Claims (12)
- Roof raising device with a security device for a covered railway goods wagon, in particular double deck car transporting wagon, with a fixed side walls (6), end walls which can be opened and closed, and a raisable roof (1) which is designed so that it can be raised and lowered by a raising element arranged in each corner region, characterised in that hydraulically actuated push rods (2) are provided as raising elements which, at each wagon end, form a pair (2.1; 2.2) of push rods which is connected to a torsion shaft (4) arranged transverse to the longitudinal direction of the wagon via a pivot arm (3) and in that the pivot arm (3), in its upper longitudinal region between the articulation points of the push rod (2) and the torsion shaft (4), has an articulation for a hydraulic drive and a cam (11) which is in operative connection with the security device in the form of a catch (9).

- Roof raising device according to claim 1, characterised in that the security device is formed from a catch (9) which is pivotally mounted in the chassis (13) about a rotatable axis (9.2) and which is in operative connection in the upper region with the pivot arm (3) and, in the lateral region, with the working cylinder (5).
- Roof raising device according to claim 1 or 8, characterised in that the catch (9), in the upper region, has a hook (9.1) ending towards the top in an oblique rear face (9.4) and having an undercut curve-shaped counter-face (9.3) towards the working cylinder (5).
- Roof raising device according to claim 1, 8 or 9, characterised in that a tension spring (10) fastened in the chassis (13) engages on the catch (9).
- Roof raising device according to claim 1, characterised in that a display (12) to display the current raisable roof position (opened/closed) is arranged at all four corners of the wagon.
