Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung für die Ablage und Förderung einer Vliesbahn (1) aus Fäden, insbesondere aus Kunststofffäden (2), - mit einem endlos umlaufenden über Walzen (4, 5) geführten Ablagesiebband (3), auf dem die Kunststofffäden (2) zur Vliesbahn (1) abgelegt werden,
wobei eine erste Walze (4) unterhalb des die Vliesbahn (1) aufnehmenden Ablagesiebbandes (3) angeordnet ist
und wobei die erste Walze (4) über ihren Walzenmantel (6) verteilte Austrittsöffnungen (7) für ein aus dem Walzeninneren austretendes fluides Medium aufweist, welches fluide Medium durch das Ablagesiebband (3) tritt und die auf dem Ablagesiebband (3) aufliegende Vliesbahn (1) von unten beaufschlagt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die erste Walze (4) als Umlenkwalze ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, wobei hinter der ersten Walze (4) eine an das Ablagesiebband (3) anschließende Förder- und/oder Behandlungseinrichtung für die Vliesbahn (1) angeordnet ist und wobei die Vliesbahn (1) von dem Ablagesiebband (3) an die Förder- und/oder Behandlungseinrichtung übergebbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei das fluide Medium ein Gas, vorzugsweise Luft ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei der Walzenmantel (6) der ersten Walze (4) perforiert ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei die erste Walze (4) zumindest einen hohlen Achszapfen (8) aufweist, durch welchen hohlen Achszapfen (8) das fluide Medium ansaugbar ist, so dass es aus dem Walzeninneren in radialer Richtung aus den Austrittsöffnungen (7) austritt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei zumindest eine Leitvorrichtung für das fluide Medium mit der Maßgabe angeordnet ist, dass der Strom des fluiden Mediums in Richtung der auf dem Ablagesiebband (3) aufliegenden Vliesbahn (1) geleitet wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei zumindest eine Zuführungsvorrichtung für die Zuführung des fluiden Mediums in das Walzeninnere vorgesehen ist.
