen Seitenwänden (6), öffnungsfähigen und verschließbaren Stirnwände sowie mit einem Hubdach (1), welches durch ein in jedem Eckbereich angeordnetes Hubelement anhebbar und absenkbar ausgebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Hubelemente hydraulisch betätigte Stößel (2) vorgesehen sind, die je Wagenende ein Stößelpaar (2.1; 2.2) bilden, welches über Schwenkarme (3) mit einer quer zur Wagenlängsrichtung angeordneten Torsionswelle (4) verbunden ist und dass der Schwenkarm (3) in seinem oberen Längsbereich zwischen den Anlenkpunkten des Stößels (2) und der Torsionswelle (4) eine Anlenkung für einen hydraulischen Antrieb sowie einen Nocken (11), der in Wirkungsverbindung mit der Sicherheitseinrichtung in Form einer Klinke (9) steht, aufweist.
- Dachhubeinrichtung noch Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum Betätigen jedes Stößelpaares (2.1; 2.2) mindestens ein Arbeitszylinder (5) angeordnet ist.
- Dachhubeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Betätigen jedes Stößelpaares (2.1; 2.2) zwei Arbeitszylinder (5) vorgesehen sind, wobei jedem Stößel(2)ein Arbeitszylinder (5) zugeordnet ist.
- Dachhubeinrichtung nach Anspruch einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Arbeitszylinder (5) einen Zylinderstangenkopf (5.1) aufweist, der im Bereich der Anlenkung an den Schwenkarm (3) mit einem längsverlaufenden Langloch (5.2) und im Bereich der Sicherheitseinrichtung mit einem Nocken (5.3) versehen ist.
- Dachhubeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stößel (2) in den Seitenwönden (6) nach oben geführt und im Austrittsbereich der Seitenwand (6) derart geführt sind, dass ein Stößelpaar (2.1) in einem Festlager (7) und das andere Stößelpaar (2.2) in einem Loslager (8) gelagert sind.
- Dachhubeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anschlußstelle des Stößels (2) am Schwenkarm (3) sich an dessen freien Ende befindet.
- Dachhubeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Torsionswelle (4) im Untergestell (13) gelagert ist.
- Dachhubeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sicherheitseinrichtung aus einer im Untergestell (13) um eine drehbare Achse (9.2) schwenkbar gelagerte Klinke (9) gebildet wird, die im oberen Bereich mit dem Schwenkarm (3) und im seitlichen Bereich mit dem Arbeitszylinder (5) in Wirkungsverbindung steht.
- Dachhubeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klinke (9) im oberen Bereich einen Haken (9.1), der nach oben hin in einer schrägen Rückenfläche (9.4) ausläuft und zum Arbeitszylinder (5) hin eine hinterschnittene kurvenförmige Gegenfläche (9.3) aufweist.
- Dachhubeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Klinke (9) eine im Untergestell (13) befestigte Zugfeder (10) angreift.
- Dachhubeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an allen vier Ecken des Wagens eine Anzeige (12) zur Anzeige der aktuellen Hubdachposition (geöffnet/geschlossen) angeordnet ist.
- Dachhubeinrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anzeige (12) auf der Torsionswelle (4) befestigt ist.
