Claims (6)
- Verfahren zur Formatverstellung in einer Verpackungsmaschine, wobei ein in einem Faltapparat (16) gefalteter Prospekt (P) mittels einer Prospekt-Zuführvorrichtung (20) mit einer konstanten Geschwindigkeit V1 einem Prospektförderer (11) zugeführt wird, der mit einer konstanten Geschwindigkeit V2 bewegt wird, wobei der Prospekt (P) in einen Halter (12) des Prospektförderers (11) übernommen und in dem Halter (12) einem Faltschachtelförderer (14) zugeführt wird, wobei die Übergabeposition des Prospektes (P) in den Halter (12) des Prospektförderers (11) bei Formatänderung des Prospektes (P) verstellbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Prospekt-Zuführvorrichtung (20) und der Prospektförderer (11) unabhängig voneinander angetrieben sind,
daß die Position des gefalteten Prospektes (P) in der Prospekt-Zuführvorrichtung (20) mittels eines Prospekt-Sensors (18) erfaßt wird, der ein Prospekt-Positionssignal an eine Steuervorrichtung (22) abgibt,
daß die Position des Halters (12) des Prospektförderers (11) mittels eines Halter-Sensors (13) erfaßt wird, der ein Halter-Positionssignal an die Steuervorrichtung (22) abgibt,
daß die Steuervorrichtung (22) eine IST-Relativposition zwischen dem Prospekt (P) und dem Halter (12) ermittelt und mit einer SOLL-Relativposition vergleicht und
daß die Steuervorrichtung (22) die Position des Prospektes (P) in der Prospekt-Zuführvorrichtung (20) soweit verstellt, daß die Abweichung zwischen der IST-Relativposition und der SOLL-Relativposition unterhalb eines vorgegebenen Grenzwertes gibt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Prospektförderer (11) relativ zu dem Faltschachtelförderer (14) verstellt wird und die Verstellung des Prospektförderers (11) mittels des Halter-Sensors (13) erfaßt und ein entsprechendes Verstellsignal an die Steuervorrichtung (22) gegeben wird, woraufhin die Steuervorrichtung (22) die Position des Prospektes (P) in der Prospekt-Zuführvorrichtung (20) soweit verstellt, daß die Abweichung zwischen der IST-Relativposition und der SOLL-Relativposition zwischen dem Prospekt (P) und dem Halter (12) unterhalb des vorgegebenen Grenzwertes liegt.
- Prospekt-Übergabevorrichtung in einer Verpackungsmaschine, insbesondere zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, mit einer Prospekt-Zuführvorrichtung (20), mittels der ein in einem Faltapparat (16) gefalteter Prospekt (P) mit einer konstanten Geschwindigkeit V1 einem Prospektförderer (11) zuführbar ist, der mit einer konstanten Geschwindigkeit V2 bewegbar ist und zumindest einen Halter (12) zur Übernahme des Prospektes (P) aufweist, wobei der Prospekt im Halter (12) einem Faltschachtelförderer zuführbar und in eine in diesem transportierte Schachtel einführbar ist und wobei die Übergabeposition des Prospektes (P) in den Halter (12) des Prospektförderers (11) bei Formatänderung des Prospektes (P) verstellbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Prospekt-Zuführvorrichtung (20) und der Prospektförderer (11) unabhängig voneinander antreibbar sind, daß die Prospekt-Zuführvorrichtung (20) einen Prospekt-Sensor (18) aufweist, mittels dessen die Position des gefalteten Prospektes (P) in der Prospekt-Zuführvorrichtung (20) erfaßbar ist, daß der Prospektförderer (11) einen Halter-Sensor (13) aufweist, mittels dessen die Position des den Prospekt (P) aufnehmenden Halters (12) erfaßbar ist, daß eine Steuervorrichtung vorgesehen ist, die von dem Prospekt-Sensor (18) ein Prospekt-Positionssignal und von dem Halter-Sensor (13) ein Halter-Positionssignal empfängt und mittels der eine IST-Relativposition zwischen dem Prospekt (P) und dem Halter (12) ermittelbar und mit einer SOLL-Relativposition vergleichbar ist, wobei die Position des Prospektes (P) in der Prospekt-Zuführvorrichtung (20) und/oder die Position des Halters (12) in dem Prospektförderer (11) mittels der Steuervorrichtung (20) verstellbar ist.
- Prospekt-Übergabevorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Prospekt-Zuführvorrichtung (20) und der Faltapparat (16) eine gemeinsame Antriebsvorrichtung (19) aufweisen.
- Prospekt-Übergabevorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebsvorrichtung (19) ein Servo-Motor ist.
- Prospekt-Übergabevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, gekennzeichnet durch eine Verstellvorrichtung, mittels der der Prospektförderer (11) relativ zu dem Faltschachtelförderer (14) verstellbar ist, wobei die Verstellung des Prospektförderers (11) mittels des Halter-Sensors (13) erfaßbar und ein entsprechendes Verstellsignal an die Steuervorrichtung (22) gebbar ist.
